That was a ghost that ran in front of me, but I couldn't help but think because of the way that it looked, if I would have been out looking for an alien, that would have been my first alien like gray. How much of this is theater based upon our expectation and what bias we already have in our head, the phenomena is however you see it.

[00:00:24]However, that's how it manifest. This is such a perfect metaphor for just life in general, too, because that is true. We have all pre-cognitive cognition going on all the time and biases that that we're not aware of all the time. And it's ruled by our thoughts that we're not even aware of thinking and and it shapes our experiences. It shapes our mood. And it's so stupid because it doesn't even exist. I say to my client, "A thought isn't real." Thoughts themselves are ghosts, right? They're like echoes of electrical impulse and feeling.
