Tesla’s FSD navigating Copenhagen’s dense cycling infrastructure is a significant leap for vision-only AI in complex European environments. However, the "supervised" label remains a sobering reminder that human vigilance is still the essential fail-safe for this evolving technology.

FSD Avoided a Collision in Copenhagen!
Added:Hi everyone, Christian here driving through the beautiful streets of Copenhagen with Tesla's full self driving turned on. I've been testing FSD for a while now and today I want to show you exactly what it's like in real Danish traffic.
So let me just quickly explain what you're looking at. Uh it's called full self-driving or FST and it's uh FST supervise. That means that uh I'm the supervisor and it's me who has to be responsible if the car does anything.
So it can handle almost kind of situations driving down in the streets, going into intersections, turn right, turn left, uh overtake. It can almost park. It has its uh challenges with parking.
So as you can see here, it handles cyclists and pedestrians very nicely.
So, you don't have to have your hands on the wheel, just close to the wheel.
And uh you're not allowed to have your mobile phone. If you take up your mobile phone, the the car will alert you and tell you, "Please put down the device, but you are allowed to have like a cup or a water bottle in one of your hands, but not in both hands." It also detects that because under the rear mirror, it has a camera and it keeps an eye on you.
So, as you see here, these three cyclists, they just drive it right in in front and the car is still uh giving them space and it's being the car's being very polite and keeping his distance.
So, it's very cautious and I think it's doing a really good job. I might have overtaken here right now, but um the car is handling the situation very well.
So, as you can see here, we are approaching intersection and the car is slowing down very nicely.
So, while we are waiting for the green light, please like and subscribe. Just press a button down below. It doesn't cost anything.
In a moment, it's going to go forward and then turn right.
And uh take a look how it handles that.
So this bike's coming from all directions almost and it keeps an eye and turns right perfectly.
So nice.
So, as you can see, it handles lane changes very nicely as well.
So this is where it gets very interesting. As we are cruising down the road, suddenly this guy, he pulls out in front of me and uh FSD handles situations very nicely. I mean I did see the car, but before I could do anything, FSD already hit the brakes for me. So that was absolutely fantastic. So, what do you guys think? I'm very comfortable with FSD and uh in situations like this, I even get more uh uh I trust it even more.
But of course, the system is not perfect. It has its uh its incidents, but uh and sometimes it can get confused. But that's why it's called Tesla full self-driving supervised. I mean, you have to be alert and you have to supervise and and intervene if something happens.
