Now many people made mistakes in solving this particular question because this is what they did. Okay. They first of all attended to the parentheses which is the right thing to do but along the line they got confused. Okay. So they had um 9 + 12 / 3 * parenthesis is 1 + 1 and that is two. Okay. Now this is where they made a mistake. Okay. Because they thought that um multiplication is of higher priority. So they multiply first.
