Now, investigators have reconstructed the final moments leading up to the murder, piecing together CCTV footage, eyewitness accounts, and forensic evidence to map the exact sequence of events. From the movement of the attackers to the execution of the shooting and the escape that followed, police say that the killing was carried out with precision and within minutes. So, let's in fact take a look at the sequence of events, the timeline of how this entire murder or killing in fact took place.

[00:00:42]How this happened is that first the car has been stopped so by bike and Chandranath Rath was shot point-blank in Dohariya in Madhyamgram and the shooter shot six shots. So, he was shot point-blank range in the car inside this Scorpio SUV that you have and he was shot. There were six shots that were in fact fired. We've got the bike as well.

So, Chandranath Rath was shot three times around 11 11 10:20 p.m. He died on the spot. The driver sustained injuries as well. So, three six out of the six six shots that were fired, three on the aid. Let's look at the next uh CCTV footage surfaced of Chandranath's vehicle being followed the night of the incident. So, they have in fact managed to take out the CCTV footage where they are tracking uh this Scorpio in which the aid was present in which Chandranath was present and this CCTV footage actually shows that his vehicle was being followed since a very long time. So, this is how the police is, you know, piecing together the information. Then massive crowds gathered outside the hospital when this information actually, you know, surfaced. A lot of people gathered outside the hospital as well.

[00:02:22]Now, visuals of Chandranath Rath taken to the hospital after the fatal incident. He was shot three times. So, these are obviously disturbing visuals that we've got for you. He was shot three times. He is being taken to the hospital. These are right after the incident took place over there in Madhyam Nagar. So, clearly very disturbing visuals. So, viewer discretion is advised. Now, Chandranath Rath actually being taken in the ambulance. So, this is the next video that we are getting for you. This is how the police is also or the investigative authorities are also in fact trying to piece together the information. What happened? When happened? How it happened? And this is when he was taken in the ambulance.
