[00:02:13]The Waste Water Information Management System, WIMS, is a web-based application that provides real-time updates, ensures data accuracy, and enables seamless operations across LASWACO services and regulatory processes. The newly introduced monthly sanitation exercise is also one of the achievements for the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources. The Commissioner says 931 persons were apprehended for waste management offenses. 1,711 contravention notices were issued to defaulters and the confiscation of about 5 million worth of banned styrofoam.
