Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), a member of the pea family, possesses an exceptionally deep root system that can extend up to 200 feet underground, enabling it to extract and concentrate essential micronutrients and trace minerals such as selenium, chromium, and magnesium from the soil, making it a valuable natural source of cellular and mitochondrial nutrition that can help address micronutrient deficiencies associated with modern food systems.

Alfalfa ( Medicago Sativa) is a North American pea family plant #alfalfa #herbs #wildfoodsAdded:
One love family. What's up? This is Jesse Tree here.
Here with one of my plant friends, uh alfalfa.
And this is in the pea family. Alfalfa is a clover and it is extremely deeply rooted. This little plant here could have roots as much as 200 ft deep.
So, it is mining up a ton of micronutrients from a broad soil profile.
And is in included in there is a bunch of trace minerals like selenium and chromium and magnesium and stuff. So, this is a great herb to incorporate for nutrition.
Cellular nutrition, you know, mitochondrial nutrition. A lot of the hormonal and other health related issues stem from micronutrient deficiencies due to our food system um and how everything's picked green, shipped. So, this is something you can just pick in your backyard and incorporate. I also share it from this company that I really love, Purium. This has alfalfa in it.
Even Bowie likes it.
It's also got grass uh juices as well as spirulina and a bunch of things that are just really good for replenishing your micronutrients. So, if you can't get a hold of this and you want some of this, hit me up.
