I should call it like the triple P.
>> [laughter] >> Um it's how your brain is designed to move through painful experiences.
And when we're able to move through that pathway in a healthy way, pain does not become trauma.
It actually becomes wisdom. It becomes maturity. It grows our capacity.
It becomes something that strengthens us instead of something that makes us stay stuck inside.
