Seborrheic Dermatitis Prescription Restock!

[00:00:00]Here I'm I back with another video. So, today we're going to see how much prescription I have left for my seborrheic dermatitis.

[00:00:11]And I put them all in this drawer here.

[00:00:17]And I have two bags of prescription.

[00:00:30]Um One bag I got last month and then uh this morning um I had to pick up uh this prescription. So, every month or every 2 months they send me prescriptions.

[00:00:49]Um so, I'm supposed to be doing this twice daily.

[00:00:56]But because I still have prescription left over and it's been since February, end of February, March, April, and now we're in mid-May.

[00:01:09]Um I should have already used up all my prescription within this this past 2 months.

[00:01:17]And I haven't. And that's because I haven't been doing it daily like I'm supposed to. I do it in the morning and then I don't do the nightly routine like I'm supposed to. So, that's explains why I still have prescription left over.

[00:01:32]Um we're going to put all this away.

[00:01:35]Um and we rip all my once daily.

[00:02:42]So, what I have in this drawer, I just have razors. I need to buy more.

[00:02:51]My aloe wipes.

[00:02:55]And my head massager.

[00:02:58]Uh scrubber thing.

[00:03:04]I think this one is almost gone. Yes.

[00:03:09]So, I have this left. So, this is going to be gone by maybe the end of this week. Um it's Monday.

[00:03:17]So, if I do this twice um a week, it should be gone.

[00:03:22]But, because it's new.

[00:03:39]Look at this to use.

[00:03:45]I have a rash starting right there.

[00:03:53]So.

[00:03:54]I need to use this twice a day. I haven't used it yet, but I need to use this twice a day for a week. So, I'm going to start using this so this can go away. It hurts. It's painful and it's itchy.

[00:04:09]So, I need to keep this out and I need to keep this out. That needs to go in my room. This is half of everything. This is halfway uh through. So, this is going to go back in my room.

[00:04:35]And this is all This is all for prescription. So, I only went through one box. They gave me three uh steroid creams for um back in March. Cuz I had to go back in March cuz you know, in in February I had like I got a rash, so I had to go back in March or April and they gave me three prescriptions then. So, Let me put those in here.

[00:05:19]And then we have rash cream, the ketoconazole, and the mometasone solution.

[00:05:29]Put that there.

[00:05:30]Um they're supposed to be like once daily. This is for my face.

[00:05:36]Um I'm going to put that in there.

[00:06:01]>> We have another three prescriptions.

[00:06:05]Apply to affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.

[00:06:42]This is the um ketoconazole cream. Apply to rash daily. So, this is the rash cream.

[00:06:56]And I got two prescriptions.

[00:07:03]Just like the um steroid cream, apply twice daily when I break out in a rash like that.

[00:07:25]This is the Rub small amount on affected area of scalp three times per week. Apply as needed for itch.

[00:07:38]But, um she told me to apply this like when I wash my hair, my hair is wet, um, to apply this. Otherwise, if I do it now, it's just going to drip down my hair, so it's not going to uh, penetrate my scalp and it's I'm just going to be wasting product, so I do this every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

[00:08:05]I think I'm just going to hold off and not wash my hair on the weekends cuz usually I'll pick and choose if I'm going to wash it Friday or Saturday, skip Sunday, and wash on Monday, but I think I'm just going to go the whole weekend without washing my hair and then start Monday, Wednesday, Friday for hair wash.

[00:08:29]Um, I can't go too long without washing my hair because then my scalp is going to get inflamed. I'm going to have a flare-up. My skin is going to be very irritated, very itchy, and very sensitive and sore. I notice on the days like um, today I washed my hair, my hair feels great. I'm not tender or sore anywhere on my scalp because I washed it. I washed my hair. Um, and then I used the, um, itch serum.

[00:09:05]Tomorrow, if I skip washing my hair, I'm I'm going to have another flare-up.

[00:09:14]So, I notice on the days I'm not washing my hair, my hair is very tender, sore, itchy.

[00:09:22]So, this is the um, rub small amount on affected area of scalp.

[00:09:32]But, because I, you know, put it all over my scalp when my hair is wet. I do this three times a week as recommended, three times a week.

[00:09:44]Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I use this.

[00:09:52]I'm going to take out the trash.

[00:09:55]This is clindamycin.

[00:10:02]Apply to affected areas on face daily.

[00:10:12]Which is this solution.

[00:10:33]And my shampoo, the ketoconazole 2% and I wash my hair with that once a week.

[00:10:56]Every Wednesday I wash my hair with that and then I follow with um regular shampoo and conditioner.

[00:11:04]And I only use conditioner on the bottom of my hair only. I do not touch my scalp with it because it can irritate my scalp, cause a lot of itching, flakiness, and tenderness, so.

[00:11:26]And there's 2 4 6 8 10 11 12 12 prescriptions.

[00:11:40]Another bag.

[00:11:42]This is the um steroid cream.

[00:12:29]So, I have the um solution for my face.

[00:12:37]Once a day.

[00:12:41]I have more of the um hair oil.

[00:12:54]I have two more of the rash cream.

[00:13:01]Cuz the steroid cream um causes a rash, which is very common.

[00:13:10]Um and then my ketoconazole shampoo 2%.

[00:13:15]So, I got um And then my shampoo in there is there's just a little bit left cuz I use it once a week so it's been 2 months and it's lasted this long.

[00:13:33]That's going to be in an empties for May.

[00:13:38]May. That, the St. Ives cream, and the shampoo is going to be in my May empties.
