[00:02:07]There's a 28-year-old contractor, his name is Dalton Etherly, goes by Chud the Builder online. And what this clown has been doing is posting videos of himself walking up to black people, directing racial slurs at them, and flashing his firearm.

[00:03:11]That was the content. Days before the shooting, days, this man posted publicly, "Series finale is dead chimp on the pavement and you monkeys rioting when I walk free." Stay tuned. He told you. He told everyone out loud on the internet with his government name attached, what his plan was, and the system did nothing. Now, let me walk you through this timeline because this is where it gets infuriating. Back in November 2025, November Etherly was claiming during his confrontations that he was with the Clarksville Police Department. The police had to put out a statement on Facebook clarifying he had nothing to do with them. A Facebook post. That was the response. Not an arrest, not charges, a Facebook post. He was arrested in November 2025 on a charge of harassment. And that case got bound over to the grand jury in April.

[00:04:06]So between November and May, 6 months, this man is still out here, still recording, still walking up to black people with racial slurs and a loaded weapon. And what finally got him locked up before the shooting? He walked into a steakhouse in Nashville, Bob's Steak and Chop House, ordered nearly $400 worth of food, started making racial statements when they asked him to stop live streaming, and walked out without paying the bill.

Not the months of stalking black people with a gun. Not the racial threats, not the public announcement that he planned to kill someone and claim self-defense, a restaurant bill.

[00:05:12]He was charged with disorderly conduct and theft of services and released on a $5,000 bond. And then he was arrested May 13th, 2026. It happened exactly the way he said it would. Outside the Montgomery County courthouse in Clarksville, Chud the Dud got into a confrontation with a black man. He opened fire, three to four shots. The victim was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

[00:05:37]A black man is on a helicopter to a trauma center. And Chud the dud, he shot himself in the arm in the process and is now claiming self-defense. He shot himself and he's claiming self-defense.

[00:05:49]Let that marinate. He was charged with attempted murder, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment.

[00:05:58]Charged, not convicted, on a $5,000 bond. again. Now, family, we all know if a black man had spent months walking up to Asians, Jews, or any other group of people, calling them racial slurs, pointing a gun in their faces, posting online that he planned to unalive one of them and get away with it. What would have happened? He would have been on the ground in handcuffs. The first video, the FBI would have been involved. They would have hit him with federal charges, domestic terrorism enhancement, hate crime enhancements, everything in the book. But Chud the Dud got a season pass. 6 months of open season on black people in Tennessee. And the system watched and did nothing until he shot himself. And here's where I need to bring up something bigger, because this ain't just about one deranged clown with the camera. This is about the law. This is about what protections foundational black Americans have and what protections we don't have. After the Atlanta spa shootings in 2021, Congress passed the CO9 hate crimes act specifically to protect Asian-Americans, fasttrack, bipartisan, signed into law.

[00:07:05]Where is our hate crime bill? Where is the legislation specifically designed to protect foundational black Americans from exactly this type of targeted, documented, premeditated racial harassment? It doesn't exist because nobody in Washington is pushing for it.

[00:07:19]And the people who are supposed to be pushing for it, the Congressional Black Caucus, are silent. Look at this clown.

[00:07:26]Look at him. This dude is walking around Tennessee like he's on a leisurely Sunday stroll. Casual, relaxed, no fear, no looking over his shoulder, chest out, walking up to black people and shouting out the N-word on camera with a gun on his hip like it's nothing. Like he's ordering coffee. I already showed y'all the FBI data in another rant, proving that black people are targeted for hate crimes more than any other group. There are videos of other YT people in Clarksville recognizing this man in public. And instead of being disgusted, they're walking up to him smiling, shaking his hand, asking for selfies, like he's a celebrity, like what he does to black people is entertainment worth celebrating.

The same silence we always get when it's time to actually legislate for us instead of perform for us. They'll show up to the funeral. They won't show up to prevent the shooting. So, here's what we need to be talking about. Not just being outraged, but converting this into demands. One, the CBC needs to be held accountable for their silence on this case right now. Call their offices, email their offices, show up to their town halls, ask them directly, where is the hate crime legislation protecting FBA. Two, we need to be pushing at the state level in every state where FBA communities are concentrated. Tennessee just showed you what happens when there is no specific legal protection. We need hate crime enhancement laws that specifically cover this type of premeditated, documented, live streamed racial targeting. Three, we need to be documenting every politician, black or otherwise, who stays silent on this story because the silence is the tell.

[00:10:11]The silence tells you who they actually work for. Chud the Dud thought he had the game figured out. He thought he could walk up to black people with a gun and a camera, threaten us, demean us, terrorize us, and the system would protect him. And for 6 months, it did.
