Dear Dhamma friends, I would like to take the mindfulness or mindful leadership today as the topic.
And how come as far as your mindfulness is developing, your leadership happens.
So, last time we discussed about the communication. That's also very close and related to this.
And how can master the situation? The day you learn the art of mastering the present moment awareness and definitely it is going to diversify and ultimately you can have the good communication with others and it's a very good leadership trait.
And the other thing other than the communication is the understanding the priority.
For that you have to have choiceless awareness and have a evenly suspended attention and look at the situation and try to understand what the situation it says when it uh at a glance.
You have to see the battle front. Then only the major has to decide what to do and next what to changes. And likewise, if you are looking at your internal situation, slowly slowly you will understand you develop this priority selection as well as the communication. These are the key pillars for the nice uh leadership, but mindfulness without leadership can lead it to exploitation.
Can lead to uh environmental poor situation. Can lead to corruption.
But the assurance in mindfulness is the mindful leadership never give that kind of exploitation kind of things or uh corruption or global heating, even though it is happening, you develop the sensitivity.
So, that kind of a emotional uh l- understanding, literacy, and uh understanding about the others is must.
So, therefore, if you are developing the leadership through mindfulness, there won't be any repercussions.
You definitely develop your internal uh purification as well as the uh good for the others also. So, therefore, more than any leadership, mindful leadership is the least frictional path.
