[00:00:43]Which is a far cry from what Dumpy Derell did. Made an effort to falsely accuse innocent people of crimes against children. And we knew something was up.

[00:00:59]Dempsey Derell was the one who was married to a convicted child abuser.

[00:01:04]Latasha is considered by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to be a violent offender. She's officially registered as a violent offender. So Dumpy Derell all along while he was harassing everyone and their families, lying about people, trying to place criminal charges and convictions on them that never happened, putting up mug shots, claiming that they're someone when it isn't. And all the while, guess what was happening? You had so many of these subjects who were crying and complaining right now about mug shots, complaining about body cams. They all thought it was funny. They took great pleasure. They took great joy in laughing when people were accused of crimes against children. Crimes that never even happened, aka false allegations, aka slander. What you see here on the screen is not slander. It's 100% truth. A 270 lb child abuser.

[00:02:03]That's Dumpy Derell was married to the entire time. And TCTV was getting money from Dumpy Derell. So, we try to help him out by telling the world, "Dumpsy's wife. She's fine. She's fine. Oh my, she's fine. Oh my gosh, she looks so good." When the picture came out, TCTV was silent. He was the one running around trying to make it appear that Dumpy Derell had it going on because he was getting funneled stolen money that Dumpy Durell siphoned from dead people from the feds from current and former clients from other colleagues.

[00:02:44]But before this was discovered, what was Dumpy Derell doing all around that Umar Johnson sector and adjoining blocks and avenues? He was making damn sure he went on any and every panel he could to lie about innocent people and claim that they were engaged in criminal behavior.

[00:03:10]Dumpsy DDR also spent a significant amount of time falsely accusing me of financial crimes against the government.

[00:03:18]And all the while, guess what was happening? Dumpy Derell was the one who was ripping off the government, ripping off the feds and the dead and other colleagues, past and current clients, people who came to him with well-intended goal of getting some services, not knowing that they darkened the doorstep of a monster. and he just made damn sure he got their contact information so he could bill to the Medicare and Medicaid systems although he didn't provide them with any services. He started ghosting clients.

[00:03:54]You mean to tell me during this period of time where he was lying to the feds and submitting all of these sessions claiming to have provided services when he did not even directly fraudulently very detailed calculated on the felonious level using the billing information from people who no longer work there colleagues. This is what Dumpy Dro was doing all along while he continued to level false allegations against me, saying that I was under investigation. Fact of the matter, Dumpy Derell was under investigation. I knew when the raids went down and all along Dumpy Derell was coming here to these YouTube streets trying to find who could he spend yet another lie on or I should say more lies on.

[00:04:51]What is happening to Dempsey Derell should be happening. 100% of what is going on should be happening just as it is. You can't catch all the frauds. The karma is Dumpy D. Durell was not among those who escaped because there are going to be people who escape. Very few of our people, black folks, are going to escape. And here's another example of it.

It doesn't make any difference whatsoever if someone doesn't acknowledge that. Guess who's acknowledging it? The federal grand jury. The four person signed the indictment returned as a true bill.

[00:05:47]Guess who else is acknowledging it? the judge overseeing the case, Judge Bennett. Guess who else is acknowledging it besides Judge Bennett? Katherine Olsen. Want to know who else is acknowledging the fact that Dumpy Derell has been indicted? The asset forfeite and recovery section in the US attorney's office. They're assigned to Dempsey Derell's case. They want to see what they can recoup out of the $1.5 million Dumpy Derell stole from the feds dead past clients and colleagues who only wanted to come and help and they decided to take Dumpy up on his offer when he advertised. He knew when they first arrived his sole intention was to rip them off. This is one calculating lowife piece of [ __ ] straight up. and the nerve to sit here and talk about anybody. But there's something else that needs to be addressed. It's time we address this particular situation that Dempsey continues to bring up. Check this out.

Dropping names of companies and businesses. And we know the reason for that. He does that because he's trying to dog whistle people into filing complaints, thinking that whatever agency's name he calls out that whoever he's talking about is still going to be there. We know the deal. But guess what?

[00:07:51]too can go along with that because I have at least a reason to file complaints against Dumpsy Derell. Dumpsy DRL has no cause for a complaint.

[00:08:05]How in the world would I ever get in trouble, disciplined, or arrested for something that didn't happen? It doesn't matter how bad you make it sound, they're going to look into it and they're going to see that you're lying through your teeth. That does not cause me any distress whatsoever because they know what these subjects are doing.

[00:08:23]They've been up in that Umar Johnson sector I don't know how many times looking at people's content, listening to what they say. All they need to do is listen to what's being said and look at the content that I put on my page. It's nothing like what they put on their page. They're full of [ __ ] lies. I'm putting receipts up here. I'm filing complaints with actual receipts. There are no receipts that correspond with any violations of any ethical, legal, criminal, business profession code violations. Absolutely none. Dumpy Dro, on the other hand, simply didn't listen. However, he wants us to serve time in prison for the crimes that he's committed. He's so desperate to find any and every way he can to hold us responsible for crimes that don't exist.

That means what he did in the past. That means what he's doing now, what he's planning to do in the future, which is some of the same. But let me tell you how this can blow up in Dumpsy DRO's face. And I can make damn sure I detonate. Let me show you how Dumsy Dro lying is not going to farewell for him.

[00:09:55]While he's running around here lying about us, innocent people committing no crimes. He's trying to force the issue by accusing us of engaging in criminal behavior or saying that we've been disciplined and we've lost this and we lost that. But guess what Dumpy Derell is doing? He's hosting convicted felons on his platform. And that violates Dumpy Derell's pre-trial release conditions.

[00:10:21]Crappy lives don't matter. Has no clue of what he's talking about. Do you think conditions for release list every single solitary law violation on them? The umbrella edict you don't violate any laws and it's contained in the federal statutes that anyone on supervised release is not to associate with felons unless they have permission in advance.

[00:10:47]The probation department pre-trial services can even prohibit you from associating with relatives if those relatives are actively involved in criminal behavior and have criminal cases that they have activity on. If you can't even get that concept, I can't help you. I'm not going to turn around and keep explaining something that even a fifth grader would understand. And if Latasha was still beating children, he wouldn't be allowed to live there. That would make him move. So yes, there are conditions that Dumpy Derell must adhere to. And I'm here to make sure he cowttows and toes that line. You want to bring me into the situation? Okay, bring me into the situation. I will be fully involved to a degree you certainly don't want. I know that these subjects are so angry at Dumpy D. Durell is getting what he deserves because they think that we should be instead punished because we refused to just take what he dished out.

[00:12:03]We refuse to accept it from Dumy Derell, any of his paid flunkies, or anyone else who thought it was such a jolly good time that they joined right in. That's your problem if you're having a difficult time getting shits and giggles. What are the shits and giggles if they have to turn around and purge their content? I'm not purging anything.

[00:12:23]The lie was going around that I took down my community wall. That's [ __ ] All of the posts are up there. Nothing has been deleted except for a few exceptions. Two requests and YouTube took three down that dumps he complained about and I put them back up.

[00:12:41]So, all of my content is there. There's nothing they can say or do. But let me tell you what I can do. The next time I see Dumpy Derell with convicted felons on his panel, I can file a complaint with pre-trial services. And just like Dumy Derell is doing, running up here shouting out people's names of businesses and contacts and contracts, I can put up here. I'm not going to worry about shouting it out. I will make sure it's put up here in writing who you can contact in the US probation office pre-trial services division to let them know that Dumpy Derell is violating his pre-trial release conditions. That's what I'm going to do the next time Dumy Derell drops names of people's associates, business partners, contractors, and employers. I'm gonna contact the probation department and I'm gonna let everybody know how you can get a hold of the supervising probation officer. Dumpy Derel thinks he can come on here and harass people. He's pissed because he got caught. Who told him to steal that money? We didn't tell him to steal that money. This idiot. He was the one that got a reprieve from the licensing board. He got caught one time.

[00:13:59]mutter futters and the slammer when he's the one committing the crimes and when he got a break he turned around and committed the same damn criminal acts that he'd been busted for and then got up here in these YouTube streets saying it wasn't even that serious and didn't even go that far and they were investigating him all along gathering all this information he didn't give a damn about what he did and how it would impact others these social workers these licensed clinical Social workers had to go and hire attorneys because they were falsely accused of engaging in the fraud that Dumpy Dill facilitated and carried out and benefited from.

[00:14:48]But let me make it very clear about what I'm going to do. If I hear Dumpy Derell reference anyone else's place of employment, contractor, business associates, he's dog whistling others, trying to get them to file a complaint.

[00:15:03]But here's the deal. Filing the complaint isn't going to do anything anyway. But that's not the purpose. The purpose of my approach is to address his harassment because that's harassment.

[00:15:16]coming up and dropping people's business names, contractors, business associates, streams of funding is harassment. He's trying to get people to contact these agencies. And this information was stolen from the Social Security office.

[00:15:32]Be clear about the circumstances.

[00:15:35]Dumpsy Derell knows there are no grounds for complaints. He knows that no one is perpetrating atrocities upon him like he was doing to us and paying people.

[00:15:50]If someone has a legit complaint, file it. He's doing it for the purposes of harassment when he's running these live streams. And let's include sexual harassment, making up sexual abusive lies about people, trying to get people placed in situations where they can be harmed and attacked, accusing people of doing things to children. These are crimes. This is criminal harassment, and it's not allowed whether or not someone is on pre-trial release, but it's exacerbated when those are on pre-trial release. They're on pre-trial release provided that they follow the conditions. And Dumpy Derell is not following those conditions. If Dumpy Derell wants to mess around and harass people here while he's on supervised pre-trial release, I can get a hold of probation. And I don't give a crap what any of you say. Dumpy Derell should have been in prison a long time ago. And let's talk about the PPP loan. I'm working on my complaint.
