[00:00:24]Okay. So, housing market here on Aahu.

[00:00:27]uh last month uh homes are sitting at the 1.2 median price point. Uh condos it's about 500k.

[00:00:38]Now when you're comparing both of these types of properties, housing kind of sits two to three weeks right now on market and then condos a little more. So I want to say they're around like uh 55 to 60 days uh you know. So, for condos, it's, you know, you have a little wiggle room to negotiate if you're a buyer. Uh, for housing, it's, you know, it's pretty competitive, two to three weeks, sometimes have multiple offers. Uh, so it's it's a little different depending on, you know, if you're purchasing a home or a condo.
