Stand tall like a strong tree.
Stretch your arms up to the sky and grow super tall.
Balance on one foot. Place the other on your leg and stay steady like a tree in the jungle.
Nice work. [music] Let's change to the other leg.

Let's do the same [music] thing on the other side.
>> [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Open your legs, [music] bend one knee, and stretch your arm overhead like a long jungle vine. [music] >> [music] >> Let's do the same [music] thing on the other side.
Make a V-shape with your body and lift one [music] leg like a playful little monkey.
Nice work. Let's change to the other leg.
Keep your body straight a strong [music] plank. Don't fall.
>> [music] [music] [music] >> Lie on your belly and lift your chest like a curious snake.
>> [music] >> Grab your feet [music] and lift up into a bow shape. You can gently rock like in the jungle.
Push your body up into [music] a big arch, strong and brave.
Bring one leg [music] forward and stretch the other back. Then bend the back leg and try to bring your foot toward your head. If [music] you can, grab it with your hands. Open your chest and look forward like a jungle king.
Let's do the same thing on the other side. [music] Sit down and open your legs wide like a big jungle path. [music] Gently lean forward.
>> Stretch your legs in front [music] and reach for your feet. Relax like resting in nature.
Grab your foot [music] and lift it up like using a bow. Aim like a hero.
Let's do the same thing on the other side.

Sit cross-legged with your hands on your knees. Stay [music] calm like the jungle.
