Judge to review Sinton’s standing in water project caseAdded:
Hello and good afternoon everyone. I'm Michael Gibson. The story I'm working on today is that Evangeline project over in San Patricio County. Tomorrow a judge is going to be looking to see whether Synton has any kind of standing in this case and if they do, it may be headed to court in a very lengthy battle to try and bring that water over from San Pat County to Nueces County. Well, there is a possibility that water will actually stay in San Patricio County. I'll have more on that story coming up tonight on 3 News.
