This tutorial demonstrates how to create viral stick figure animations using five free AI tools: ChatGPT for script generation, Gemini AI for character and scene images, Flow AI Video 3 for animating images into video clips, OpenAI.fm for realistic voiceovers, and CapCut for final editing and audio synchronization. The process involves generating scripts and prompts, creating images with iterative prompting, converting images to video clips, adding voiceovers, and syncing audio with visuals for a complete animated video.

How I Created a Stick Figure Animation with Free AI Tools (Rico Style)Added:
You've probably seen Rico Animations on Tik Tok with over 11 million followers and nearly 300 million likes, pulling in millions of views on every single video.
Now, here's the crazy part. On YouTube, this channel is uploading simple static stick animations and still making around $5,000 a month. So, what if we create similar characters and animate it using only free AI tools, no budget, fully monetizable? Let's make it happen. Step one, Chat GPT script and prompts. Open Chat GPT and paste in the prompt from the description. Within seconds, Chat GPT will spit out everything you need.
Six image prompts, six video scene prompts, a full voiceover script. That's your entire creative brief done. Step two, Gemini image creation. Open Gemini AI and go to the image section. Head back to Chat GPT and grab your first image prompt. Paste it into Gemini and give it a few seconds. Your image will appear. Preview it. Download it. Now, here's the pattern you'll repeat for all six images. Upload the image you just downloaded back into Gemini. Then, grab the next image prompt from Chad GPT.
Paste it in and download what comes out.
Do this for prompts 2 through six, uploading the previous image each time before generating the next one. By the end, all six scenes are generated and saved. Step three, Flow AI video creation. Open Flow AI video 3. Go to the video section. Set the ratio to 16 to9 and choose one video. For your first clip, set the start frame to your first image and the end frame to your second image. Let it process. Then go back to Chat GPT. Copy your first video scene prompt and paste it into Flow AI. Your first animated clip will be ready.
Preview it and download it in 720p.
Repeat that same process for clips 2 through 6. Each time, add your images as start and end frames. Paste in the matching video scene prompt from chat GPT and download the result in 720p.
Your sixth and final clip completes the full animated sequence. Step four, openai.fm voice over. Go to openai.fm and open the texttospech section. Head back to chat GPT and copy your voiceover script.
Paste it into openai.fm. Before you generate anything, do a quick cleanup pass. Remove any stray numbers, symbols, or formatting that might make the voice sound robotic or unnatural. Pick a voice style that fits the tone of your video.
Then press play and listen.
>> This might hurt.
>> If it sounds right, download the audio.
That's your voice over done. Step five, [clears throat] Cap Cut editing and final export. Open Cap Cut and import all six video clips into your timeline. Bring in your voiceover audio and place it in the track below your video. Sync it up. Line up the audio beats with the right visual moments. Play the whole thing back and listen closely. If anything feels off in timing or pacing, make small trims until it flows naturally. When everything looks and sounds right, export your video. Done. That's your finished stick man video.
>> This might hurt, but you're not lazy.
You're just stuck. You tell yourself, "I'll start later." But later comes the truth. You're overwhelmed. Not lazy.
Stop trying to do everything. Start with one small step. Just 5 minutes. That's it. If you want to explore a different niche, check out the video on your screen where I break down another powerful opportunity.
