False accusations in court can have serious legal and professional consequences for the accuser, even when the accused is found not guilty, as demonstrated by the case of Stefon Diggs' chef who was found to have lied under oath about assault charges and faced potential reputational and financial damage.

Stefon Diggs EXPOSED His Chef For Lying On Him In Court!Ajouté :
A verdict in the case of former Patriots wide receiver Stefan Digs who was accused of assaulting his personal chef.
Do you remember the story?
>> Madam Fore, members of the jury, hearken to your verdict as the court has recorded it. Upon your oath, you say that the defendant is not guilty of the count of strangulation or suffocation and not guilty of the count of assault and battery. So say you, Madam Fore.
>> Yes.
>> So say all members of the jury.
>> Yes.
>> Yes. There's so many cases where we find people of being guilty for trying to extort people and nothing happens to them.
>> Yeah.
>> This you can't make this [ __ ] up, people.
You cannot make this [ __ ] up.
>> Who's advocating for the average man?
>> Wait a minute.
[ __ ] you mean?
>> Oh my god.
Y'all saw that, right?
What's going on YouTube? It is your boy Rome back with another video. If you're new to the platform, welcome to the tribe. By the end of this video, hope you subscribe. So Stefon Diggs was recently in court and acquitted all charges of this recent situation with this chef um that made these false accusations about him. And I think um after seeing another NFL player go through this, I think it's time that we start discussing locking these [ __ ] up that over here um that be over here falsely accusing these men because even though he didn't get hit with any of the charges, this is still going to follow him around and hinder him. Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up losing out on a lot of money. um finding another team to go to cuz the Patriots released him and my gut tells me he might not be able to sign for a high for a significant amount like he would have prior to this happening. Anyway, let's go ahead and get into it.
What the hell is even that?
>> Just to give you guys context, the reason why this video is being shown is because this video was taken according to her narrative based on her timing of everything that she said that happened.
This video, her dancing in this video happened minutes after she supposedly got choked.
So that's the reason why this video is making the rounds.
>> Three weeks ago, your lawyer demanded $5.5 million from Mr. Digs, didn't he?
>> Mr. Digs offered me $100,000 to my statement. That is the only >> May sideby.
I have a workers's comp claim and I explore all civil options.
>> Ma'am, >> I don't understand.
>> Are you able to answer that question?
Council, restate the question.
>> Count one, strangulation or suffocation.
What is your verdict? Guilty or not guilty?
>> Not guilty.
>> On count two, the charge of assault and battery. What is your verdict? Guilty or not guilty?
>> Not guilty. that the defendant is not guilty of the count of strangulation or suffocation and not guilty of the count of assault and battery. So say you madam for lady.
>> Yes.
>> So say all members of the jury.
>> Yes.
>> Yes.
>> It turned out, Miss Adams, you had gotten paid.
>> Oh. For two of the three weeks that you said you hadn't gotten paid for, right?
>> This is missing a whole lot of stuff.
>> The yes or no question. I can't answer your question correctly without the proper evidence.
>> Your honor, may I approach you?
>> Do you recognize this document as text exchanges between you and Sunny?
Yes. Dated December 9, 2025.
>> And you're the person in the bubbles on the left.
>> Yes.
>> And you write to Sunny. pay. So, I looked over my transfers payment history and they sent payments 117 and 1121 totaling $4,000.
See that? Yes. So, you knew that you had actually been paid for two of those 3 weeks that you tried to get paid for again, right?
What's your What's your name? I never got your name.
>> Did you know? I don't know. I was trying to address you by your name because I >> Oh, nah. I know she ain't over here stalling by asking what the lawyer's name is. This woman is over here stalling cuz she's trying to figure out a way to wiggle out of this. You caught, ma'am. Cuz look, even cuz look, the judge over here trying to like keep her on the keep her on the man.
I I see I see why this only took 48 hours.
>> I'm not this I don't know. I can't answer that question correctly.
You knew on December 9th that you had been paid for two of the three weeks you said you hadn't been paid for, didn't you?
>> I don't I can't I don't understand the question.
>> You just do you know how dumb you sound?
Do you know how dumb you look?
>> This really she w This is embarrassing. This is really embarrassing. Especially for the women that really go through this. This is embarrassing. This is so embarrassing.
Oh my gosh. She full of [ __ ] >> Acknowledged you wrote it to Sunny.
>> I was supposed to be paid for the week I was sent home.
>> Do you know what's so crazy? Imagine suing somebody and then not understanding the way the law works. You can lie to anybody in this world that you want to, but you cannot go into a courtroom and think that you're going to win people over when you're a liar. This woman is saying that he strangled her and all this other stuff. Correct. But mind you, they had a video of her after the day that she got strangled dancing and prancing around with her BBL.
And then on top of that, you're going to sit here and say you don't understand the question. You're going to get frustrated with the lady, mind you, she's asking you thorough questions that are so easy anybody can understand it, and you're acting as if you don't hear her because you know you're wrong. And what's even worse is the fact that you try to sue this man for $5 million.
Mind you, he was already paying you. I'm not understanding. This is how I say, y'all, some of you women are so greedy, you're already getting money. You mean to tell me you blew through $4,000 already? That is so fast. I'm going to tell you something, y'all. What I think is crazy is the fact that she was [ __ ] this dude the entire time was being around Cardi B and all that stuff and then around Stefan, which I think is weird and then the fact that you were sucking up them checks and sucking up that dick, gargling up them balls, and now all of a sudden he strangled you and whooped you and all this stuff. Right.
>> Actually, I don't find it weird. It actually kind of all makes sense once you realize that she was screwing them too. The whole time she was with Cardi.
Who the clap sounds?
It's It's about time. Um, some of you ladies, well, not some, but more cuz some of you already have, but it's not enough. A lot of you ladies would rather sh would rather share a a high earner or a highly desired man than have have your own man that's on the same level as you or or close to your level.
It's sad. It really is, bro. Because y'all y'all cuz y'all are the same women that'll sit over here and complain about men and scream smash the patriarchy and whatever other complaints y'all may have. But at the end of the day, y'all y'all n y'all nature wins every single time. No matter how no matter how much y'all bark.
This is wild. She was cool with screwing this man, knowing he was with her and God knows who else the whole entire time.
>> You made it.
Yes, you did. You made it.
>> You made it weird.
>> So, no, I'm not surprised one bit.
>> I think someone caught feelings. I think somebody wants to lie and defame somebody, which again, this is another case that we see. You know, I want to start seeing these women getting locked up because one, you lied in a courtroom.
Two, you're lying on somebody and you're defaming somebody. So, why do we have to hear what you got to say? Especially after all the evidence is showing that you are the problem. You are not a victim. And then if he strangled you, which again, he's a football player. He looks like he's huge. Um, wouldn't you have marks on your neck? Do you know what strangling is, y'all? I don't know anybody who's just going to choke you a little bit. If they're going to strangle you, they're going to roundhouse your ass. That's the reason why I be saying these big accusations are huge on somebody's life. Oh my god, man. I'm getting so sick of these women because there's so many women that are getting abused every single day and you have women like this just lying and then she has the nerve to get frustrated at everybody else. You're the one who wanted to sue.
You see how this works? Have a good day.
I'm so sick of these women. And by the way, he was found not guilty, which we already knew this, y'all. It wouldn't take a rocket science to know this.
Women like this should get in so much trouble to the fullest extent. And I also want to say this, no one else is going to want to hire you after this if you become a maid somewhere else.
Because the fact that you opened your mouth and did all this [ __ ] and started up drama and lied. Do you think someone's going to go, "You know what?
Let me hire my maid service so I could be the next victim. Next time I'll be the one who supposedly grapes you. [ __ ] that. I wouldn't even hire her."
>> Yeah, I agree with her on that because I'm like, it's it's unfortunate cuz I'm like, women like this do need to start getting locked up. I think we can all obviously we can all agree on that. But on the flip side, I didn't think about this till Tay just mentioned it now.
This is gonna really hinder her from finding work.
And see, and that just go to show you, you you risked it. You risked it all just for an NFL player. But here you are based on the numbers that I heard in that courtroom. You was you you was making six figures just being his chef.
You could have dealt with somebody else on your own. See what I'm saying? They would rather they would rather share him than just deal with a man on their level on their own.
Like they all feel like they have to they all feel obligated to have access.
Bro, that's why I'm saying for real. For real. That that's real entitlement when you think about it.
You feel so entitled to somebody else just because they might look a certain way or they got a certain amount of wealth that you want to latch on to.
Even if even though you making decent money yourself working for him, it's just dealing with somebody else.
One on I don't know. It's just very telling, man.
>> She's going to sue him >> for what?
>> For the money that he owes her and like she going to take it to the blog. She going to take >> it to the blog.
>> Blogs. Blogs.
>> Got it.
>> Yeah.
>> Um It was like an hourong conversation. So it was a lot.
>> Let me start over there.
>> Oh, sorry.
>> So, do you remember her saying that that she was going to make him pay?
>> Yeah.
>> Did Miss Adams, prior to her coming down that night 1:00 a.m. and having this conversation with you, had she did she tell you that she had been assaulted?
Did you heard anything about a strangulation assault?
>> No. that night when she was talking about the suing Mr. Diggs.
>> Yeah.
>> Did she say that she had been assaulted?
>> No.
>> I want to back up down to uh kind of early in your testimony, you said, "And then not only that, the other people that they had supposedly working with him, working for him as well, they ain't help you either.
Let's dive into this Stefon Diggs case.
It's been a lot going on, so y'all stick with me. I got a lot to show y'all, too, because this woman, she lying. Let's look at this, and y'all let me know what y'all think in the comments below.
>> 3 weeks ago, your lawyer demanded $5.5 million from Mr. Digs, didn't he?
>> Look how she answers these questions.
>> Mr. Digs offered me $100,000 to my statement. That is a yes.
>> That is the only visit her side by side.
>> She never answered the question.
>> The last part of the witness's response will be stricken as nonresponsive. You will disregard it and you will not consider it during your deliberation.
This is not an opportunity for you to interject your own narrative and evade responding respond the court deems appropriate.
If you continue to do the same, >> your entire testimony may be stricken.
>> He takes hits from 300 lb men right for his job.
>> True.
>> I guess.
>> Do you know that?
>> No, I don't know what his role is. And I thought he ran the ball. I don't know if people I'm not sure what he does.
>> But you've been to NFL games >> that Steph Diggs has played in. Have you attended?
>> I don't know. Football. I don't watch it to know what to play.
>> I've attended a couple games.
>> The question was, how many of Stefan Diggs's games have you gone to and watched?
>> Gone to um maybe four.
>> Okay.
>> And you don't know that he gets tackled in that game?
>> So, you don't watch him play even though you're going for him?
>> I don't really watch it, honestly.
>> But you're going there for him. So, you don't watch him for >> there for the vibes. I don't really know what be going on in football. I don't know the rules.
That wasn't the question, ma'am.
>> I think you will agree with me. I think that if Stefan Diggs used 10 out of 10 force on your neck, >> it was 10 for me for my little body and what I couldn't breathe, it was a 10 for me.
>> That wasn't the question.
>> The question was, estimate the level of pressure that the suspect used during strangulation. It felt a tin to me. I could not breathe.
>> So, you chose to answer a different question than the one you were asked.
>> Yep.
>> Questionnaire is about me. Why wouldn't I answer it about me?
>> What?
>> This is not a a questionnaire. That's a a United I don't know how to say it. A global. This is about me. This is what happened to me.
>> Okay.
But you will agree with me.
Hypothetically speaking, if Stefan Diggs used 10 out of 10 strength to choke someone, anyone, that person would have bruises on their neck.
>> This is her right after the incident.
>> They played this in court.
>> Smacked me with an open hand.
>> Do you know which hand you used?
>> Right hand.
>> Right hand.
>> You know which part of your face got hit?
>> The right side of my face. Right hand, right side. Does that make sense?
He's swinging with the right hand and you get hit on the right side of your face.
>> Gotcha, [ __ ] >> Yeah. Oh, look, look, look, look. She know she [ __ ] up.
>> You shouldn't have been talking [ __ ] >> God.
Yo. Yeah, she look and homie over here looking like, "Yeah, you [ __ ] up."
>> Okay.
>> Can I have a second?
>> So, that means he would have to hit you like that.
>> Yes. She going to um >> Oh gosh, y'all. This is crazy.
She don't know how to answer the question. So, she got to make she she has to create a moment.
That lady got up on that stand and embarrassed her entire bloodline.
Everybody not answering questions, trying to redirect questions, forcing tears. Just this the same act we see from all of them who falsely accuse men of abusing them. And I get it. Look, we black. It's the internet. We gonna make jokes and we gonna have fun with this.
But at the end of the day, it still frustrates me that people are allowed to do this, be proven as being liars, and then just just walk away. Everybody just just just goes their separate ways. Oh, well, I I lied. Sorry. And that's the end of it. Meanwhile, the men that get falsely accused, even though they get proven innocent, they still got to walk around with that stench on them. They got to walk around with that stink of being accused of, you know, heinous actions. Look, I know the topic of, you know, charging or bringing some type of consequences to the people that falsely accuse people is a hot topic on social media. So, I promise I'm not trying to trigger nobody, but if we want the false accusations to stop the people that feel like it's a hot topic, I really want to hear like I want to hear y'all solution.
Like, what would be y'all plan that y'all would put in place to stop women from falsely accusing men if it's not charging them for falsely accusing men?
Because if they continue to be able to do this and then just walk away when they're proven wrong or proven a liar, I don't see why they would stop. Honestly, if I am a scorned woman and I want to see this man go through some type of mental, emotional, or financial stress, and I know I'm not going to face any real consequences, why would I not why would I not do this? Like I'm just saying, man, we we we got to put we got to put something in place because between Stefon Diggs's chef or whatever she was lying on her, between Haley Hley Bailey coming out of nowhere and just saying DDG is this amazing father after trying to bury him a couple years ago or last year. Some type of consequence has to be put in place for these women who just run to the courts anytime they don't get their way from the men in their life.
>> Oh yeah. Oh, and don't forget uh don't forget your boy Johnny Depp.
Same [ __ ] bro. I I think bro the these these come off as just bratty women, bro. who they just they do this [ __ ] because they don't get their way.
Spoiled. Spoiled brats. I don't I didn't get my way, so I'm You didn't give me what I want. I didn't have my way, so I'mma make your life miserable.
Like, you want to know what's funny though?
Women Women would be quick to call other men out if men responded this way whenever they didn't get what they wanted. If men did [ __ ] like this whenever they didn't get their way with women, women would call it out in a heartbeat. This is all embarrassing. You saying he did this, he did that, and then at the end of the day they say not guilty. Like, so did she lie? Didn't she lie? So many different questions, you know, and it's two black people that that you know, like it make us look a certain way. So how does it for all parties? And then the last thing for women cuz right and I just got to be honest because I've been in these situations like these players go through a lot to get where they're at. And I know you see all the money he's making but like he had to go through a lot to get there. And when you think it's an easy layup and you can just sue somebody because you feel a certain way that don't make it right. That don't to people out there trying to get money from players like bro work hard or he had to work hard.
>> Yeah. He he didn't become this one of the best receivers in football just because right he had to go to college and go through this go through that go to different teams getting traded getting injured tearing tearing ACL's then have to re rehab to get better and then now when he gets to a level now he's been making now we coming for him it's so many cases where we find people of being guilty for trying to extort people and nothing happens to them >> and that's the problem like the brother in the previous video we need to put something in place so that way this stops happening This is becoming too common and too many women see it as an easy layup as he said because there's no consequence for it if it turns out that they're lying.
Put some start putting some consequences in place for when they lying. And I guarantee you we won't be hearing stories like this as often as we do. I guarantee it. But I could be wrong.
