[00:00:00]Just when you think the Henry Noak case can't get any worse, a promising university student stabbed in the street in cold blood and then arrested by the police and allowed to bleed out and die.

[00:00:12]All because the man that did it accused him of being racist. Well, now the judge that's handling the case, William Mosley, is ordering that the man who killed Henry, Vicram Digua, has his charge downgraded from murder to manslaughter. This was somebody who was videoed saying that he was a bad man right before the incident. He then stabbed Henry, chased him over a fence, and stabbed him again in the back of the legs as he fled. What part of that sounds like manslaughter to you? What on earth has gotten into these judges in the UK? Because every case similar to this seem to handle with a light touch, downgrading the charges, handing out pathetically weak sentences. It is completely and utterly ridiculous. And what's the reason for it? Give me one good reason why this should be manslaughter and not murder. You don't stab somebody by accident. This country is completely and utterly finished. We don't have control of our streets. We don't have control of our legal systems.
