The project covers Miss May Drive from Prince Street to FM 552 and includes a new lighted intersection and a pedestrian path for residents, students, and families. This is a three-way partnership between the City of Fate, Rockwall County, and Royse City ISD. Phase two will widen North King Road, extending the north end of the school property. Here's what stands out. Every piece of land needed was voluntarily acquired, no eminent domain.
