[00:03:57]But if I get in an accident because of somebody else and somebody else hit me and mess up my car and now I got to go through, you know, whatever the insurance process and wait for the car to get fixed and or it might in some cases it might be totaled. [00:10:57]In the end, the daughter was charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and resisting arrest without violence.

[00:11:04]She entered and completed a pre-trial diversion program. The mother was charged with possession of a weapon or ammo by a convicted felon, reckless driving causing damage to person or property, operating while driver's license is revoked, resisting arrest without violence, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, and failing to leave info at an accident. She was adjudicated guilty on four charges and she was sentenced to probation. She also received citations for improper parking and running a stop sign.
