This video documents how an individual (Jonathan Lee Riches) attempted to use the legal system to silence critics by filing a restraining order against a content creator (Picasso Chad) who was exposing alleged domestic violence charges. The case demonstrates how legal mechanisms can be weaponized to suppress constitutionally protected speech about matters of public record, and how courts can dismiss such cases when the alleged victim fails to appear or when evidence proves the claims are false. The video emphasizes that freedom of speech protects the right to discuss matters of public record, including criminal charges, and that using court injunctions to silence critics represents a misuse of the judicial process.

@PicassoChad wins against JLR 🙌 plus dramatic reading of the exhibits #JusticeforMagnoliaAdded:
I feel a hey.
Hey everybody, how's it going? Welcome in. Welcome in. Welcome in everybody.
Come on in.
Yes. Yes. Today we have another of the alleged non-stalkers of Mr. JLR. And he's so sad. He's so sad and threatened.
So totally threatened. Please pray for me. Please pray for my family.
>> Pray for him and pray for his family.
Got to give props to Olop the Olop. Is she in the house? She has done some amazing work. That is a banger.
Absolute banger. That song.
It just keeps getting better and better.
Hello everybody. Hey Kathy Willis. Hey, no eyes. Hey, Jen Fisher. Schnibbles.
Schnibbles has been pulling out some amazing clips. I've got to say, uh, Shibles, I think you might have made a made a friend the other day with Alex in chat. Alex loves us.
Alex is one of our biggest fans.
I had a little bit of a look back at his comment history on our channel. He's been a fan for a while. Didn't realize, actually. So, hi Alex if you're watching. Alex actually rereamed our um interview the other day with Kelly and Badass.
And um hi to his subscribers as well. If you're watching, nice to meet you all.
Let's all be friends, shall we? We are going to have a little bit of a look at something that Alex has um gotten up to overnight. had a little bit of an altercation with the police in Tucson because, you know, it's all in the name of Nancy. Apparently, they don't care about Nancy.
Where's Nancy?
>> Where's Nancy?
>> Yeah. Okay. So, without further ado, we have first of course, Darly. Hey, >> now I have to ask you a question, darling. What have you done to find Nancy?
>> Uh, well, I almost Baboo accidentally almost accidentally ended the stream just now, but um I have not done anything.
>> Well, shame on you.
>> I know.
>> Shame.
>> More than usual.
>> Shame.
>> Yeah, more than usual.
All these streamers who haven't done anything to find Nancy and they've just sat in their houses on their bums.
>> I know.
>> They haven't done anything to find Nancy. Shame on them.
>> Could have sat outside her house on my bum.
>> That Yeah, they should be sitting outside her house blocking traffic, >> right?
>> That's the correct thing to do.
Hey, fig fairy. Hey, Doby. How are you?
Really, the only right thing to do is to sit outside her house. Maybe jump over some traffic cones cuz that will help >> and do a moonwalk.
>> Maybe a moonwalk or two.
>> Yeah. Oh, and by the way, um apparently Alex said that the person in our chat was actually his daughter.
>> Oh, well, nice to meet Alex's daughter then.
>> So, yeah, that makes it much better.
Apparently, I guess he supposedly stepped away to smoke or do something and supposedly it was his daughter.
>> Grammy Cheryl, I trolled JL's live today. I got timed out. Haha. Grammy, you did not.
Naughty, naughty, naughty. Nice to see you there, Grammy Cheryl. I could not believe you would do something like that.
Um, and we have $5 from the sign is not valid. Is this lawful law?
Not sure if that's the right font for it.
>> Subject matter jurisdiction.
>> All right, we're going to bring our guest in.
The guy who won against the dude who just didn't turn up.
Chad, how are you, Chad?
>> I am very good today.
>> That's great. This is the second time you've been on.
>> Yes.
>> First time you've been on. Was the day was it the day that you got a phone call at your employer's office?
>> Yep. Remember I I don't know how I came upon you, but yes, I I told you about the phone call >> and it was that night that I went on Yep.
Yeah, you were you were a bit stressed out that day. You were a bit annoyed.
>> I remember.
>> Yes, I was very annoyed. I I can tell you today I'm very very very relaxed now.
>> You are?
>> Yes.
>> You're in a bit of a better mood now.
>> Well, you know what? I was very annoyed that he he had called my work and attempted to get me fired. I mean, come on. You know, it didn't work either, but I knew it wouldn't. But >> it was [ __ ] It's absolute [ __ ] to And that was him, too. That was that was actually Jonathan Lee Riches who called your work. You know, this voice call, but I still can't play it. My employer doesn't want it played. So, >> yes, I have the phone call.
>> Yeah. And to be really clear, he called your work because he was he had hurt feelings over you making some tweets about him.
>> Uh mean tweets. I had mean tweets. Yes.
Mean tweets.
>> Yes.
>> Yeah. You'd never threatened him.
Nothing like that. Because this this is something that's kind of systemic with JLR and his community. They seem to think that some criticism, some mean tweets or whatever is that's equivalent to making a physical threat of harm.
>> Absolutely.
>> Which it's not.
>> No.
>> No.
>> But but he can do it, right?
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Yeah. It's okay for him. But if anybody else does it, no.
>> That's a crime.
>> Oh, yeah. It's a crime.
>> Yeah. So they they they can say whatever they like about anybody else and be as absolutely degrading and um just rude about anybody else as much as they like.
And they can put someone else's face and address and all that kind of thing on blast as much as they like. But if you or anybody else says anything that's critical or mocking of JLR or his friends, then that's a threat of violence.
>> Yeah.
>> And I find that just I find that abhorentt. Um >> and it's not up to him.
>> Yeah. And it's not up to him and his uh army to decide that you are a stalker or that you are someone who deserves a restraining order for doing exactly the kind of thing that him and his followers do. Just it's just it's just freedom of speech.
>> Yeah. All public figure >> for a domest domestic violence victim and warning the public about him. That's all I'm doing. And I do have to give you props for that because you have been speaking out about the domestic violence allegations against Jonathan Lee Riches. And the more people who do that, the more people make his subscribers aware of who they're actually giving their money to.
>> Yes.
>> So, thank you for that. Uh, Justice Magnolia. Yes, Justice Magnolia. and his court date on that one is coming up really soon.
>> Um, >> yeah. Hey, Nerdy in chat. How are you mate? Good to see you. Thank you for all you're doing. Uh, you're doing amazing work and I know that you have um what is it? Two court dates involving him soon. um one with the disorderly conduct against you in the airport and there's also the uh restraining order as well. Um correct me if I'm wrong. So it's been it's not been fun for you either. There's this is what happens. Anybody who speaks out against him potentially faces these sorts of repercussions. And to this upcoming week, yes, to this upcoming week, this is absolutely wrong that people should be worried about this sort of thing because they speak up about a man who was accused of beating up his girlfriend.
Yeah.
Okay. Um before we get into the exhibits that we're going to talk about because I want to the exhibits are just poetry.
Uh and I really wanted Darly and you to the exhibits together because this is stupid. This is absolutely ridiculous that you had to go represent yourself in court because of these tweets >> and why he did not show up along with >> him accusing me of making the phone calls to him which also were not true.
He had no evidence to back that up. So that's why that's why he didn't show up.
Period. Mhm.
>> So, we're going to have a little bit of fun going through the tweets shortly now that it's all over and we can.
But first, I want I want guys, I want to show you what something that Badass has clipped from last night with Alex Criminal Network outside of Nancy's house arguing with the police about moving on.
This is all in the name of Nancy Gotrey.
And this is this is really kind of disturbing actually that it's gotten to this point. And I just Sorry. We'll just show it and then let's talk about Yeah, let's do that.
>> I'm sure he makes sense.
>> Oh, yeah. I'm sure he's perfectly in the right >> Let's go.
All these parking no parking signs and stuff.
>> Officer, >> I was just dropping off.
>> There's 12 cars around the corner on the other street.
>> Yeah, I'll go deal with them after, too.
>> So, why do you always come here first?
>> I'm driving around the neighborhood.
>> Okay, there's 13 cars over here.
>> Yeah, this is where I came first, man.
>> Okay, appreciate it.
>> So, if you can pack up your guys' stuff.
I'm not packing anything up. I'm hanging out right here, bro.
>> You're blocking the road.
>> I'm allowed to hang right here, bro.
>> No, you're blocking the road with your stuff >> with my I'm sitting right here.
>> All this all the signs that say there's no >> The sign is fraudulent. Okay.
>> It's not fraudulent, >> bro. Listen. Okay. Do you want to really know? Okay, hold on.
>> How explain it's actually not up to you guys.
>> It's federal minimum regulations. Listen to me. Listen to me real quick and then you can tell me that sign right there needs to have a red border around. It needs to be made out of and it can't be made out of cardboard and it doesn't have retro reflective foam.
>> It's not made out of cardboard. But what is it made out of? The car the >> sign was put out by Puma County.
>> Okay.
>> By us.
>> By HOA.
>> No, not by HOA. By Puma County.
>> Why did you put the right font on the sign?
>> It's a Puma County sign. It's a temporary sign. Yes, it is.
>> Bro, you okay?
>> How How can you argue with me about it?
>> Because I'm up to the federal guidelines. You don't work for the federal, >> right? And this is Puma County. We're enforcing >> matter county and look at the guidelines on the sign and then come back.
>> I'm enforcing Puma County.
>> Yeah. And you're blocking the road. So you need to leave otherwise you're going to get cited >> for for what?
>> Constructing a public road.
>> I'm blocking cars here. Write me a ticket.
>> All right then. I will. What's your name?
>> Alex.
>> All right. Do you have your ID on you?
>> Uh, no I don't.
>> You guys have my name?
>> I'm not allowed to sit here. You're telling me on a public street >> road >> there's there's [ __ ] a whole road here they could drive by >> in the road man >> bro. Okay.
>> So you're not going to worry about the 15 cars over there? Yeah. You'd want to [ __ ] with me.
>> But you want to [ __ ] with me then? Why don't you let me sit here?
>> You care about Nancy, bro. You care about anything. So why are you concerned about me?
>> Why are you concerned with me?
>> Go deal with all these people.
>> Deal with that and come back and I'll be gone. How's that?
>> I asked you to leave. Are you telling me that you're going to leave?
>> I am. I I am going to leave eventually.
Yeah.
>> No, you need to pack your stuff up and go, man.
>> Come on, man.
>> Dude, I'm being super cool with >> You are You're not being that cool because I'm allowed to sit here, bro.
>> No, I'm talking I want you to take it, bro. What if you just onto the ement?
Look, I'm going to get picked up in 15 minutes.
>> I'm going to get picked up in 15 minutes.
>> Actually, Hold on real fast. I'm going argue that I actually have a press pass.
We are have this person's permission.
>> No, no, hold on. Hold on. We are not on her property. Public ement.
>> Yeah, >> this isn't a public How is this a public ement? Cuz this is a public street.
>> Aren't you an officer? Come on. Look at the rule books, bro.
>> An easement is not the same thing.
>> This I'm not sitting on the easement.
So, you want me to sit on the easement?
Is what you're saying?
>> You're on the road. That's somebody's property.
>> Come on, guy. Come on, guy.
>> Why can't you just What? What are you even out here filming for?
>> Because I want to cuz I'm here for Nancy. I care about Nancy. Cuz you don't.
>> We cuz you're coming to reg. You're coming to talk [ __ ] to me for who? I'm not even involved in that disappoint you about anything. I don't want >> Listen, get a ticket. All you do is call him and say that you're arguing with them and then bring more people out.
It's more of a [ __ ] show.
>> What I'm telling you is and another I will leave today, but I'm going to come back and I'm sitting here on the next Friday.
>> Somebody's going to come back and tell you the same thing.
>> Nobody has said what you just said. Not one person.
>> How?
>> There was seven cop cars here the other day. Not one of them said we couldn't sit here.
>> I guarantee you they did. Dude, hey, I put that on every one of my children >> saying we're okay to be on.
>> Thank you. Every one of my I'll put that on every one of my children that not one cop has ever said I can't sit here.
>> Look, dude. I'm just the the neighborhood has been complaining.
>> Too badly about constantly too bad. You can't feel the only I'm >> And why are you selective enforcement?
>> How am I being >> There's 14 CARS ON THAT STREET.
>> You haven't gone over there.
>> Obviously, I'm going to get picked up. word. I'm not a dick.
>> That's right. My name is Deputy Haynes.
Shake your sh >> I don't shake hands at work, man. I touch a lot of gross stuff.
>> That's what a lot That's what usually that's what cops are being say.
>> Did you hear that?
>> I don't shake hands. I touch a lot of gross stuff.
>> I'm about This is This is selective enforcement. Over the last week, I've been taking pictures. Hold on.
>> Let me explain. Hold on. Let me Let me explain something to you.
>> Okay. I'm not parking in here. I come in here from two miles away. I I I ride a little scooter. I go on the public evil.
I scooter. I'm listen. I I literally am doing it the legal way. Okay. But talk about selective enforcement. Okay. You guys come in here and tell me what this is. This is >> You guys did the same thing the other day.
>> Actually parked along the entire road. I haven't gone over this. I know. I'm not talking about right.
>> I'm talking about as a whole. Okay. As a whole, Puma County Sheriff's Department is going after people only with cameras.
>> Okay.
>> Did you hear that bit?
>> As a whole, PE County Police Department are going after people with cameras.
Now, is that new?
Because Alex is going on about the fact that no one's told us this before. This is no one's told us to move on before we've been here.
But he just said as a whole, Puma County Police Department are going after people with cameras.
I wonder if they've been given directive.
>> Might be new.
>> Yeah. To stop all this stuff. Now, hang on. He goes on to say something more.
>> Hold on. This is Hold on. But look, I'm trying to show you something.
>> You even asked me what am I doing out here today?
I'm I'm exercising my freedom of speech and my freedom of press. Is that okay?
>> I'm not going to calm down.
>> I was just trying to converation with you after what you >> because every cop that's been here, sir.
Not one of them has said I couldn't sit here. Not one. I put that on every >> said that we said the same thing the other day to you.
>> You never said I couldn't sit here.
>> I put that on everything you love.
>> Come on, man. He's calling me a liar.
>> But look, this what I'm talking about.
This is every single day in the area where there's no parking.
>> I had this before. You talked to me about this.
>> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> You ready?
>> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> You're not allowed to sit there. You're tell >> I love how he's out of breath after just arguing with the cop.
>> Have to get the car now.
Oh yeah.
>> Is it far far?
>> No, it's just up there for that new for that new house to be in.
>> Oh, you're awesome, man. Thank you, John.
I need to get out of there.
Not one cop has ever said we're not allowed to sit here. He said they all tell you that.
>> No, he called his backup or what? The only thing we've ever heard is they told Jews he couldn't be on the road as long >> on the ement. But that he said, "No, you're on someone's property." Bro, come on.
>> There's 13 cars over there. He said he came here first.
>> Come on, man.
>> Of course.
that says you can't stand in the street, but that's not what they bought.
>> Wasting our time.
>> Yeah, >> we scooted back. We made sure we would not go right.
>> Well, according to him, that's illegal, too.
Hey Dolly, do you have um the >> Oh, yeah. Um maybe.
>> Yeah. No, you don't. Do you?
>> No, I do actually.
>> Okay. So, after this, Alex then went and found some sort of Gotcha.
>> Nancy Guy.
>> Oh, what's that?
Are you there, Chair?
>> Yes, I'm here.
>> Okay. Uh, so we got Nancy Guthrie, Deputy Haynes. So, I was absolutely correct when I assume this deputy is close friends with Nanos.
It's a conspiracy.
>> [ __ ] you, Deputy Hitch.
>> You are a liar and have zero integrity.
and seeing cases like this with your name and Nanos together speaks volumes.
Eat a dick, Hannes.
>> Oh my god.
>> BT Dubs, better believe there are many more foyer requests now, including a civil case. You are not going to trample on my rights.
>> Oh, you're not.
>> Dude, you're really lucky you didn't get taken away and cast.
He's got the he's got the come and take it flag with a picture of a cheesecake on it.
>> And um so he he's got a case against this officer. Someone sued the officer, I guess.
Um and then the party information is the officer Haynes.
He's the defendant, >> the sheriff Christopher Nanos, and Puma County. Well, of course the freaking sheriff is going to be party to the lawsuit. He's the sheriff.
Puma County is on there, too. Are you saying that he's conspiring with Puma County?
>> No respect.
>> My god.
>> I just I I can't believe he didn't get taken away.
Like, he's so lucky. He he would have needed an extra two pairs of handcuffs, I guess. And it just >> maybe >> Yeah.
>> didn't want to radio it in.
>> If I was that officer, he'd have been gone.
>> It's just who who argues with cops like that and gets away with it?
>> Well, sober.
>> It's just It's very strange.
>> Somebody not all there is. Who does that?
I realized he wasn't sober. So >> I don't I don't know. It's just I find it very very odd. Anyway, so can we >> can we swap now to my screen please darling?
Um so thank you Chad for indulging us.
We had to um I had to share that breaking breaking news from Nancy Guthrie Street because really that's what's happening on Nancy Gus Street right now. That's what's happening in the investigation everybody. The search >> for getting a little bit of feedback there chat. Can you just make sure that you don't have any um stream audio?
>> Yeah. is there shouldn't be any thing going.
>> Okay.
>> I don't know.
>> All right. Um, cool. Okay. So, let's get back to your case. So, you had to turn up to court, well, virtually the other day, and Mr. Richards couldn't be bothered showing up, funnily enough. Um, so Jonathan Lee Richards versus Picasso Chad and Yeah, the exhibits. Let's go. So you had to prepare all this stuff because he could have turned up.
>> Yeah, >> absolutely. And you could have had to defend yourself and you had to do this proay. It was going to cost you a ton of money otherwise.
>> Yeah.
>> Unfortunately, I had some help from Mermaid in a wine glass on Twitter. She did all the heavy lifting. Trust me.
>> She had all my exhibits. She had all my >> I don't even know what you call them, you know, but the paper. She drew up all the papers. She did everything >> pretty much everything for me. So I I >> Mermaid is awesome. Yeah.
Hey JLR Investigates in chat.
How are you?
Good to see you, mate. Um, okay. So, I have gone and put together your exhibits in well, you sent me the screenshots and I put them in visual form with dates and also any of the comments that he made that he was going to argue at in court. So, uh, I was going to have Darly do a dramatic reading of these, um, because we do enjoy doing dramatic readings around here. And Yes. So, I just wanted to it really clear that he chose these, right?
>> Yes. He chose these. Yes.
So, of all the things that he decided that made you some sort of menace and worthy of a restraining order, these are the things he chose to pick out to take to court and make out like you were some sort of what stalker harass like harassing him causing him some sort of distress.
>> Yeah. Yeah. as as we'll see what he says about them.
>> Okay, fantastic.
>> All right, let's go. So, April 2nd, 2026.
>> Darly, would you like to read what Picasso said?
>> What a posos.
JLR, the steamroller is coming. You better hope you can handle it. Your world, as tiny as it is, is about to come crashing down on you. All brought on by yourself in that tiny little ego.
You don't have to say it.
>> Okay. So, and you were just reposting uh what Jeff Bezos No Peso has to say. Um so, you're reposting somebody else. And he had no particular comment about that one. That was just one of them.
>> Yep.
>> That was April 2. Then also on April 2, he he uh just decided that this particular set of comments was very offensive to him.
>> Yes.
>> Um okay. So there you go. Darling, do you want to go?
>> Um >> I can I can read some too.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You want to be and and he can be jail.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Well, or Yeah, I can read them all. That's fine.
>> All right. Holy [ __ ] That's [ __ ] rich coming from a woman beater himself.
JRL investigates is just not very self-aware. Remember, Magnolia Rio, the fine young lady you DV for years. Drip drop the steamroller is coming for you.
With your felony history, you are effed.
Washington will come. We'll be coming for you. Drip drop. The pressure will be too much for you. Drip drop. You already effed up today and caught a charge. Drip drop. It won't stop until you're back in prison filing gay lawsuits again. Drip drop. You know, all that um water dropping kind of reminds me of something.
>> Hello. I like to feel 100% clean for whatever I do. And I like a soap that does too.
>> Did you have to?
>> Yes, I really did.
>> Please.
>> Damn it.
>> Scream here.
>> Okay. And so you were quoting Ja there and he was Can you read Ja Deli?
trying. Nerdy addict, woman beater, and accused child abuser arrived in Tucson today. Where is Nancy Guy?
>> Where's Nancy?
>> And Alex, >> nerdy, we saw those videos. Don't come out here trying to be a hero when you treat your own children like pets.
GTFO loser. Oh god, he's an idiot. Like the this is all and this is all false.
All of that is false.
And Nerdy and Eva can't get that off the internet. It's there. It exists and it's there cuz those accusations are out there. And I want to say they are false.
Every time I see them, we need to shout it out loud. [ __ ] false allegations is wrong.
Makes me so mad.
Um, okay. Anyway, let's keep going.
>> Let's Okay, >> I love this meme, by the way. This is so good.
>> Yes.
Okay, I'll try to be dramatic here. Want to know what a lifetime of bad decisions looks like? Here it is. Don't be like him. In the notsodistant future, he will be going back to prison. Can't wait to say I told you so, cult members. It will take some time, months, possibly years, but it's coming. And he is running scared.
>> I don't think it's going to be his, but yes. And um >> I love that.
>> Is what a lifetime of bad decisions looks like right there. Yeah.
>> Now, he did have something to say about this.
So, uh just talk us through what the colors mean here.
>> So, the or anything in orange is the what he wrote in the filing about it.
All the other colors. I was just trying to separate what each tweet was because the way they had it, it just looks like it's all mashed together.
>> Yeah.
Okay. So, he said the stuff in orange.
So, that's him.
Darling, do you want to be him?
>> Sure.
>> In orange.
>> In orange. Yep.
>> Posting bizarre and misleading statements about me that are intended to harass and damage my reputation.
>> Yes.
>> What reputation?
>> Exactly.
What reputation?
Like he has a good one. What?
>> Yeah.
>> Try his voice. He Darly has like two voices. He's got a three. He's got Valley Girl. He's got Southern Lady and he's got >> Angry Man.
>> I I can do JLR. I think >> you think >> Let me just Yeah.
>> Hear them again. you'd have to repeat yourself a million times, but >> well, there's there is that.
>> So, yeah, he's very upset about his um damage to his reputation.
>> Okay, whatever.
>> Uhhuh.
>> April three.
>> Ah, JLR procreated. how God helped that poor child.
And then my comment down below, rumor is it's an older child. He is 50, so the kid's likely in his 20s now, >> right? And so you were quoting D.A.
Adventures. Um, D.A. I'm sure you won't mind if Delhi does Southern Lady.
>> Are you want me to read her?
>> Yeah. Hey, can you do something lady?
Everyone wants to hear you something lady now.
>> Oh my. He violated parole by not paying what?
JLR child support Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Gives me the papers.
>> Oh my god.
>> I do declare.
>> I do declare.
>> I do declare.
Um, this LR, I'm not sure who LR is, but LR says, "Not sure how I feel about him having a child, but since he owes child support, JLR probably doesn't have contact with them. That's a plus, I guess." Okay, so Wendy Hawk says, "You can be Wendy Hawk." Um, um, >> you're going to be so you can be Wendy.
We we know it only took two pumps though.
>> I wasn't there. Thank God.
>> That's what one of his exes called him on MGL last week.
>> Two pumps. Oh yeah. Right.
>> Stop. Is that true?
>> I can't do it.
Rumor is he has an older child.
Okay, >> guys. Guys, stop. It wasn't two pumps.
Okay, it was at least four and a half.
All right, don't exaggerate.
>> With a towel over his head, >> apparently.
>> Apparently.
>> Oh, okay. No, he didn't like this. Oh, he didn't like this.
>> So, uh, Darly in orange.
Oh, creating and posting bizarre AI generated images of me intended to ridicule, defame, or misrepresent me online, >> Twitter, >> Twitter.
>> Defame and ridicule. He's getting ridiculed everybody >> and repres misrepresented.
Oh no. I'm sure it was more than two pumps. I'm sure.
>> Yeah, it was four pumps. God damn it. It was at least three.
>> At least three.
These fees are so hurt.
>> Oh, my peeps are hurt.
>> Oh god.
All right, let's go, Shad.
>> Don't touch my peepeees. Okay, more goals accomplished. Life is good.
Another wimp that can't hang. frauds.
All frauds. By the way, he doesn't like being called the fraud. I found that out. I'll never block anyone.
>> A fraud.
>> I'll never block anyone. Why it's called humility. Someday you might figure that out, fraud boy. I know you're watching me still. You and my fanboy JLR. This I was actually talking to Criminal Network and how this tweet got in there. I don't know. But again, ask me how I know. I could I I was doing that through some of my tweets. I knew he was watching me and it was because Alex had com commented on my tweets on a day that they were hanging out together.
>> So therefore, I knew I knew putting that together that they were watching me. I just I knew it.
It's almost like the these guys believe their own person or something when it comes to court filings.
>> Yeah.
>> You um it's very it's very strange like Okay, so you you referenced my mate, so therefore you're attacking me and I can put that in a court filing.
Sure, that makes perfect sense. Um, so yeah, this was about Criminal Network.
>> Yeah, >> it's really odd. Um, okay. So, >> this this is a photo of his from a long time back and it used to say uh only >> what >> what was it? I forget. Only ah jeez. What was it? Oh, only cowards abuse children. That's what it was.
>> Children. It used to say children. Yeah.
>> And the cowards wasn't highlighted. It was really back >> right. Yeah. Yep. Yep.
>> It was like you could barely see it.
>> Correct.
>> So it used to it used to look like he was standing in front of the in in the children's department with a sign that said only abuse children.
If you look closer >> Yeah.
>> you could see that said only cowards abuse children. So, it was a it was really rage baby. Um, >> so yeah, to put that in context, that's his photo and that's what it used to say.
>> Uh, okay.
>> Go ahead. Uh, Chad >> of the county JLR Jonathan Lurking Riches. Just look at this doofus. And then I put the little copyright symbol behind it.
>> And uh, yeah. So you've altered it to say women and to put cowards in highlight.
>> Correct.
>> And put and put your little Picasso chat on there and c of the county. That makes me a coward.
>> Right. Okay. Now let's see. Uh so the orange highlight means that's his comment to the court.
>> Writing in the court filing. Yes. Got >> his writing in the court filing. Yeah.
creating and posting bizarre AI generated images of me intended to ridicule, defame, or misrepresent me online, Twitter.
>> Okay, that's actually not bad.
That was pretty good, darling.
>> Yeah, not bad.
>> You're getting pretty good at it.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Don't get too good, though.
>> We have a Picasso and a Darly. Shouldn't you be showing paintings?
>> We should.
>> Not bad moments.
>> Not bad.
>> Pretty good. That was pretty good.
>> Pretty good.
>> All right. So, there are the Easter Bunny ones with him in a [ __ ] shell.
>> Oh, yes.
>> I don't know how you managed to get the prompt for this one. It's very strange.
>> Like to make the AI thing make him, you know, >> AI.
>> Oh, sorry. Yeah. Right.
He did turn up like this. Yeah. Um Okay. Do you want to read this one?
>> Yep. This sums up JLR or this sums JLR up in one little [ __ ] shell. JLR. I think he looks like a [ __ ] but that's just me. And then I signed it. Picasso Chad.
>> Okay. So, I mean, he's very upset by all this stuff, >> but you're allowed to say stuff like this.
It's the USA, right?
>> And and and satire is allowed to go with criticism. I mean, it's it's allowed in this country.
>> You know, if if you don't want to have stuff like this posted online, don't do bad stuff. And and you won't have people say bad, you know, they won't criticize you. Just don't do it. Pretty simple.
>> It's It's kind of Yeah. I mean, and and can I just ask you, Chad, when did you start doing this stuff to him? Was it prior to the DV allegations or >> Okay. So, I should tell this story. So, back around a uh shoot, February 1st, end of January, >> yeah, >> he put out a tweet. I should have gave you this tweet, but it was something where where he this he said the uh somebody put out a tweet that said he he walked on their property or something and then JLR tweeted out this person is lying.
>> Okay. And then I went in there criticizing him, calling me a felon and all this other stuff. And then he blocked me way back in February 8th or 9th, something like that.
And then about a few days later, a friend, that same friend that tweeted that out said to me, "Hey, nobody has heard from Magnolia since January, you know, something."
>> So then we started looking into that and I was like, "Man, something's just not right." I had heard that he left Washington real fast.
>> I heard that uh he uh deleted some lives or something. I It's all speculation. I don't know. But this is how I got into looking into this. And then after he blocked me is when I started tweeting stuff out for about a month. And then I started taking his pictures and turning them into cartoons. And I did it for maybe six weeks. And then the day that he called my work is kind of the day that I stopped doing everything. Um, just because I had a >> I had a feeling something it was going to go a little further.
>> So I I stopped doing it then. So that's that's a real quick, >> you know, how everything came to be.
>> Yeah. There was a few people who started to get kind of worried about where Magnolia was.
>> Yes. And um >> yeah, that was well before it became public that there was um a a TTRO going on.
>> Yeah.
>> A TPO. Yes. Okay. Very interesting. Hey Michelle, how's it going? Um okay, let's keep going.
>> Uh April 4. So okay, so you did a variation on that one around Easter time.
>> Okay. Do you want to read that one?
>> This was e this was on Easter. So >> yeah. Yeah. Yep. You know what's awesome, JRR?
You are always going to have to worry when getting on a plane. If there is a warrant out for your arrest in Washington State or if you get pulled over, you will never be comfortable not knowing if they are coming for you. God is good. Happy Easter.
>> And look, I made it into this one.
>> You made it into the filing. Look at that.
Oh wow. Congratulations.
>> You're in proud of you.
>> It won't be the first time. I do come up a fair bit at excited utterance, you know, because I'm a exception.
>> True. I think this is the first time though like one of us have actually been mentioned.
>> I don't know. Maybe we'll see.
Hillary's famous.
Oh, mermaid.
>> Kelly. There she is.
>> Hey, Mermaid. Nice to see you, mermaid.
Um, and Kelly says, "Just want to say that I'm thankful to Hela, Daria, and all my friends in the chat. Good to see everyone for $9.99." Thank you so much, Kelly. I appreciate your don donation to the channel. Um, very much appreciated.
And we love you, Kelly. You were so sweet on panel the other day.
>> You're just um lovely, so kind, and just exactly what I thought you would be.
Like, you know how you imagine somebody online and then when you meet them, they're exactly like you expect? That's you, Kelly. You're just a lovely person.
>> And when she met me, I was nothing like she expected.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
And yeah, Mermaid's my little sis. I would like to I'd like to meet Mermaid.
Mermaid seems awesome.
>> Oh, she is.
>> Yeah.
>> So much.
April 5. Um, again, so you said happy Easter. Go on.
>> Happy Easter everyone from the Easter Bunny. JLR Jonathan Lurking Riches sign.
>> All right. He didn't he didn't like this.
>> I wonder why.
>> Yeah.
posting >> false accusations about me on social media, Twitter, and presenting them as fact to the public.
>> Why this one specifically?
>> Well, I'm not a vagina.
>> It's a bunny suit.
>> I don't have a clitoris on my chest.
>> This is defamatory.
>> A bunny suit. Come on. The zipper, bro.
I'm so clipping that darling.
My labia minora is actually a majora.
You gonna be okay. Ha.
>> Why do you make it so easy, darling?
I've never seen you laugh this much, Ella.
>> I try.
>> I'm a bit embarrassed of my laugh, so I laugh quietly on stream, but like dude, what the hell?
>> That was good.
>> That was really good.
Okay. Um, >> wait.
>> All right.
>> Oh, never mind.
>> Are you ready? Oh, this is this is when I started calling him little guy.
>> Little guy. Late night, eh? Project much, accuse others of what you do to deflect from the truth. See, you don't like the truth. It's bad for you. You've done very horrible, disgusting things.
Guess what? I've lived a clean, honest life. You got nothing. You can't use normal. And then go down. It should be That was when I didn't have the premium account.
>> Uh, unless it's on the next one. Is this it?
>> Uh, no. Let me >> You didn't give me anything to scroll down with. Um, so what does it mean when someone is projecting a defense mechanism where someone unc unconsciously disowns their own uncomfortable thoughts, feelings or flaws and attributes them to another person? So did you actually write more on this one?
>> I believe I did because this was when I I had a regular Twitter account or some I don't know or when I didn't know I could write more. So I had a comment Yeah, you might not have it. I don't know.
>> No, no. If leave the screenshot so I don't have it if you haven't.
>> Yeah, it's okay. Said you can't use normal tactics on me is what I probably said.
>> Okay. Right.
Um or whatever it was. He didn't like it. He included it in the um court filings. Okay. Next one. April 7.
>> See this one should go. I think this one go. God, I Yeah, this one should go with the Criminal Network one >> when he was going door todo to find out who called the FBI on him.
>> Really?
>> Yes.
>> Uh it's I We need to find that one. But he was somebody had called the FBI on him. He did a stream.
God, I'm going to have to find that. Uh, diva will probably know, but I said it's not for me to to decide, but in my opinion, he's seeking out someone who may have called the FBI on him, and that's creeping Justice for Magnolia.
>> So, why did he include this one? I I I just I can't figure him out. I just and I don't want to honestly.
>> I know. Like the more you look into this dude, the more disturbed you get, honestly.
>> Yes.
>> Okay. This is not even your tweet.
>> No, not even my tweet.
>> Why is he bringing up someone else's tweet?
>> I It goes back to I you know, I don't want to get into his head. I I have no idea.
Right.
>> You want to read someone else's tweet?
>> JLR, in my opinion, you are absolutely trash.
You can't stay away from Annie or Tom.
So, even though he has been cleared, I can't wait for the day you piss off the wrong person and get arrested. You are fake and all you care about is money. I hope they sue you. Leave them alone.
>> Okay. And that that person is quoting Eva um life failed >> Tom Tomaso through Nancy Garry's neighborhood or tailed Tomaso through Nancy Garry's neighborhood attempts to follow him again when he leaves while Alex Ael watches Tomaso leave NY's driveway and calls him a [ __ ] This is gross, reckless behavior. Truth. Truth. Truth.
Truth. So all that's truth. It's just that it wasn't you who even said it.
>> Yep. I So yeah, I don't know.
>> Just like, dude, at least get the right person. But of course, like we all know, he didn't get the right person who called, but we're going to get to that in a minute.
>> Yeah. So this was a couple of days after he called. I say, "Good morning. I've gained a thousand followers recently and I want to say thank you. I appreciate all of you. I follow everyone back but due to limits it's going to take a while. I do it about 15 at a time then wait rinse repeat. It's going to take a while. Justice or Magnolia.
>> Justice.
>> Justice.
>> Magnolia.
>> Magnolia.
>> Absolutely.
Thank you. Thank you everyone who's been tweeting that. Thank you everyone who's been sharing the petition. Thank you everyone who's been writing letters, especially to the Washington prosecutors because I believe personally that that unextraditable warrant in Washington that's for him.
We believe I believe that's in Washington. That is for the DV charges.
And if there could be a um a governor's signature on that, I believe he could be extradited to Washington to face face those charges, those three felony charges. And that would be justice for Magnolia.
>> Yes. Yes, it would.
>> It sure would. Mermaid in a wine glass, new member. Thank you. We are so pleased to have you. And you know what, Mermaid in a wine glass, it would be so great if you would click through and become a member of our Discord. It is a member perk and we're having great conversations in there about all this.
Um, so yeah, members, uh, become a become a member and join the Discord.
Um, I'll update the Discord link. I'm not sure if it's up to date at the moment. It should be. It's supposed to be one of those infinite links, but you know, no, they do expire. So, I'll I'll make a new one at the end of this stream. Thank you so much for becoming a member. I really appreciate you and everything that you've done to help Chad as well.
All right, let's keep going.
>> Okay.
>> Um, this is not >> Oh, this was I think this is part of all of that. See here th see see this is we need to find this uh tweet because you can actually see him knocking on doors and he talked to this guy about it about I'll find it and I'm going to I'm going to get this to you because you need you need this. This is when he was going door to door to see who called the FBI on him.
>> Can you the the gull I mean you put that with the video you just showed today.
the gull of him.
>> It's so ridiculous. Okay, >> now that's bizarre.
>> Yeah, >> I I don't understand why he would include this in his filing. This is not your tweet.
>> I I know >> this is Mama Bear's tweet and she's great, by the way. It's not as deep for Adventures, but these are not you. You Why is Why can't he get the right person?
>> I don't know.
Okay. Um, right. And again, hey Christine, how are you love?
>> Yeah. So, here I tweeted out, "Now that we know you're now that we know we got your attention, karma is about to show you evidently."
>> Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> Now, this is in reference to the now famous phone call, you're on national TV.
>> Yeah. Mhm. which we're gonna play again because we can't play it enough.
>> No.
>> Um, but Daria, do you want to read what he has to say about this >> calling and texting my phone multiple times on 4726 used an app to generate a 52 Tucson phone number/ area code. Oh no.
threatening that he was in Tucson and was going to physically harm me, posting false accusations about me on social media and presenting them as fact to the public.
I I have to add something to this. So, he writes this, he took that phone call after that and then he's the one that said, "Meet me at the Circle K."
>> And he actually goes to the Circle K. So if if if you felt threatened and that harm was coming your way, why the heck would you go leave the police station where you are and drive to the Circle K to meet this guy? Why? Why would you do that?
Makes no sense.
>> Absolutely. Like you clearly you want to have a fight with a person if you're actually going to the place where the person said to go. So, or or you want the person to smack you so that you can press charges against them.
>> That's why you know what it is.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Um, so Michelle, um, I will put up a Discord invite link, but it will be a membersonly link, so you won't be able to see it unless you have your membership on or if you get one as a gift. So, um, there is there's a members link already up in the community section. I'm just not sure if it's up to date, that's all. So, you know how they expire all the time? It's really annoying. Stupid things. Uh, yeah. So, anyway, let's go. We are going to watch it.
I've watched this thing so many times.
The first time I saw this, I was a bit annoyed at the person who was doing the calling cuz But because it is like kind of not what you do like >> I found this guy on Twitter as well.
>> Yeah.
>> And his name is Parlay or Picasso Parlay or Parlay Picasso. One of the two.
>> Oh, so he has So he does have Picasso in his name.
>> Yes, he I don't know if he did that after the fact or >> or if he always had that. I I I don't know.
I see. Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> Well, I mean, >> in a tweet, I called or something like that.
>> Okay. So, J didn't go to an awful lot of effort to check whether or not it's the same person.
>> No. No.
>> You don't It doesn't even say sound like you at all. Do you you want to my theory he so this was the the day he got this phone call was the day he called my work.
>> So this is why I think he put two and two together >> and he he just he wants this to be me so bad that he perpetuated it and per you know he brought me he docked me on three live streams. I've got everything. I had all this ready to go for court. Had the phone call. I had the three times he docked me. I had a K. I had everything.
But yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. Um, this is the thing. All those tweets we were just looking at, there's a reason they're so ridiculous and not connected. It's because he wanted this to be you.
>> Yes. Yes. So, I don't think he would have filed any restraining order against you if it hadn't been for this incident and him thinking that this was you. And >> I'm starting to think I'm starting to I don't know. I've heard people bring up that he might have even staged this call. But I I don't know about that, you know? I mean, >> yeah. I don't know.
>> Yeah.
>> Don't know. But we're gonna watch it again.
>> I'm calling me. Let me call you right back.
>> Yeah.
>> Hello.
>> Hey, why'd you beat the [ __ ] out of Magnolia, you [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Who are you?
>> Huh?
>> Your worst [ __ ] nightmare. That's >> 520 8556897.
What's your name?
>> Uhhuh. JLR.
>> What's your name?
>> JLR.
>> Your name is JLR? Yep.
>> You got 12,000 people listening to you.
Go ahead.
Okay. Well, tell us about how you beat the [ __ ] out of my go.
>> Go ahead. Tell us.
>> Are you going to come down and talk to me in person?
>> Oh, you don't want me to come down and talk to you in person? Beat the [ __ ] out of you.
>> You do what?
>> You would do what to me [ __ ] out of you. That's what I said.
>> Why?
>> Why do you really want to come down there?
Will you?
>> You want If you want ask me, I will.
>> Really? You sure?
>> Yeah.
>> Are you sure?
>> You already just committed a crime.
>> Oh, no.
>> Oh, no.
>> You already just committed a crime on national TV.
>> You're on [ __ ] YouTube, stupid [ __ ] You're on [ __ ] national TV.
>> You just You just committed a crime.
Why? What did I do?
>> Terroristic threats.
>> Terroristic threats.
>> Oh no.
>> You just committed a misdemeanor on national TV.
>> You just threatened me on national TV.
>> Now I got your number.
>> This is your number.
>> This is your number. You just threatened me on national TV.
>> 520.
>> 52.
>> Post it on Twitter. 585 >> 6897. Now you're saying derogatory terms to me.
>> Yeah, you're saying >> Wow.
>> Well, >> that's another crime, I guess.
>> I don't know.
>> No, it's not.
>> All right. Well, your threats were >> No, they weren't.
>> I'm going to report you to police.
>> Okay, go ahead.
>> Okay, I will.
>> Okay. All right.
>> All right. No. Are you gonna tell us about how you?
>> You just committed a crime.
>> A crime?
>> Why are you avoiding the subject?
>> Why are you threatening me?
>> Why are you avoiding the subject?
>> I'm going to go over there to the Circle K by the uh sheriff's office. You going to come meet me?
>> Perfect.
>> I'll be there in 15 minutes.
>> All right, we'll see.
>> Okay.
>> All right, we'll see.
>> You better be there.
>> Well, we'll see.
>> Would you like to meet me? You're probably going to go to jail.
>> You're probably going to go to jail.
>> You know, you like to beat the [ __ ] out of women, so I know you're not here to do anything to me.
>> I'm going over to the Circle K to use the restroom in about 15 minutes.
>> You stalk women and beat the [ __ ] out of them.
>> What's your name?
>> Tell us.
>> What's your name?
>> What's your name?
>> Tell us about your kid.
>> What's your name?
>> What did you do?
>> What is your name?
>> What did you do to your wife?
>> What is your name?
JLR, that's my [ __ ] name, [ __ ] >> All right.
>> Are you going Are you at the Circle K or not?
>> What are you going to do at the Circle K?
>> Oh, we're going to have a chat.
>> We're going to have a chat.
>> Yeah, >> we're going to have a chat.
>> Mono Amano.
>> I need to make a sound drop out of that.
Mano amo.
Oh, well, you know, you got 12,000 people listening to you. I don't know, man.
>> What does that have to do with anything?
>> Well, you already committed a crime.
>> I didn't commit a crime.
>> You didn't? Huh?
>> I haven't.
>> Nope.
>> I mean, I'm going to report you.
>> I don't give a [ __ ] dude. Report me.
>> I will.
>> I will.
>> Okay.
>> I'm going through puberty.
>> Charges, too.
>> I'm not a little I'm not a little woman that you can beat the [ __ ] out of. Okay.
Well, I'm tell I'm giving your number to law enforcement and I'm filing a police report. Maybe I'll do it on live, Tim.
Maybe I'll go right around the corner and do it while I'm on live and say this number called me on national TV.
>> All right. You want to report him? Let's report him.
>> Up on him.
>> What have you done now, >> dude?
>> What is that? Is that is this jail talking the diet coke bottle?
>> Yeah.
>> Chibles thumbs up sign.
>> Is that a what?
>> There's a thumbs up sign as well with it.
>> Is there >> Oh, there we go.
My god.
Oh dear.
>> Sorry, that's AI.
>> AI image chat. It's not real.
>> It's not real.
>> It's not real. That video never happened.
>> 52. Let's see who he is.
>> What happened? Ah, right. He's >> The video ended.
>> Oh, right. Okay. Sorry. I was having too much fun. Um, goodie with the five hella excited utterance memberships turning tag green.
Thank you. Thank you so much. And congrats to the people who got the memberships.
Love it. Love it. Completely AI and inauthentic.
Yeah.
Um, oh, look, there's Marci. Hello, Marci. How are you? Good to see you, mate.
All righty. Let's go.
So, that happened and Oops. Just going to change screens.
That happened and it was not you, Chad.
That wasn't you. No. Right.
>> Not even close.
>> You decided that that was you.
>> What time?
He decided that that was you. He was sure that was you.
>> Yeah, he decided that was me.
>> Weirdly enough, there was actually a person who called into White Boy Radio's uh stream and said that that was him.
Like someone actually took credit for that phone call, another dude.
And I don't know whether that was really the person who did it or not, but that was after >> me.
Yeah. Um, that was that's it. No, that was before you got served, right?
>> No. So, um, yes. Okay. So, Friday night is the night that I went on Light White Boy stream and that's when the sheriff came and then I had to leave >> and then I think I came back on to say what happened and then I left and then I and I think that's when the guy called in was that same stream.
>> So, and that would have been April 10th.
So, April 6 was the phone call to my job and April 6th was the phone call just now.
>> And then I went on your show that night.
Wednesday, we had another phone call, somebody claiming to be a reporter, which I'm sure he put somebody up to it because they wanted to know >> what happened to me and if my employer had a comment. He I think he was calling to see if I got fired. He was wanting me to get fired. So he was calling to see if I had gotten fired for that. And then Friday I went on Yeah. So Yep.
>> Right. Okay. So anyway, um we want to move on now to your statement to the court and no one has seen this yet or heard this yet.
>> No.
Um, so thank you for sharing this with us today. So you had this prepared ready to read out to the uh to the court and >> he did not bother up uh to court hearing. He was live streaming at the time >> to get an interview with Sheriff Nanos and I swear he was manic that day. I think he was using it as a distraction from he knew he had to be in court so he was using that as a distraction to his people instead of being there.
You get what I'm saying there?
>> Yep. Yeah, I do. Um, and meanwhile, like just the ridiculousness of this situation, he the other night was whining about people making false police reports about those guys being out Nancy outside Nancy Gthrey's house, people calling 911 supposedly, and that's a false police report and using fake names.
this is the the king of fraud and and fake names etc. And meanwhile he doesn't turn up to his own court hearing that he instigated wastes court time resources etc. But he's he's complaining about people calling the cops about the behavior of him and his friends outside of Nancy Gazri's house.
>> Yeah.
>> What insanity is that?
>> And I have more to add. So I believe it was May 6th was our first court date and I had a an appointment that day. So, I I put in a motion to uh have it for another day. And when I was on the phone on the 20th for the next court hearing, she told me he didn't check in the first time. I wish I would have known that, but yet so he didn't check in the first time. He didn't check in the second time. And I actually have that uh that uh call into the um into the court. Um I never spoke to the judge. I only spoke to a clerk.
>> Um but so what she told me is we need to put you on hold uh because the other party isn't there yet.
>> And I said, "Yeah, that's because he's on a live stream right now, not even paying attention."
>> Okay.
And she goes, "Oh, really?" And I said, "Yeah." And I bet you she went and told the judge that they and I and I was watching his stream at the same time. I I'm pretty sure they tried to call him and he he because he would look at his phone and he just completely ignored it.
>> Yeah.
>> Um Yeah. So that's what happened that day. And then they came back a little bit later and said, "The judge told me to tell you the case is dismissed."
>> I wish I could have seen the judge's face when he heard that the guy that the actual plaintiff was on a live stream at the time.
>> Yes.
>> Wow.
>> Would Would you like to read your statement, please, Chad?
>> I absolutely would.
So, this is what I I actually had three pages to begin with, and then after speaking to somebody, they told me, "You're probably not going to get very much time." So, I condensed it down into this.
>> Yep.
>> I said, "Your honor, my name is Chad Tom, and I am the Whoops. I'm I just doxed myself, but that's okay. I don't care anymore.
>> I cut it off. I cut it off the screen, and I >> Well, I said it, but oh well.
>> Yeah. I am the respondent in this matter. I respectfully ask the court to dismiss this injunction in its entirety.
This petition is not based on a legitimate fear of harassment, but rather as an attempt to use the court to silence constitutionally protected speech and retaliate against me. First, the conduct at issue protected first amendment speech. I have used my platform to discuss matters of public record and to advocate for an alleged victim of domestic violence. the information I discussed, specifically the petitioner's domestic violence indictment in Florida and a disorderly conduct case in Tucson is already widely disseminated and a matter of public record. Using a court injunction to suppress the discussion of public criminal records is a misuse of the judicial process.
Second, I categorically deny the factual allegations made by the petitioner. The petitioner has alleged that I made repeated harassing phone calls to him, including during a live stream. This is false. I have submitted my certified phone records for the relevant period, which prove that no such calls were made from my device. Furthermore, an anonymous third party has already publicly claimed responsibility for those calls on a separate liveream. I have been falsely accused and those false reports resulted in law enforcement being sent to my home on April 10th.
Third, the evidence shows that it is the petitioner who has engaged in a campaign of harassment against me. The petitioner took steps to uncover my identity and subsequently contacted my place of employment via phone and email.
Furthermore, the petitioner has doxed me disclosing my personal information on two separate live streams to a wide audience. This conduct was clearly intended to intimidate me and has exposed my family, my employer to unnecessary risk.
In conclusion, your honor, the petitioner is seeking this injunction to shield himself from public criticism.
When you consider the evidence, specifically my phone records, which disproved his claims and his own conduct in contacting my employer and disclosing my private information, it is clear that I am not the aggressor in this situation. For these reasons, I respectfully request that the court deny the petitioner's request and dismiss this injunction. Thank you, your honor.
>> Wow. Oh, >> I I think I I did a pretty good job on that.
>> Thank you.
>> Nice work. And >> I wrote that myself.
>> Pats on the back. I just I feel like you've you've been through a lot to get to this and I believe you would have absolutely won regardless of whether he turned up or not.
>> Oh yeah. I I there was a part of me that really really wanted him to show up because I knew >> I didn't know I I had a good feeling that I was going to win no matter what.
I I I had the truth. I had the first amendment on my I had everything on my side. He had nothing. He He He just He had nothing.
>> And that's why he didn't show. He was He would >> He would have been embarrassed to show up.
>> He the biggest thing the biggest piece of evidence he had was that phone call and that wasn't you.
>> No. No.
>> It just wasn't you. So yeah, the rest was ridiculous.
So, I mean, you you had to you had to win based on that. The only thing that was worrying to me, and I said this to you um at the beginning, was you going pro?
>> Yeah.
>> Go pro. That's very tricky. It's just >> I know you tried to get a lawyer. Yeah.
>> I just I I wasn't going to do it.
>> I know. I know. And so I mean it's always obviously it's always better to have a lawyer in these situations. Um and >> so I mean that worried me but uh the fact that he was trying to get you on that phone call that just was not you.
>> Mhm.
>> And you've done so well and he I regardless of whether he turned up or not just he just wasn't you.
>> So >> it's as simple as that. And the other that's the other thing mermaid the jurisdiction wasn't even established.
>> No no I forgot about that. I was I was gonna try to mention that as well.
>> Yes.
>> I had a lot of there I you wouldn't believe >> what me and Mer Mermaid compiled and we had ready to bring to court. We we took so much out because it just got to be too much.
This guy is a I don't know content machine but in a bad wrong bad way >> I guess you know I just you know yeah I had to keep it short simple and you when you when you when you're going up against something like that you have to take keep it current you have to keep it to what happened because a judge is not going to listen to oh well he's in the Guinness Book of World Records >> he said this five years ago. A judge, they don't care. They're not even going to listen to you. They're probably going to stop you.
>> Yeah. Now, I've heard in a civil case, it's completely like a defamation or whatever, it's a little different.
>> But in a a restraining order case, no.
You know, >> no, they just want the what what's absolutely relevant. Um, okay. So again, JLA is doing a really, really great job of deflecting attention away from this situation with Magnolia. Make no mistake, that's what this is about. This is about getting people to shut up about the the DV allegations and now charge of domestic violence against Bolia.
>> Absolutely. And you've been vocal about that, Chad.
>> Very. Uh we we had people on our channel the other day who've been vocal about that. We had Badass and we had um uh Kelly Nerdy has been vocal about it.
>> Yep.
>> White boys been vocal about it.
>> Notice the pattern here. People who've been vocal >> about the situation with Magnolia, what happens to them?
>> This kind of stuff.
>> Yeah.
>> Right. So this is not okay.
This is not okay. It's not all right for somebody to use the legal system to gag people who are talking about these domestic violence allegations because that is the thing that ties all these cases together.
He gets very very mad when people talk about it.
>> He does not like it.
>> He does not like it.
>> No. You know, the other thing is >> around the time he called me, I still tweeted a little bit, but not much. And then when I found out on April 10th that he tried serving me at my work for the for this um from that day forward, I basically went silent. And I didn't did I have to? No. But I did it because it's the smart thing to do when you're in a court case. just shut up. Don't put anything out there. Don't say anything.
Just shut up. Because if if you put anything out there, they're going to use that against you. And I did not want to give him any ammunition. I didn't want him to know what I was going to bring to court. You know, I just I didn't want anything out there. Not not not one single thing. You know, thing a few things slipped out, but it is what it is.
Um, >> mermaid says, "This is exactly why everyone got an RO trying to silence the truth. You can't use the courts for this. Your First Amendment right is still a thing." Yes. Well, I mean, he can try and he does try and um they they threaten a lot. They do a lot of threatening and they say that that their favorite thing to say is that you're threatening them harm. like you're making threats of harm, which is absolutely goddamn ridiculous.
>> So, at the moment, they're saying that Darly and I are making threats of harm.
If anyone can find one, >> one clip of Darly and I or or I >> making any threat of harm towards any of these people. Good goddamn luck.
>> Or tweet or tweet or anything like that.
Please.
Please. That will never happen.
Come on now. That is ridiculous.
Um, okay. So, yeah, he's doing whatever he can. And look, look, the latest thing, they about to have a meltdown about this lawsuit that is coming. Lol.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah, that was yesterday.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah. Because he's a [ __ ] >> Yep.
>> Look at this [ __ ] [ __ ] right?
Look at him out on Twitter again.
Again, threatening freaking lawsuit.
>> See th now this is more threatening than anything. Just like the email. So when he made the phone call, he in the email he sent to my work afterwards. He threatened criminal and civil action against me that he was going to come after me criminally and civily. And he did it. He did both.
He did. He didn't just make the threat.
He made good on his threat.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Uh they're just they're just talking about me on Twitter.
Whatever.
Whatever.
But yeah, I mean, come on. As if we would threaten harm on anybody. Please.
>> No.
>> Come on now. Ridiculous.
Um, yeah. So that Yeah, that's that's yesterday. So apparently we're all about to have a meltdown about this lawsuit that's coming. Of course of course he would do something like this because he doesn't want people talking about Rnolia.
>> Well, Jaylor has he's he should be pretty well focused on the fact that he's going to have to defend himself against this charge of battery DV.
in Florida on the 2nd of June.
He has he has other court cases coming up in the meantime, but >> that's where he should be putting his energy is into that case and the case in Arizona that disturbing the peace. I mean, why is he wasting his time on this?
>> Put your energy into that.
>> Yep.
And um guys, we're going to finish up shortly, but we will be doing a um update on all of the information regarding the uh the the court hearing coming up for Mag Magnolia. There's a witness list out. Um there's a reinformation. There's a lot of things that we need to talk about regarding all that. Um but for now, we'll leave it Justice for Magnolia. Everyone, if you want to join in the letter writing campaign, all the information is in the description. Also, there is a link, a couple of links at the top of chat, pinned to the top of chat there. Um, the petition is there. Um, the X account is there. Share it out, guys. I I really think that there's um a lot of a lot of good being done and we appreciate all of you. They can't they can't silence the truth. They can't just silence everybody. It's not going to work. It's just not going to work.
Oh, Tuesday 11. Oh, sorry. I thought you were saying that you're going to be at the hearing in Tucson there. Okie Lady Sunshine. No. Yes. Tuesday 11:00 a.m. uh is the hearing in Tucson. That's for the disorderly conduct.
Um and guys, if you want to look at the the body cam for that, that's all um the there's a video of the full 3 hours of that. Um if you want to go have check that out. So, thank you everyone for um your support. Thanks for coming. Yeah.
Chad, is there anything else you want to say?
>> Uh, justice for Magnolia because that's what this is all about.
>> It so is this is this is what's driving all of my >> All of my motivation.
>> Yes. in this is about what's happened to her and the fact that she had to find her way back with a broken nose from Chalan all the way across the country to her home. That's that's her home >> in Pasco County, Florida. That's her home back there. And get her stuff quickly and escape. And she had to do that ahead of him. And he drove away from her. Away from her in a rental car.
And God, she must have been scared for her life.
>> Yeah.
>> She got back there with her little dog without her phone.
Her accounts were drained. It was It must have been the most terrifying thing for her to go through that.
and then she managed to get her stuff and get to safety in Arkansas with family.
She is such a great example for anybody who is looking to escape a domestic violence situation.
And yet there are so many people who are bagging her, who are doubting her, who are making her feel, I'm sure up to this day, I don't know, I can't speak for her, but I imagine if she was to go on to X or YouTube, that she would be met with so much um hatred if she were to look up and see what people was saying about her. I can't imagine how that must feel for her.
So many people saying, "Oh, her story doesn't add up and she's shady, etc. It's disgusting." It really is disgusting.
>> So, I know she she posted something about a car driver.
>> Yeah. About Kyle Bush. He >> Yeah.
>> He actually passed away from the same thing that I survived two years ago.
pneumonia.
>> Wow. Okay. So, there you go. She's not It's not like she doesn't exist. She's obviously watching social media like she's she posted something completely separate to all this yesterday or the day before.
>> It the other It has 1.7 million views.
>> What does >> her her tweet that she posted has 1.7 million views.
>> Okay.
So people are noticing that she is online. Um so that being the case uh yeah that being the case that means that she is online and she can see all this stuff that's being said about her. I'm feel so terrible for her to have to witness that.
>> Yeah. I can't even imagine.
>> I just can't even imagine what that must be like.
>> I don't want to imagine.
>> No, she should be seeing support.
Magnolia could be our sister, our aunt, our cousin, our neighbor, our coworker.
She needs our support.
Yeah.
Okay. Yeah. The trauma is huge, right, Jackie?
And thank you for everything, Jackie, that you do to support this and the channel and everybody here. Are you just wonderful?
>> Yes.
>> Uh, thank you, Brenda. Much appreciated.
All right, we're going to redirect over to Amber at ATS News. I'm not sure what she's covering.
>> Uh, she's covering the JLR airport body cam.
>> Okay. All right. Yeah, she did say she was going to do that.
>> Yep. So, that starts in 10 minutes. If you're interested in watching the insane way that JLR went and confronted the man that he apparently is so scared of >> at Tucson airport, that's nerdy addict.
>> Yep.
>> Went up to him with his phone and continued to get up in his face and then ended up with a disorderly conduct citation.
uh that body cam which this managed to get after a lot of trouble and we've um shown here on this channel and we also have the full bit full body cam up um Amber from ATS news she is showing it right now and reacting to it >> in 10 minutes >> in 10 minutes so we're going to redirect over to Amber we love her she has been covering the situation from from the beginning as well. Um, and she's very much justice for Magnolia as well. So, really appreciate Amber and all she's done. She's just wonderful, great lady.
Um, so yeah, we're going to redirect to her. Make sure you subscribe to her when you get to her channel and say hello Raid as well.
Uh, yes, that's 6 p.m. Marci. So, is it 6 p.m.?
>> Uh, yeah. 10 minutes.
>> Yeah. Is that 6 p.m. What time though?
because >> Arizona time.
>> Oh, Arizona time >> at 900 PM Eastern.
>> Yeah, 900 PM Eastern. Yeah, ATS.
>> Well, I do have one more thing. I want to thank you and Dolly for the support that you've given me since this all began, too. You guys have been great.
>> Our pleasure.
>> The day that your employer was called, I just was like, "No, this is not happening."
>> Yeah. this this can't be happening. Uh that's just it's not right.
>> It I had flashbacks to another situation um where a friend of ours, an online friend had their employer called and emails, letters sent to them with kind of similar wording, >> was it?
>> Yeah. Um and it wasn't from JLR. It was from another streamer. Um, and it's this other streamer also has an alleged nonstalker.
>> And it's kind of it's kind of a pet peeve of ours around here that there are these arrogant YouTubers who >> like to shut down people's free speech.
>> Like like to shut down people's free speech by saying that they have these stalkers, right? when really all they have is critics >> and their feelings are hurt and they would like to stop those people from speaking and so what they do is they take out these stalking injunctions. So that really pisses us off and especially when they start to really go real life on them, call their employers, get the cops involved, that's it's not okay. It's just not okay. So yeah, when that happened to you that day and we talked, I was like, "No, if if if you want to come and talk about it, here we are."
>> I jumped at the chance because I said from the beginning I was going to scream from the rooftops. Of course, the call, well, the call didn't happen till that night, but >> anyway, and that's what I've done. I I it screamed from the rooftops my innocence and >> you know >> yeah but >> well I mean it was obvious it was there was just and it was out of control like why you why is he calling you your employer of all the people who were criticizing him >> like there was so many at the time like the DV allegations were out lots of people were calling him out Why you?
Why?
>> Here's the other thing. So, when he filed the injunction against me, there's 50 more people behind me doing the same thing. You if you shut one down, you're just you're going to have 50 more. I mean, it's not going to work, dude. You know, and here's the other thing. If you try to shut something down, all you're doing is bringing more attention to yourself. I hope he's learned that.
>> No, he doesn't. He doesn't learn.
>> I doubt it. He He doesn't know what learning is.
>> No, he doesn't learn. And also, I want to say hey to the Olaf. Um Olaf is the lady who made the incredible song.
Um and I'll play the other bit that I like playing just before we go over to ATS cuz she's about to start. Um so hang on. The other bit I like playing is this one.
Make sure you subscribe to the Olop. Um, and also Olaf, your latest video about Lauren Matias and Bastile Day is topshelf. Absolutely top shelf cinema.
Um, you're incredible. I don't know how you do it, but your like your your musicals are usually my favorite, but that may be the best video I've seen you make. So, well done. Well done. Um, okay. Thank you guys, everybody, for being here.
Thank you, Chad, Justice, and Magnolia, everybody. And we'll probably see you tomorrow, more than likely. Um, I think what we're going to be doing tomorrow is going through the schedule for Crime Con and planning out >> Charlie's agenda.
>> So, if you want to be, if you want to help, if you've got suggestions, let's do it.
>> Yep. Love you guys all. And it's time for the song.
Her name was Hela.
She was a She was a fake lawyer from the future.
She got on YouTube and made some live streams. The clothes is dying and she dances sometimes. The words are always so loud in because she's made of free to excited.
Her cat is staring the way missing. We are sensing.
