Cool start to May!

[00:00:00]After a cool start to May, the pattern is about to flip. Here a look at the stats as of May 11th for the Hartford area. In terms of rainfall, we're not doing too bad, about a half an inch below average. We're going to be making up some of that deficit though as we head through the next several days. And in terms of temperature, it has been colder than average, about 3° below average for the Hartford area. But as I mentioned before, the pattern is about to flip. Temperatures will be warming up starting this weekend and lasting right into next week with highs in the 70s and even 80s possible. So while it has been a cold start to May, it does look like we're going to be switching that up.
