But, I think aromatase inhibitors are very dangerous and there should be used almost exclusively only for a limited number of patients that's really dosed down and is microdosed and done the best they can with diet, weight loss, because that's important, and then they're using sparing doses and taking breaks on using the aromatase inhibitors.
