This video presents a landmark court ruling where activist Jeremy Enriquez won against the Attorney General and Judicial and Legal Services Commission (JLSC) for failing to respond to his judicial misconduct complaint for over seven months. The High Court ordered these institutions to pay his legal costs, establishing that no public institution is above the law. The ruling also revealed significant disparities in constituency funding, with some areas receiving $25,000 monthly while Dangria received only $15,000 despite similar voter populations. The case demonstrates how citizens can successfully challenge powerful institutions through legal action, and highlights the importance of institutional accountability, transparency, and equal representation in democratic governance.

Dangriga Unmuted: Activist Jeremy Enriquez WINS against AG and JLSCAdded:
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat. Heat.
Tonight in Dangria, a wave of voter dissatisfaction is hitting local and national leaders alike. Mayor Robert Mariano, era representative Dr. Luis Sabanet, and even Prime Minister John Brceno. A new survey by pollster and retired assistant professor Dr. Philip Castillo shows support for Dr. Zaban has plunged dramatically. Remember he won big in 2020 with 61% of the vote. And his popularity soared even higher in 2025 when he secured 76.5%.
But Dr. Castillo's latest polling tells a very different story. One that suggests confidence in these leaders is slipping fast. he's underwater because I think he's at 41%.
Um, which means that um at uh 41% four out of every 10 voters do not approve of the job that he's doing. Now again we did not ask them why but some voters well some citizens did provide an opinion and then the opinion be that um in terms of accessing um the area rep that um there seem to be challenges in um in in accessing him basically in meeting him and those and that specific like issue.
>> A closer look at the numbers shows Dr. Dr. Zabani lost support in Dangria town and Saroway, but he's still strong in outlying villages like Hope Creek.
Responding to the poll, Dr. Zabani says he welcomes Dr. Castillo's work, but argues that data collected closer to election time gives a truer read on how voters will actually decide. First of all, the the size of the poll is relatively small, but still uh helpful.
So, I'm not knocking it in that sense.
I'm just saying that um if you look at at the last polls that he has done, you could go back and check them out. Um they have been um cons consistently lower than the actual performance. So um in my view, I don't believe that the numbers are are that low, but even if they were, it is good to know so that you can take action. One of the things that people were saying is that you are um hard to access.
>> Yes. And and that's the one that seems farthest from the the truth. I am one of the very consistent um air representatives that have office hours.
So um on Thursdays like for example tomorrow um I have my office I am at the office. I have an office that is open from Monday to Friday. So persons can go and they do go in. So besides the office hours on um on the Thursdays I also visit on Saturdays the different because we have Dangria Sow and Hope Creek.
>> Voters were also asked how they feel about the job Dangria Mayor Mariano is doing. He first won the Miral seat with 51% of the vote in 2021 and boosted his support to 63% in 2024. But today, his approval shows a slight dip from where he started back in 2021. He faces election next year, 2027.
So, what the poll found this year is that he's back around, I think it's 48.9% or just about 50%. So, he's in that range. But then a poll has something called a margin of error, meaning that the 48% could be as high as 48 + 6 because I think the margin of error was 6.8% 8% or 48 minus 6. And then again, if you look carefully at the numbers, 17% did not have an opinion.
They said not sure um or they're uncertain. Voters also pointed to some persistent concerns in the municipality.
They want better streets, improved garbage collection, and real action on unemployment, which many say remain a consistent challenge. When we reached out to Mayor Mariano for a response, he told us, quote, I am appreciative of Dr. Philip Castillo. And although the next town council elections are a little over a year away, and notwithstanding a lot of change within that time, I am humbled by the favorable poll survey and results at this point in time. We are grateful for the public opinion and will do whatever we can to address their concerns. But the most striking number in this poll is the prime minister's approval rating in Dangria. When voters were asked whether they approve of the job prime minister John Brceno is doing, just over half said they do not.
>> I think it's only 20%, that's one in every five voters approve of the job that the prime minister is doing as prime minister.
um a similar percentage um are not sure but a substantially larger percentage say that they do not approve of the job that he's doing at this point in time.
>> Is that based on your observation a decrease in his approval ratings in Dangrea?
>> No the I can't answer that question because to the best of my knowledge this is the first ever poll being done of the approval rating of the prime minister.
So there is no compar comparable data >> for the prime minister. Though this poll may not move the needle. His political fate ultimately rest with voters in Orange Walk Central, the constituency that decides his future at the ballot box. reporting for news 5. I am Paul Lopez.
Greetings. A blessed good night to each and every one of you. Welcome to another episode of Dangria Unmuted, where we unmute the truth and we demand change. I want to say good night to those of you here in Dangria. Um, Lakeland, Bengos, Wag Rally, New Site, Harlem, Bakaton, Rever Estate. Good night to each and every one of you like logged in, signed on from the diaspora, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Florida. Good night all of you around the world. Um, welcome to another episode of Dangga Unmuted. Tonight I'm going to zoom in a little into the Jerry Enriquez quote unquote win. Right? It's a big win for Jerry Enriquez and I want to go over some highlights. I spoke with Jerry earlier today and um you know I had to congratulate the brother again Jerry mad respect to you. To those of you out there, if you are aware, if you read the article on Obafo TV on Facebook, um if you have been following the redistricting case, you will know that Jerry Enriquez has been taking the government to court so that they could do the right thing constitutionally.
Uh the 2025 general election was an illegal election. Jerry has proven it. Um he took the legal route. The government of Biz, the PUP administration, the Breneno administration has been wasting the taxpayers money spending on highowered attorney like Aman Courtney and others, paying the attorney general, spending our money to take um to take on this case with Jerry Enriquez.
Jerry and his attorney has been fighting this case tooth and nail. Now, there is a victory and I want to read and go over some details concerning the victory that my brother Jerry um I want to I'm the word on my mind is enjoying. But knowing Jerry the quality of man that he is, he's not a boastful individual. He wouldn't use that word.
So, but for lack of better word, the victory that we the people are enjoying.
So, tonight we are diving head first into a story, into this story that is shaking the legal and political foundation of this country. Activist Jerry Enriquez has once again secured a major courtroom victory, this time against the Attorney General and the Judicial and Legal Services Commission.
The Bleians need to understand, we the Bleian people need to understand this is not just another court case. This is not just politics. This is about justice.
This is about accountability and this is about whether ordinary citizen like me and you listening right now tonight in front of your TV in front in front of your phone your Samsung your iPhone each citizen in biz truly have a voice when powerful instructions powerful institutions decide to ignore them for over 7 months brothers and sisters has Jerry says he has been left in limbo after filing a complaint of judicial misconduct against a high court judge. 7 months of silence, 7 months of uncertainty, 7 months of what many Blesians know all too well, being ignored by the very system meant to serve and protect them. But tonight, right here on Dangria Unmuted, we ask the uncomfortable questions as always.
Why did the court criticize the conduct of the JLSC?
Why did it criticize the conduct of the JLSC so strongly? Why was the attorney general trying to make a citizen pay the government's legal costs?
Why is the attorney general Why? Why was the attorney general getting Jerry to pay attorney Cass?
So, if you have been following this case, the thing that got Jerry in this position in the first place is due to the whole redistricting situation. I had Alberto August on last week. I believe and Alberto Agas who is uh very well educated and into the system he criticized the system as well for the carelessness for the laidback attitude toward redistricting.
Understand brothers and sisters please understand we have divisions we have constituencies in Biz city. I will say this all the time for those of you who are aware for those of you who are knowledgeable as to what has been going on politically in our nation in this jewel.
Dan Griger has about 6,000 over 6,000 um registered voters.
The prime minister's constituency John Jan Jani has over 6,000 elected um not elected but um voters in his constituency.
his constituency and Dangria, they should be within the same category or bracket so to speak.
So if Orange Walk is getting $10 every month for their for Jano's constituency because Dangria in the same bracket, Dangria supposed to be getting that same $10 every month.
Now I'll give you the exact figure based on what the government released. Jerry had requested information using the Freedom of Information Act to demand information from the government. We want to know how much spent.
How much have you guys been spending to um defend your case, defend this redistricting case against me, to fight against me to have fair election, fair representation?
How much have you been spending? How much owner spend per attorney fees?
How much each constituency is getting?
They didn't answer. They didn't give all the responses to all the questions.
They gave some, not much.
We got to find out that for Dangria that has about 6,000 plus maybe 6,500 people voters registered voters.
Louis Aaban is getting 15,000 every month.
15,000 every month.
Stan Creek West that has over 11,000 registered voters. Rodwell Ferguson's constituency is getting $5,000 more than Danriga.
$20,000 every month for his constituency that has over 11,000 registered voters.
Jani Brceno in Orange that has way less than Rodwell Ferguson's Stan Creek West is getting $10,000 more than Dangria which he supposed Orange and Dangria supposed to fit in at the same bracket constitutionally speaking the highest law in the land. But Rodwell will not go to cabinet. Rodwell will not tell Prime Minister Janet Breno Yao, we can't get 20,000 for 11,000 people and more and you to get 25,000 for your 6,000 people.
Rodwell not to do that. Why? Because it is PU over the people.
Louis Zabani. Now I tell Johnny Breno listen you in at the same bracket as Dangria why we only to get $15,000 every month when you for your constituency where in constitutionally speaking the highest law in land is telling you Mr. Prime Minister that we supposed to get the same amount but yet still you will get $25,000 every month for your constituency. That way the paper said we know you to get more. Like I said, allegedly before the car, it is alleged that he is getting way more than $25,000 while Dangria Louis Zabani is accepting $15,000 every month for Dangria and Dangria will accept this again.
Understand what is happening here. Understand what is at stake.
What this is telling us is simple.
Orange voters worth more than Dangria voters.
So Jerry Enriquez has been taking the government to court. Remember each time this man go to court, each time he goes to court, each time the attorney general, which is the highest attorney in the nation, is getting paid. Um, what's his name?
Um, Iman Courtney, another highpaying attorney is getting paid and more are getting paid each time. Jerry got a quote and they have to represent um the government.
So, I want to read part of Jerry's press release to put things into context.
Here we go.
Attorney General and Judic Judicial and Legal Services Commission lose to Jerry Enriquez.
A major legal victory has landed down in Biz in a case that is already drawing national attention and raising serious question about accountability, justice and the rule of law.
Activist and public interest litigant Jerry Enriquez has won a landmark ruling court ruling against both the EG attorney general and the judicial and legal services commission JLSC.
When you hear it again after the high court found that the JLSC acted improperly in handling a complaint against High Court Justice Tawanda Hondura.
In a in a strongly worded judgment delivered on 26th of May 2026, Justice Martha Alexander ordered the attorney general and the JLSC to pay Jerry's legal cast after a ruling that the commission failed to properly respond to his complaint and left him in a state of limbo for more than seven months.
Good.
The case arose after Jerry filed a complaint in April 2025 alleging judicial bias and misconduct involving Justice Onura during a proceeding during proceedings connected to Biz's constitutional redistricting case.
According to the complaint and judge according to the complaint, the judge failed to mute his microphone. You guys might have remember this. I remember this clearly. The judge didn't mute his microphone during a court break and was overheard making prejuditial remarks against about Jerry Enriquez and his attorney, senior council Arand Ramloan.
After months of silence and repeated unanswered requests for updates, Enriquez filed for judicial review. The court found that the JLS JLS JLS JLSC's conduct breach legal requirements and failed to comply with proper pre-action protocols designed to avoid unnecessary litigation.
Just Justice Alexander sharply criticized the commission's response stating that his conduct was divorced from the spirit and letter of the law.
The court also rejected the attorney's general attempt to force Jerry to pay the government's legal cost, ruling instead that Jerry acted reasonably and responsibly in bringing the claim. The ruling is being viewed by many as a powerful statement that no public institution including the government, the court or oversight bodies is above the law.
Speaking after the judgment, Jerry described the decision as a victory for the small man and said he would continue fighting for justice, judicial accountability, and constitutional reform, including electoral redistricting to ensure equal equality of votes for all Blesians.
The case has sparked growing national debate about transparency, fairness, and public trust in Biz's justice system.
Enriquez has already filed another legal challenge contesting the JLSC's dismissal of his misconduct complaint, a matter expected to proceed to trial soon. For many Blesians, this ruling is more than a legal victory. It is being seen as a test of whether ordinary citizen can stand up against powerful institutions and win. Brothers and sisters, I want to salute my beloved brother once more. Brother Jerry Enriquez, brother, hats off to you. I salute you. I respect you. I love you, my brother. I'm behind you 100%. And I want to encourage each and every one of you. I'm talking to you right now in front of the phone. I'm talking to you in front of your computer. I'm talking to you in front of your iPad. You I'm talking to you. Whatever you can do, whenever you see a post on Jerry Enriquez, channel 5, channel 7, Obafo TV, go and share the link. Pledge your support. You can help Jerry um with his expenses. Jerry is taking on this case with money out of the man own pocket and you know who I benefit we the people of biz and I want to encourage the people of the south particularly you here in Dangria Stan Creek West Hopkins Silk Grass all of you Pomona all the way down to Toledo this is this is about you we are being under represented You have constituencies in biz city that has less than 2,500 um registered voters.
Less than 2,500.
They have a minister for themselves.
Dangria has over 6,6 close to 6,500.
We have one minister ear representative constituencies in biz city. We have less than 2,500 have their own representative. you know they could b this is this might not be the solution but they could ban um constituencies in bise city and is still not a come up to what dangria has rodwell that has 11,000 electorates in his constituency will not say a word louisani your era representative dandria I hear a representative, the man that you all voted for, he will not speak up for you because he has to defend his party first.
And I hope I hope that come 2030 that we will have someone, someone that we can look up to, someone that we can respect, someone that we can push rally behind to make sure that we get Louis Zabani out of here. This man is no good for Dangria.
Dangria has no era representative.
Debbie Jones is our era representative.
Racist bias Debbie Jones. I said that because I've experienced it on my own with my own eyes. Do I sound upset? Do I sound angry?
Maybe. I have every reasons to be.
We in Dangria, we need to get our act together.
All of you. Municipal election is upon us.
municipal election is upon us and I've been um contemplating, meditating on this. I want to stay on track. I'm not going to lose track because I have to applaud my brother Jerry Enriquez for such a big win.
Municipal elections is upon us.
You have my brother Dian D Samson.
We have Crystalin Castillo. We have Mayor Mariano. I get to understand that Mayor Mariano insists that he's going to run again for his third term. My brother, I hope you not get one another chance.
I hope we don't vote you in again. You have showed us no great leadership, no admirable leadership.
Municipal elections is upon us.
When the time comes for you to make a decision, wake up.
Wake up.
Wake up. Jerry's victory is a sign to all of us.
It is telling us that there is hope.
There is hope for you, the common man.
There is hope for all of us. But we must be willing to do the necessary thing. We must be willing to fight.
We must be willing to stop playing politics.
I want to review this document. I'm going to come back to municipal elections because I have a lot more to say about that. But right now, I am giving Jerry maximum respect. I want to take a look at um his case for a bit, help you guys to familiarize yourselves with this matter.
Um, let's take a look at this here.
Brothers and sisters, if we do not open our eyes, if we do not start to pay attention, we will continue to eat the crumbs from their table.
This has been happening for decades.
So let's take a look at this case and then I want to talk a little bit about um the upcoming municipal elections.
I want to talk about what is upon us.
The highlight in green the highlights in green are Jerry's argument.
The highlight in yellow is a is a counterargument by the JLSC.
Pay attention to what's going on here.
So this failure resulted in unreasonable delay by the JLSC in responding to his complaint and it led directly to Mr. Enriquez Jerry having to take further steps. This decision does not deal with any determination of whether the JLSC took too long to render its decision on the complaint of Mr. Enriquez. It deals with the costs, if any, to be awarded to Mr. Enriquez for the legal failure of the commission to engage with the pre-action protocol.
I want to skip I'm going to skip most of this because I want to get to something here. Here the focus is specifically on the first question. Is Mr. Enriquez entitled to costs in the present circumstance circumstances?
This step was not made known to Mr. Enriquez. On 22nd May 25th, I'm sorry, on 22nd of May 2025, Mr. Enriquez wrote the JLSC expressing his concerns that the judge had made certain orders on the application to recuse. On 29th May 2025, a response was received from the JLSC that the matter is presently before the JLSC.
This was not communicated to Mr. Enriquez. On 11th August 2025, Mr. Enriquez served a pre-action letter highlighting the JLSC's inaction in deciding on the complaint and warning of impending judicial review proceedings.
On 1st of September 2025, Mr. Enriquez sent an email to Secretary of the JLSC indicating that the date of responding to the pre-action letter 8th September was fast approaching and that he was hopeful for a response. He received no response or acknowledgement of this email.
On 20th October 2025, Mr. Enriquez filed a hard copy of the application in claim number 611 of 2025. On the same date, the JLSC delivered its decision to Mr. Enriquez, dismissing the complaint. The issue is whether a cost a cost order is to be made against the JLSC for failing to comply with the practice direction for pre-action protocol um for administrative order.
The approach left Mr. Enriquez in a prolonged state of uncertainty as to whether his complaint was being taken seriously. He was only provided with reasons after he in after he instituted proceedings.
The Zetina affidavit provides details of the steps the commission was taken to deal with Mr. Enriquez complaint, but it simply came too late. In any event, the actions being taken by the commission would not have been known to Mr. Enriquez.
The commission had to have engaged with the procedure set out in practice direction number three of 2025 pre-action protocols.
It did not and it must be sanctioned with a cost order.
When the JLSC responded to the complaint with a bl with a blunt statement that it was receiving the attention of the JLSC, this was insufficient to remove or quell the doubts of Mr. Enriquez. Subsequent communications from Mr. Enriquez as to the status of his complaint were similar were similarly answered or met with the defending silence from the commission. The commission's pre-action conduct fell far short of what is required by the protocol. Now I want to pause here a bit and um say to those of you listening online so we could again understand the nature of this case.
It is very important to keep in mind how we got here.
It is very important to keep into consideration that when we refer to the attorney general, when we refer to the JLSC, we are talking about those who supposed to be protecting the people's best interest.
But in this case, these people are fighting for the government of Biz to work against the people of Biz.
It is very important, brothers and sisters, friends, family, those of you at home tuning in, whether you're on Facebook, whether you're on YouTube, I hope that when we become knowledgeable of these injustices, I Hope that when we become knowledgeable of information of these happenings that we will not just sit back and hold conversations in our click in our small circles at home at schools among our friends just in gossips.
I hope that we will become active citizens.
It is high time, it is high time that we choose us first.
To the people of Dangria, it is high time that Dangria choose Dangria.
Don't choose red. Don't choose blue.
Choose what is good for Dangria.
Choose what is best for Dangria.
Take a moment.
Make it your business to become an active citizen.
What can you do to help help spread the information?
What can you do to help fight against injustice?
When we have victory such as this one, when we experience victorious moments such as this one, when we come across people like Jerry Enriquez, We must take note. We must acknowledge.
I want to go to the comments real quick to see who might be. We have Um Richard Webster senior says this is standard. When someone takes the government to court someone has to pay. When I took government to court they had to All right. Let me end.
when I took the government to court.
Um, they as the same thing, but because the judge thought I had lost my land for $40, she didn't grant the government request for me to pay their legal fees.
Um, thank you for the comment, Richard Webster.
You know, I come on here every Wednesday.
I invite individuals on this platform that can share informative information.
information that will bring clarity to what's happening in our town, to what's happening in our communities, to what's happening in the country at large, nationally.
I bring on these people so that we could be informed with the hope that we will make informed decisions when it comes to choosing our leaders.
We are at a point in our lives here in Dangria.
We are in campaign season since Jerry has won this case a victory.
I want to urge each and every one of you.
I want to urge each and every one of you running for counselors for counselor running for mayor.
Those of you who might have interest in running for era representative.
I watched um um an interview with um Aeron Anderson just the other day, not too long ago.
And Aaron has aspirations to one day become the prime minister of Biz.
I want to ask each and every one of you because I want to call you by name.
I want to hold you accountable.
It's campaign season for municipal election.
The issues that take place nationally affect us here in Dangria.
And to all of you who put yourselves to be leaders here in this town, how often do I hear you talk about the issues we are facing, the blatant disrespect?
How often if it's not about if it's not against your political party? If it's not obviously against your political party, you don't say anything.
If it's not going to give you political mileage, you don't say anything.
If camera is not there, if the the nobody take picture, if nobody the video, if you're not giving away something, you can't be seen or heard.
I don't want to hear the lead things where they do here and there. Fine. Granted, keep that to yourself.
How often do we fight as a people to push this town forward? Not as a UDP candidate, not as a UDP counselor, not as a UDP um caretaker, not as a UDP potential mayor, but just as a Dangria person, a Dangriana.
To all of you, how often have you fought for redistricting? How often have you pressed your era representative to fight for us?
How often, how often have you hinted the leader of your party, be it red or blue, to tackle commerce bite, to tackle redistricting, to tackle that development happening out there um in front of Sacred Heart School and Church.
When we start to experience issues nationally, how often do we step out and call out the powers that be?
Municipal elections is upon us.
We will have to vote in a new mayor maybe or on a plan for voting Robert Mariano again.
We need to understand what's happening in our tongue.
When will Dangria choose Dangria first?
When will Dangria choose the betterment of Dangria before the betterment of one household?
Vincent Garvey.
Our leaders has has led our leaders have led Dangria to where we are today.
The question is where will future Dangria leaders lead us?
Where will future Tangria leaders lead us?
That question, my brother, is on point.
Where will future Dangria leaders lead us?
you know, Vincent.
Um, if we pay attention to what's happening, all right, I keep saying that municipal elections is upon us now.
People are disgruntled about the people's united party. People are disgruntled. Dangriana are not quite happy. A lot of people are not happy.
The UDP is pretty much fractured, crippled, standing on wobbly foundation.
It's not a negative criticism. We're trying to bash the United Democratic Party, but it's it's the truth.
So, when we go out to vote, when we're choosing a leader, as a matter of fact, before I even say that, I want to stick to Vincent's question. Where will future Danga leaders lead us? Now in terms of the municipal elections, let's say first let's keep in mind we have a PUP administration.
The POP is in control at the moment.
Let's say we have a UDP mayor.
What how do you think that will play out?
How do you think it will play out if we have a UDP mayor?
A UDP mayor and pop administration.
We will need someone who can stand up against whosoever might have intention to starve Dangria because Dangria has a UDP mayor.
If a UDP mayor is elected, if a UDP mayor is elected, whichever mayor, UDP mayor, you my brother, you my sister, you will have to be strong.
You will have to have the wherewithal to to negotiate to lobby to go out and find money for Dangria.
Not only that, you will have to make sure that Dangria will not be deprived intentionally be deprived by central government since it will be awa administration in power.
If a UDP mayor is elected, how do you think that will play out? So Vincent, our leaders have led Dangria to where we are today. The question is where, brother Vincent, ask where will future Dangria leaders lead us? very very uh applicable question right on time.
Where will future Dangria leaders lead us?
I am curious to hear from those of you signed on tonight.
Why don't we all stand?
with Jiren Enriquez.
Why don't we all stand? Why don't we all let our voices be heard?
Why don't we all let our voices be heard?
Why don't we bring this government to their knees, to their heels?
Why did the court criticize the conduct of the JLSC so strongly? Why was the attorney general trying to make a citizen pay the government's legal cost?
What message does this send to Bleians who want to challenge justice?
Tonight, friends and family, as much as we're talking about municipal election, I'm highlighting my brother, my friend, one of my mentors, brother Jerry Enriquez, Vic Henriquez's victory tonight.
Because make no mistake, when institutions become arrogant, when accountability disappears, when the people begin to lose confidence in justice, a nation enters dangerous territories and raas unmuted.
We refuse to stay silent while the people are left in darkness. So tonight bedroom, tonight sisterin, we break it all down. The facts, the implications, the politics, and the bigger fight for transparency.
Municipal elections are upon us.
Congratulations to my brother Jerry Enriquez.
It takes a lot. It takes a whole lot to go toe-to-toe with the government of Biz.
My goodness.
It takes a dog lot to take the government to court.
You know what I think?
Call me crazy, but I think we should we should make a way to make Jerry Enriquez the prime minister of Biz. That that was somebody comment on Facebook.
I'm copying and I like it. I love it. We should make the likes of Jerry Enriquez the prime minister of Biz. You know, it might be far-fetched. You know, it might not happen now. It might be something that we will never ever see in our lifetime.
I spoke with one of the previous mayors of Danria and um this mayor was sharing with me that the way how the mayor was elected I I believe it was Kashan Nunes was the first mayor I I please don't quote me on this but I believe if my memory serves me right. Kashan Nunes was the first mayor who was elected by the people of Biz and correct me if Kashan Nunes by by um by the people of Dangria because um before Kashan Nunes, I believe it was the counselor at the town council at the town board were the ones who would um elect the mayor.
So I said this to say to complement what I just um said about that person's comment who commented that Jerry should be the prime minister of biz.
the way the prime minister of biz is um selected in in in the um polit political in our current political atmosphere or domain.
It's not by the people, it's by the party, the members of the party.
We need to change that.
We need to change that. That needs to change. The prime minister ought to be elected by the people of Biz. We need to change that.
The prime minister is not elected by the people of Bise.
That needs to change.
We can't get prime minister when fit to lead.
They get prime minister only because they have access to some money and sometime I even clean money most of the times.
So municipal elections is upon us.
Who do we think will lead this town?
Who do we think will lead this town?
We have to start to make informed decisions.
Friends and family, we must start to make informed decisions.
Every day I wake up, every single day I become mindful of all the people who have gone before us.
Somebody shared on um on Facebook. I I saw this probably um definitely during this week was probably Alex um Brother Lucas that whenever they're in town in Dangria they see more action happening at the cemetery more than any place else.
Whenever they're in Dangria, they see more action happen at this happening at the cemetery more than anywhere else.
Let's take a look at um brother Vincent um comment.
We need to understand that when the government of BISE received $20 million grant, this money is available to community and must be given when presented with a business proposal.
Um what happened what happened in Dangria is called I got to make adjustments here in order to read your full message, brother.
I'll come back.
Might have to come back to your message.
Okay, I think I get what you're saying.
What what's happening in Daniga is called um regentrification if I'm not mistaken. I'm not seeing the word clear enough, but I'm assuming that's what you're saying. You know, um, Betin, listen, man.
We could go at this all night, you know, if people are not in tune. That's why we need people like you asking the right questions, commenting, asking the right questions.
And I encourage all of you tuned in tonight, ask questions.
We just received some money to replenish the beach.
We just received some money um to restore some of our beach because I'm understanding that Dangria is getting $400,000 US out of the um I believe it's 4 million US dollars.
We are to know We are to know how that 800,000 Biz dollars 400 US 400,000 US dollars will be spent.
Now it will go toward healing or repairing part of the beach.
400,000 US dollars I doubt could repair all beach. It's not possible.
So Vincent, you're right. We need proposals that will outline what will we we what will be done with the money.
But not only that, we need proposals.
We need all of us to be informed and to be aware of the monies out there because often times money come and just the ones that were stay in tune with politics. They want understand it try say what they could get out of it.
So this type of information as much as we might hype on the news the majority majority of us we don't stay locked into the news we don't follow up we don't we don't majority of the people at large here in Dangria around um the country of biz is we don't understand most of what they're saying on the news.
If you know a retired individual, if you don't come back for the states um living home, you understand, you have a better understanding as to what's happening and what needs to happen. You don't pay attention.
You don't pay attention.
So a brother said to me earlier, look around Dangria.
Tell me what you see. But before I continue that, my brother Eric Castillo, Uncle Tony, the education system has failed our children as to what it is to be a productive citizen.
I have to read that again. The education system has failed our children as to what it is to be a productive citizen.
Selling of votes and the poor citizen um the poor citizenship conviction to our nation.
uh is intentional by the government.
It is intentional not to have an active ombbudsman. My goodness.
Since should we say let's not uh let me use words carefully.
Since the umbsman contract was not renewed in 2025, I believe in December 2025. Don't quote me up on the month, but in 2020, late 2025, we haven't had another ombudsman.
So, Mr. Castillo, thank you for the reminder.
Why Why the people of Biz will allow Janib and the rest of the thieves, the criminals?
Why? Why? Why do we remain silent while these people stifle us when when you have a situation when you don't when you're not receiving um justice when you're not get no kind of justice especially against major political powers. us.
We need that is what the umbudsman is for to serve justice.
So Mr. Castillo, the education system has failed our children as to what it is to be a productive citizen.
Selling of votes and the poor citizenship conviction to our nation is intentional by the government by the government. It's intentional not to have an active ombbudsman. Blelesian must wake up to fulfill their god-given purpose.
Will you make someone come and take your land or a part of your land? If you keep selling your votes, your defense is is null and void.
Mr. Castile, thank you for your comment.
Thank you for your comment, Vincent. Thank you for your comment.
What will the rest of us do?
Do we remain silent?
Up to this point, Uncle Tony, we have no umbsman.
We have no one to serve justice.
Especially, do you recall when the government of Biz was giving Jerry a hard time, which in this still they're still giving him a hard time, but Jerry took his case to the umbsman.
Jerry took his case to the umbsman and the umbsman made recommendations.
The umbsman in short words short term recommended to the attorney general to do the right thing but the right thing was not in the best interest of the people's united party.
The ombbudsman made recommendations for the attorney general to do the right thing.
But the right thing was not in the best interest of the people's united party.
The right thing to the right thing to do was in the best interest of the people of Bise.
And so it is safe to speculate to assume that the government of Biz intentionally did not did not renew Gilbert Major Gilbert Sawazo the former ombbudsman's contract because they can't tug and pull the man they can't do with him as they please.
He will not dance to their tune.
So, I go back to the people of Tangria.
I go back to all of you running for positions. I go back to all of you running for counselors. I go back to all of you counselors today. Hilberta Bernardes, Howard, Marta Robinson, all of you.
I go back to all of you running.
Va du Sab Marsha Crystalin.
If we are sincere with ourselves, if we really want change, if we really want change, we have to start taking drastic actions, radical actions.
I'm not inciting violence. I'm not suggesting violence.
But we have to be firm.
Every government respect people power when the people come together because they run the country.
but that the people make the country run. So all of you Lopez, Eron Anderson, do you really believe you're ready to serve the people of Tangria?
Do you really believe that your candidacy is not just another pop, another UDP thing?
It's Dan Griger, not for the UDP.
You know, it crawls. It really get under my skin when I hear people holl UDP all the way. I UDP that get under my skin so much. I can't stand no either UDP.
I come across very intelligent individuals, people who I respect a great deal, whose mind I respect, who will say to me blatantly, "Well, I UDP."
and in saying I UDP even though even though these people who talk against the PUP and warriors and fight against um what Jani Breno is doing fight against what Robert Mariano is doing fight against what Luis Aani is doing only because it's a PUP they're fighting against but when it comes to doing the right thing and the right thing might be might might be not presenting themselves as a UDP ch UDP.
And the same thing with the PUP.
The last time I um applied to run against Louis Abani and I said some things against the PUP.
Everybody that should know if they know me and my family roots. You will know that I come from a PUP family.
But the Bible says when I was a child, I think as a child, I act as a child. When I become a man, I put away childish things. I am not a PUP. To hell with that.
I am not a UDP.
And even if I would have her get the opportunity to file under the banner of a UDP or PUP, it will it would be for the best interest of the people and I will will refuse to utter and yell UDP all the way. That is one moment that I will only use the color to benefit the people of Tangria.
We're too fixed on this IDA PU IDA UP thing until we keep ourselves down.
So I was saying earlier I want to start I want to um say that I started by saluting my brother Jerry Enriquez for his victory in the courts against the EG and the JLSC and I'm also talking about municipal elections.
can you do in Samson my brother who I respect lovely brother I'm getting know I'm getting getting to know this brother and I don't have nothing against any of these individuals I don't know all of them well I'm familiar with the faces I cannot say I would vote for all of them I have a few in there who might consider.
But are you Dwayne? Are you on Anderson?
Are you Earth Lopez? Are you Crystallin?
Are you VA? Are you my brother Sabal Marshall?
Are you ready to stand up for Dan Griggger as a Dan Griger resident rather than a UDP or a PUP?
Are you ready to call out your party?
Do we in Srano politics divide us as a people? Little progress. No progress, my brother. No progress.
I want to bring something to your attention.
You see that development development out there?
Um to those of you running up for politics for u municipal elections and those of you who have interest in the 2030 election.
Study what's happening out there at that multi-purpose park.
Study what's happening out there.
According to the mayor Don Serrano, we come together as a people during November celebrations during time of morning. You couldn't have said it better.
You couldn't have said it better, my brother. To those of you running, go study out there. The last time I met with the mayor, he told me that that project will be completed and will be ready by July of this year.
Now, if you look at what is out there, first let me say it is looking good.
It is looking good. It is looking presentable.
But I have a lot to say about it. There are some major flaws and I will do a separate video on it. I want to applaud them for the good that they're doing, for the little good, but they have some major issues happening out there. And the next thing about this multi-purpose park, pay attention with everything that's out there, the how the way out that they drag their feet. The amount of people they have working out there, the few few pilinky people, they could have finished everything that they have out there that could have been done in less than 6 months. I am not even a contractor, but I know that I dare a contractor to go out there and look at all the buildings out there, all the structure that they put up out there and give me a rough estimate as to how long it would take for each and every one of whatever they put up out there. How long would it take?
It not take no two years, but they going on two years for this thing.
But then while wait for municipal election so they could cut ribbons, ribbon cutting.
Remember, remember, remember, while we're at it, last year, Mother's Day, and the year before, last year, Mother's Day, I saw um Karim Musa Isa my brother at BTB um what's his name bel city the way they treated the the their mothers for Mother's Day huge bal in fact the things that they give to their mothers out in at the park with music even shine where where when in the run shine where most of them no light.
If you look at what they did for their mothers in their constituency.
It never look like that for PUP matters.
It never look like that for UDP matters in my opinion. having something out in the open. Then they win gifts like microwave and and washing machine and refriidge and stove while Louis Zabani take a few handpicked pop matters and caring islands. Nothing against islands. Chris not got nothing to do with that. Chris Chris this is not against you. We're good.
We're good.
Mother's Day. This way do take a handful of PUP mothers and car for breakfast the islands.
That's what he did for last year Mother's Day. While you have karim musa and all one other area representative in a different constituencies, they do big thing in a park and give her refriger stove and microwave and all this and our not our mothers pop mothers for just going to get our breakfast.
I wish you would I I wish my mother was alive with the knowledge that I have now.
Why you all accept this type of thing this year? Man's day.
I don't even think Louis came. He sent he sent the surrogate or his his era representative that is Danga era representative Debie Jones I believe well based on the pictures that I saw and say Lou nothing against the Dil is a wonderful school the has come a long way but for Mother's Day see if I could find this But for mother's day they they're going care with mothers and our shed at the le for mother's day.
Let's see.
This is what deserve, right? This is what our mothers deserve.
Mothers did.
This is what our mothers deserve.
Let me share this. Put this up on the screen.
Let me put this up on the screen. This is what you mothers deserve. And that it's the privileged ones too.
Most of the pop there are all PUP.
I don't know what kind of games they play. Earlier I talked directly to the UDP um and the PUP individuals who are seeking office. How serious or serious about Dang Brigar? How serious serious about bringing change?
How serious are you guys serious? This is Mother's Day for Dangria.
This is your era representative.
This representative blue pants blue pants Miss Deb Jones that's your era representative Dangria this is your era representative this is Mother's Day for Dangria This is Danria.
Mother's Day for Dangria parents.
Oh, I was just notified that you guys are not seeing what I'm sharing. All right, here we are. This is Danria. This is Mother's Day for Dangria mothers.
Here is your ear representative, Miss Debbie Jones.
This is Mother's Day.
This is what the mothers of Dangria deserve.
That's Drea.
The man sent your era representative Griga. He I don't think the man Louis med I believe he sent his aid who is our era representative Debbie Jones.
This is what you tolerate.
This is what all of you tolerate.
This is what all of you voted for. The $50 when I give up for you to vote. The $100 when I give you a vote.
Mother's Day assistant. You got updates on it?
None. All right. Good.
me. Thank you very much.
Listen, I come on here every Wednesday. I do my best.
I do my best to bring credible people to talk to us, to inform us.
We all need to do our part. I met a brother yesterday with me, not yesterday, Sunday actually. We talk politics. The man tell me, "You know what? Why you do like with DA? You used to do it in America. Why not do go out and take the cultural activities and and blah blah blah." And you know, Gif is listen to me. I'm a gifa. Yes.
I know I go all over the place but I just touch this one bit need to get act together fight need to be a separate fight dangria fight that a different fight all of us together creole Indian Hispanic all of us need to fight a dangria fight I can't be we need to isolate gifona fight from dangria fight they coexist exist.
But when it come to gifa, please knock me down for fight gifa fight when gifa people themselves are our worst enemies.
Make no mistake path I'm a very proud gifa but I'm not a stupid gifa with the top and I said to this brother until every individual gifa person get their act together and become serious about the decisions they make at the ballot when it's time to vote.
Not going to tell me to stand up.
We allow these people to manipulate us, to take advantage of us, folks. Next week, Wednesday.
Um, next week, Wednesday. I cannot give much information about this tonight. Um, actually tonight, I was I was supposed to bring on an individual.
Um I really can't give much information about it but there were some missing information that we needed to confirm before this person come online.
We didn't confirm such information.
So we decide to just pull it put it paths.
But next week, Wednesday, I will um announce it l in advance as to who I will have online um on Dangria unmuted Obafo TV next week.
But believe me, it will be an explosive segment, an explosive um ep episode of DU Dangria unmuted where we unmute the truth and we demand change.
I'm bringing this session, this episode to an end. I'm going to give you guys your final minute or two to share your comments, to share your um I want you to applaud, ask you all to applaud my brother Jerry Enriquez for the work he has been doing on behalf of all of us.
fighting for fair election, fighting for fair representation, fighting for all of us, fighting for GIFA, fighting for um Creole, fighting for the Hispanic, fighting for every Bleian.
I want you to put up your likes for Jerry Enriquez. I want you to put up your hearts. He's not asking for it. I am asking you to give him his flowers. I want you to comment your congratulations.
And I want to also ask you to pledge your support.
Support the brother. Ask what you can do.
Ask how you can get involved.
It's important to be an an active citizen. It's important to be an informed citizen.
And so as we close out, friends and family, I address those of you who are um putting your names on the ballot for counselor, for mayor, maybe in 2030 for era representative.
I urge you, don't make it a UDP struggle. Don't make it a PUP struggle.
Make it a Danriger fight. Fight for Danriger.
Fight for Danriger.
I trust that with all this information, with anything you might find valuable tonight and in past episodes that you will share, you will spread the word.
I'm live every Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. I will be adding more days as we progress, as we make progress. Um, I assume tonight's live we had no buffering, we had no glitch. Um audio is clear.
We're improving.
Do your part. Be an active citizen.
Be a responsible candidate for counselor. Be a responsible candidate for mayor. When you go and you campaign, inform the people.
Tell them to be informed. teach them.
Don't just give them the promises that you can't fulfill.
I'll tell you one thing, Dangria, before I leave.
No matter who you elect for your mayor, Dangria will continue to struggle, especially if we don't have someone who is strong enough to fight against the powers that be to demand what is ours. Dangria was struggle especially if we don't have someone who can communicate who can negotiate who can lobby for Dangria who can go in and bring the bacon who can go and tell Johnny we know they accept that who can tell Louis Aani you are our era representative you need to work with me to make Dangria If we don't elect the right person, we've had a mayor under the PP administration for this for six years.
The next March will be six years, two terms.
And I can't say that Dangria is impressed even though it's a POP government and a POP mayor.
Now what you think why UDP mayor I hope let me not say that I hope a UDP mayor will be able to do a much better job no matter who get in there. It's going to be a lot of work.
Mr. Eric Castillo, thanks again, Jerry.
Um, remember playing your harmonica will relieve your stress, Uncle Tony. And thank you for your comment. Thank you for your support. You Martha, Mrs. Castillo, thank you very much.
Thank thanks to each and every one of you. Um, Miss Joyce Skatano, I want to thank you Dion Serrano, all of you who commented tonight. Um, M. Uh, Eric, I called you already. Vincent Garvey, I want to thank each and every one of you. Richard Webster Senior, Mr. Martinez, thank each and every one of you for commenting.
For those of you who signed on who have not commented, for those of you who share the live, for those of you who follow Ubapo TV, thank you all and again my name is Seriel Uru. I'm here every Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. on TV for Dangria Unmuted.
Thanks again. Have a good night and I'll see you next week Wednesday.
Bye-bye.
Tonight in Dang Grigo. A wave of voter dissatisfaction is hitting local and national leaders alike. Mayor Robert Mariano, era representative Dr. Luis Zabanet and even Prime Minister John Brceno. A new survey by pollster and retired assistant professor Dr. Philip Castillo shows support for Dr. Zaban has plunged dramatically. Remember, he won big in 2020 with 61% of the vote. And his popularity soared even higher in 2025 when he secured 76.5%.
But Dr. Castillo's latest polling tells a very different story, one that suggests confidence in these leaders is slipping fast. He's underwater because I think he's at 41%.
um which means that um at uh 41% four out of every 10 voters do not approve of the job that he's doing.
Zabani lost support in Dangria town and Saroway but he's still strong in outlying villages like Hope Creek.
Responding to the poll, Dr. Zaban says he welcomes Dr. Castillo's work, but argues that data collected closer to election time gives a truer read on how voters will actually decide. First of all, the the size of the poll is relatively small, but still uh helpful.
So, I'm not knocking it in that sense.
I'm just saying that um if you look at at the last polls that he has done, you could go back and check them out. um they have been um consu uh cons consistently lower than the actual performance.
So um in my view I don't believe that the numbers are are that low but even if they were it is good to know so that you can take action.
>> One of the things that people were saying is that you are um hard to access.
>> Yes. And and that's the one that seems farthest from the the truth. I am one of the very consistent um air representatives that have office hours.
So um on Thursdays like for example tomorrow um I have my office I am at the office I have an office that is open from Monday to Friday so persons can go and they do go in. So besides the office hours on um on the Thursdays I also visit on Saturdays the different because we have Dangria Sow and Hope Creek.
>> Voters are also asked how they feel about the job Dangria Mayor Mariano is doing. He first won the Mural seat with 51% of the vote in 2021 and boosted his support to 63% in 2024.
When we reached out to Mayor Mariana for a response, he told us, quote,
