This encounter serves as a masterclass in how constitutional literacy can effectively dismantle the performative authority of local officials who have forgotten their legal boundaries. It is a stark reminder that the First Amendment is not a mere academic concept, but a practical shield against bureaucratic overreach.

7 Cops and a DA Try to KICK ME OUT (they fail) | ClaremoreAdded:
We were in Claremore, Oklahoma yesterday talking about a data center that the city of Claremore and its fearless leaders like John Fury have been hiding from the citizens for years. For years, they were having backroom, closed doors, unlawful meetings about these data centers with billion-dollar tech companies that are asking for taxpayer handouts. We were there because we wanted to get recall petition signatures to get rid of the Claremore City Council that was participating in all of this stuff. And boy howdy did they not appreciate us being at the county courthouse there in Rogers County trying to collect those signatures. We were doing it peacefully. We were doing it quietly. We were doing it away from everybody else. But the district attorney of Rogers County decided to send down one of his peeons. A peeon who, as you'll see in the video, appears to have pooped himself. And you can't beat it, folks. Just sit back, watch this absolute calamity and the absolute [ __ ] that came down there to try to kick us out. If you know anything about me, you know that I don't just take do it because I said very well. Just because you said so, you're not my mama.
And I don't do things because of that.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy.
>> The counselor is going to push this through with this. That's uh >> Hi.
>> Hello there.
>> Hello fellas.
>> Otherwise outside it's fine.
>> Okay, >> we'll do that.
>> We will. We have a backup plan.
>> That's fine. I mean outside is fine, right? What are we doing?
>> He wants everybody out.
>> We're coming out of the courthouse.
>> You cannot because the courthouse is not >> I'm not soliciting anything inside the courthouse. What law?
>> The the county has the right to have reasonable time placement or restrictions on first movement of speech.
>> Your building is open today, right?
>> Is not is this is a priv is a semi-private forum. Okay.
>> Who are you? Talk about assistant district.
>> So, you're going to violate the rules and you're going to violate everybody's civil rights. I understand you can kick us out of this room, but you can't kick us out of a hallway. It's a public building. We have the right to gather in a public hallway.
>> I can restrict you.
>> You can't do anything. You're nobody.
>> Appreciate that. Get the [ __ ] away from us, guys. No. Shall clear out. No. Okay.
>> Clear out.
>> No.
>> We'll clear out of this room. We're gonna stand in the hall.
>> Shut up. Yes, we can. Don't Don't get the sheriff over here.
>> Collect signatures.
>> I can too. Give me a law. Give me a law that says that.
>> Cight a law.
>> You can sight a law. A law that says you.
>> I don't have to site you a law. It's a open public building during regular business hours. Sir, I understand you might not be I understand that you might not understand how that works, but I understand how it works. Don't [ __ ] this up. Go away. Go away.
>> You don't have the authority. You can't direct him. He doesn't work for you. If you listen to him, you're going to [ __ ] yourself.
>> Don't do that. Is your body cam on?
>> Turn your body cam. Turn your body.
>> There's plenty of cameras. Okay. Shut >> up. Stand in the hall. We're going to stand in the hall.
>> Hey, we can't be in this room. Hey, folks. They can close this room, but they can't close the hallway. So, let's go in the hallway.
>> Shut up. Shut up.
>> Shut up.
>> Are these yours?
>> Go in the hallway.
>> Go in the hallway.
>> This is why I'm having a hard time quitting saying we're chicken.
>> They are that way.
>> But this this assistant district attorney is down here thinking that he's the law and you don't have authority. Go file a case against us then.
>> Go file a case against me.
>> Go file a case against me.
>> Go file a case against >> leave the courthouse. Go. I'm not leaving the courthouse. Not leaving the courthouse. We're conducting business.
>> All right. Then then go to the court clerks or the county clerks, whatever office.
>> I don't have to [ __ ] DO WHAT YOU TELL me to do. [ __ ] off.
>> [ __ ] right on off.
>> Go away from me.
>> I don't have to listen to you, >> right?
You You will eventually.
>> We will get these signatures, guys.
>> And you won't stop it.
>> We put on your ass. I'm not trying to listen.
>> Shut up then.
>> All right, everybody. Let's go outside.
Just go away and we'll be in the hall together.
>> Let's go out the hall.
>> And we're trying to file pleadings and sign affidavit related to pleadings.
You're interfering with my ability to do things.
>> Then the court clerk's office is open to you to do that.
>> We need signatures, sir. And we're going to stay in the hallway. You can stay in the hallway.
>> I don't have to do anything outside. I can do it right here in the hallway where I'm going to do it.
They cannot kick you out of a public building during regular business hours.
>> Period.
>> You cannot.
>> Well, we can solicit.
>> No, you can't.
>> We can't.
>> No, you can't.
>> No, you can't. No, you can't.
>> Cight me a law.
>> I am. I have. The first one does not allow your right to use the courthouse for on the limited public. You're you're signing limited public form as the basis. That's not a law. That's a That's a legal theory. You understand that, right? Give me a statute that says I can't collect signatures at a courthouse.
>> Go look. You got You got time to research it.
>> The First Amendment is what your side will be.
>> You're really dumb. You are really dumb.
You don't understand basic law. You You don't There's nothing that precludes.
Now, if I was trying to collect signatures outside of a voting area within 100 yards of a voting area, there's a law on that that says I can't do that. There is nothing that says I can't collect signatures at a courthouse. Nothing. Period. Go find an Oklahoma law that says it's against the law because you're gonna have to arrest me for something.
>> First amendment allows the black county commissioners to restrict what >> where's the ordinance. Give me the ordinance. Give me the ordinance they adopted. Then >> counties don't pass ordinances.
>> Then give me the resolution that they adopted saying we can't do that here.
>> And who are you?
>> Assistant district attorney Todd Wagner.
>> Great. Todd, give me the give me the resolution from the Wagner County Commissioners that say I can't collect signatures here.
>> Rogers first.
>> Rogers then. Give me give me that one. I don't need to.
>> Why not?
>> I'm just asking you guys. You cannot collect signatures here. Okay.
>> I'm not collecting signatures. Why are you talking to me?
>> Because you're the one that's talking that is directing.
>> Walk away.
>> What was it hurting in there?
>> Walk away.
>> It's not hurting anyone.
>> Who was using that room?
>> Guys, I'm not county tax. This is building my town and I >> You're getting your DA screwed here.
>> Hey guys, get give your >> Hey guys, for you joining in, we're at the Rogers County Courthouse. This assistant DA is trying to kick us out for collecting signatures >> and he uh when asked if he'll cite a law and he will not sight a law because there's not a law for this bill. They don't get to decide whether if they want you or not.
>> I want the resolution where they decided that this works.
>> It is how this works.
>> So uh definitely don't call the Rogers County DA's office. Definitely don't call the Rogers County DA office and uh tell them what you think about them.
And definitely don't call the Rogers County Sheriff's Department and tell them to stop getting in the middle of something they should give us a resolution that you would agree with me that the county commissioners can only act through resolutions conducted in open meetings, right?
>> I mean, >> oh my gosh, >> you are about to think about what you're >> reader. I want I want to point out that he's the one that's creating the disturbance by trying to enforce unlawful dictates. If you will give me a resolution by the county commissioners that says we can't collect signatures in this courthouse, we'll be done. But I need a resolution.
He you can't talk about the first amendment says this. The first amendment doesn't say you can't collect signatures in a courthouse. It says that a courthouse is a limited public forum.
What that means is it is limited for specific purposes and time and place.
Guess what? Gathering to talk about a court case and legal strategy is a specific purpose that we would utilize a courthouse. Secondarily, the only people that can decide what happens here is the county commissioners via appropriately adopted resolutions conducted during an open meeting. So, if you give me a resolution that says that they have met and discussed this issue before and adopted some resolution that says signatures can't be collected in the courthouse, then you got some legal basis to go off of for the purposes of giving us a trespass warning. Without that, you can't trespass us from a limited public forum during regular business hours or doing whatever we want to cuz what we're doing is first amendment protected activity. The right to petition the government is one of the specific rights protected in the first amendment. So this first amendment has expressed specific language about the right to petition your government. So nobody's trespassing anyone. We're just >> then we're not leaving. You can't >> set you up here.
>> How are you going to enforce that? How are you going to enforce it?
>> We say no. We say no.
>> Well, and we can address that.
>> The county commissioners >> go address that.
>> Go address it. So the county commissioners have prevented have stated that no senators petitioning pamphlets or other campaigning or any other political activity >> that's not campaigning or political activity.
>> Great. Go give us a resolution that says that >> I'll follow if they've adopted a proper resolution. We'll follow you guys cooperating. Okay, I understand you're frustrated. I get it. But >> you could have just left us alone.
>> Do you live in city limits?
>> You do realize you're not going to talk.
You're not going to convince anybody to leave.
>> Just go get the go get an order saying that. You guys are welcome to sit here, right?
>> I'm welcome to do whatever the damn well I please in here.
>> Okay.
>> Exercising my First Amendment. You continuing to sit here and say the same stupid [ __ ] ain't going to change that, sir.
>> It's not going to change it. I'm not worried about you.
>> I'm didn't ask you to be.
>> Okay. Just want you to know I can give crap less. I'll go to jail if we need to.
>> I'll ask these fine folks to bail me out.
>> No one's asked to go to jail.
>> Well, I'm just telling you I don't mind.
So, just stop talking to me. I don't even know why you're talking to me. I'm not collecting signatures. We'll walk.
This is a separate matter. downstairs.
They had a right here where it said we have a public >> a public hearing. Yeah.
>> They didn't let us speak.
>> They didn't let you speak. Well, they don't have to let you speak, >> but they just let they said that we had no voice. That's >> No, but I mean, but but commissioners can adopt something that says that >> Oh, that's what they did again.
>> That they don't have that they don't have to take public comment on that stuff.
>> So, again, give us a resolution that says we can't collect signatures in here and I'll I'll follow it. But if you haven't, you you're not following. The only way the county commissioners can direct activity is through resolutions and ordinances, right? It's the only way that they can do that stuff. So, give me that that says we can't collect signatures. Otherwise, you're just making it up as you go along. And nobody elected you to [ __ ] sir. You're an assistant district attorney. So, go get us a resolution that says that.
>> I'll follow it. If they've adopted a proper resolution that has properly limited the scope of what can be done in their limited public forum, then we can look at that. But until I have a resolution that deals with that, what are we doing? And I'm waiting on the court clerk. So, I'm not doing anything.
Those people are waiting on the court clerk.
>> That's fine.
>> So, then walk away. Do you see anybody collecting a signature here?
>> So, you're dismissed. Vominos, >> move along.
>> Go back and try to do your job that we are paying you for.
>> This is the uh system.
>> You really should, you know, you should have said no.
>> Look at all these.
But don't worry, I'll I'll teach you in courts that you're wrong.
>> Rogers County DA's office, >> you [ __ ] with the wrong guy here. So, I'll teach you a lesson on that court that you're so much participation to >> Why do we need all the cops with guns?
>> We're just making sure Davis just stays.
>> I feel a little intimidated with all y'all standing over me. We're not We're not threatening people. We've been through your security stuff.
>> We're in the overflow room. Totally out of the line.
>> Yeah. We're not even in anybody's way.
We are being quiet.
>> We weren't You didn't get any notices that we were disturbing anybody's peace, did you?
>> No, >> reader. Have we disturbed anybody?
>> Not saying you disturb.
>> Okay, great.
>> That's the only way you can kick me out.
>> I'm not trying to kick you out.
>> Well, they want me to stop doing whatever. Get Give me a resolution that says that, guys. Y'all know that y'all But you know he's nobody. He does not direct what you do, sir. You understand?
You don't work for him. Okay. So in order for you to enforce something related to a limited time, place and manner restriction, there has to been something that has been adopted by the governmental agency that lays out specific limitations on the conduct that can occur in the limited public forum.
The only way you do that in Oklahoma is adopt a resolution pursuant to an Oklahoma open meeting. If they've adopted a resolution, then you can enforce it as the person that controls and enforces the rules in this courthouse. Until they've done that, they've not directed anybody to do anything related to the collecting of signatures. And I invite you to go find one Oklahoma law that says we can't collect signatures in a courthouse cuz it doesn't exist. The only place you can't petition and and seek things is within a certain range of a polling place during election day. And we're not at a polling place during election day.
So go find me a resolution that says that. Otherwise, he's giving you guys bad advice. You guys trying to enforce it would then violate my civil rights and all these fine folks civil rights and we'd have to sue you guys. I like y'all. Let me just sue this guy. Okay.
>> All I can tell you is I'm told by the county commissioners the county commissioners. What did they tell you?
>> Who told you that?
>> Which one?
>> Hendricks.
>> Hendricks.
>> I don't want to be >> one person. You'll be fine. I got to point it out.
>> You understand that, right? Again, we talked about it just now. A resolution has to be adopted by the county commissioners.
>> Understand that. So, >> he would know more about the revolution.
>> He don't know [ __ ] I'm just telling you. He He He's got his ass and a hole in the ground are about the same thing.
He don't know [ __ ] He does not know the law. He doesn't know what he's talking about. He's got those who can do those who can't go work for the district attorney. Okay? It's just the way it works. Only the idiots go work for the DA. All right? Or their defense attorneys for criminal cases doing little missing stuff, right? Or family law. Those family law attorneys are generally pretty stupid, too. So, put him in that category of those people.
and and uh and take everything that they say with a grain of salt. I'm not lying to you. It's the truth. Do you know what they call the last person that graduated in a law school class? A freaking lawyer. The same as they call the last doctor that graduated from medical school. Do you want that person doctoring on you? You don't want that idiot lawyering for you either, cuz I guarantee you he graduated towards the bottom of his class. Probably went to OCU law school, didn't you?
He went to OCU law school. That tells you everything you need to know. That's like the most pathetic law school in the state. Or maybe did you go to that one in Michigan? What was that one in Michigan that everybody goes to? They don't know what the hell they're doing.
Did you go to that one? OCU, huh? You're an ocu.
Yeah. OCU.
>> Don't worry about your toup pay and uh stop talking to me.
>> I mean, I can have this fun all day.
>> Well, I mean, and you can keep talking by all means. You >> Oh, I absolutely can keep talking.
>> Why don't you just walk away? I'm just I just are Can we agree that that there will no be? No. No. We cannot agree to anything.
>> Can we agree you need a hair transplant?
>> Can't agree to anything. Can't agree to anything. You guys are welcome to listen.
>> I'm going to I'm welcome to do whatever I want in this hallway, too, sir. You can continue to say the same stupid stuff over and over again and expect a different result is the definition of insanity. So, keep proving that you're insane. Otherwise, just walk away. Do does it look like I'm collecting signatures? I can't collect signatures.
I'm not a Claremore resident that's a registered voter. So, I can't collect anybody's signature or I would be violating the uh the provisions related to collecting of signatures on this thing. So, go talk to somebody who's a Claremore registered voter. I'm not collecting signatures. I haven't asked a single person for a signature. So, go talk to other folks.
>> Move along, little doggy.
>> We're going to have so much fun. We're going to You and I are going to have so much fun.
>> Todd, you and I are going to have so much fun, bud. You have no idea what kind of fun we're going to have. Look forward to it.
>> No, you shouldn't. I Those are going to be your fatal last words.
>> He's not the He's not the assistant DA who got in trouble for like breaking rules.
>> Outside that was the other one.
>> The courthouse. It's not a public forum for the professional signatures, right?
You do it outside the on the step. Fine.
>> That's fine.
>> We can do that in here.
>> Yeah, you sure can.
>> We We just have a person who knows the law explain the law to us and uh we can do that here. So, >> so you can you can leave and we can do our business in a public house. This is we're redressing our government. Why would you be why would these guys I know the sheriff's department's been kind of in investigation here about beating people inappropriately and doing a lot of things uh substandard needed education. I I wish our sheriff's department, our law enforcement would uphold the oath to let people redress government, but it seems like that's the first thing they want to stop. They want to be the minions.
>> Why do Why do you guys want to be the minions instead of being protecting the public from the government?
>> We need seven guns here.
>> There are seven guns here.
>> That's insane, y'all.
>> So, just wait for the guns to go away. I feel intimidated. My rights are being violated. I don't like all these guns around me. So, just go away. We're not collecting signatures.
>> If we do again later, you come tell me the same thing.
>> Cuz he doesn't want to he doesn't want to walk away cuz I keep telling him to cuz he wants to be big and bad and I stood up to Durban. This is going to [ __ ] screw you so bad, sir. You have no idea what you just walked into.
>> No idea. Are you live on YouTube?
>> I'm live on Facebook.
>> Okay. We should have gone live on YouTube. That's the more brutal audience.
>> Don't worry, we'll post it on YouTube later. They're going to love you.
They're going to love you on YouTube.
>> Yeah.
>> I don't know. Oh, there they he has a stain in the back of his pants saying [ __ ] himself.
>> Commissioner Hendrick, >> go clean your pants, sir. It looks like you [ __ ] yourself.
>> He's speak he's speaking for Commissioner Hendris.
>> Yes, Commissioner Hendricks.
>> Matt as a matter of record there.
>> Yeah, >> cuz he clearly st >> Hendricks is directing what happens in this building without having a properly noticed meeting and a of getting a resolution and a policy related to collection of signatures.
>> We're not collecting signatures.
>> And that's why and if you guys are done, that's it. All we ask, all the county asks is that any petition, signatures, anything like that.
>> We've already done outside >> and we've already said no. So just go on.
>> So why are we all here?
>> That's what the county asks.
>> Ask in one hand, [ __ ] in the other. See which one fills up faster.
>> We're direct.
>> Is it like we can't be here now?
>> Are you asking? You're directing.
>> You are welcome.
>> You sure can to be >> in the house. Cuz that's your business while you're here. That's fine.
>> He knows I'm right. He's been listening to it. He knows you're [ __ ] wrong and he's a lawyer.
>> Tell us what kind of business we can come back. So, do you have a more thorough cuz are you directing us or asking us cuz you just said the county commissioners asked that we not so which is it?
>> You are not allowed to collect signatures in >> Where's the resolution?
>> Where's the resolution?
>> Go get me the resolution. Fetch. Go fetch, boy. Go fetch. Go fetch.
>> So, >> go fetch.
>> But whatever business you have here is fine. I mean, you guys are welcome to stay here. I >> Then why are you still here? Yeah, that's what I >> ask again. Why are you still standing here?
>> I also don't see any of us collecting signatures.
>> Okay. Right.
>> 901. All right. This is a blank sheet of paper. There's nothing on this clipboard at all. One blank sheet.
>> Well, actually, write his name and County Commissioner Hendricks on there, please.
>> Oh, I think we got that documented on a lot of videos.
>> I know, but I want it in my hand right here.
>> Make sure we get all the sheriffs that are here, too, names. We got Clark.
>> Sir, what's your name right there?
>> Garrett.
>> Gamble.
>> Garrett. Garrett. Yes, sir.
>> Uh, Hannes, H A Y S. Sir, I can't see yours with a pen.
>> P A S E. Campbell and reader.
Everybody's body cams. I see the body cams flashing. So, we're going to be getting those. Oh, SR, sir. I didn't see you, >> Carter. Thank you.
>> And the correct spelling is because there's several ways to spell >> W G N E R.
>> Okay, that's what I thought.
>> Now, you said reader earlier that you talked to the county commissioner. Was your body cam on when you were talking to that county commissioner? Where did that conversation happen so I can request the video of that conversation?
>> I mean, it's not going to be on audio, but >> I understand, but where's the video?
>> At the front door.
>> At the front doors. Okay. He came up to you and said they can't do that.
>> We were talking about it.
>> Okay. Okay. Did he give you any kind of resolution or ordinance that they had adopted about it?
>> Was it Hendricks?
>> Okay.
So, >> if you bring me an ordinance or resolution, I'm going follow the law.
I'll go sue about it, but I'll follow it. Right. But his his words, they mean nothing.
>> Yeah. We just don't want a bully sending a pee on to come >> tell us and pretend that he's asking us.
That's what's got my feathers ruffled because right now I'm here because of taxation without representation. And now you're telling me I can't >> stand in a courthouse and sign a document that's not prohibited by Oklahoma law.
>> So he I don't know what you want these guys on that. I'd like to see something in writing cuz otherwise I'm going by the Constitution.
>> Thank you. She's wearing the Constitution. Read it. You should go read it. The right to petition your government and redress grievances are guarantees in the First Amendment. And unless you've got something that's been adopted otherwise, >> what's the problem with that? Do you have a problem with that? You have a problem with that. Apparently, Hendrix does, right? You got a problem with >> You work for the county commissioners.
>> We're not here to discuss. I'm I'm here to tell you here to discuss. What are you here to do then?
>> Yeah. You're here to discuss.
>> You're just here to give us more stuff to post online. County Commissioner. You don't work for the county commissioner.
So, did your boss tell you to come do this?
>> Blood for this country here.
>> Good point. Why >> did your boss come tell you to do this?
It's a simple question. Let's get an answer to that.
>> County commissioner directing you.
>> The district attorney's office represents the county and all it and all it dealings. And I sent up here just to try and help discuss legal issues you guys have. Okay. To direct you guys just to take your signature papers outside and and just to carry on. So why didn't the district attorney himself direct you instead of the county commissioner directing you is what I'm asking?
>> Because I work for the district attorney who is by law required to represent the county commissioners in the content of their business. Did you check with your district attorney before you came down here?
>> So >> do what?
>> Did you check with your district attorney before you came down here >> to do what?
>> To make sure that he wanted you to do this stupid thing. He is playing that game.
>> No. Did you talk to the DA about any of this before you came down here to say this?
>> The DA has an opinion on how the commissioners operate the courthouse.
No, I did not.
>> So, you didn't talk to him about this specific issue and you coming down here?
>> You guys might want to let the DA know with me and [ __ ] off, man. You're worthless. Dear >> Rogers County DA's office, >> dear Lord.
>> So, he's here telling us under the threat of these guys with guns.
>> We have to Yeah, he is. That we >> intimidation.
>> Well, if we stayed there, what would have happened? You guys would have arrested all of us. Yeah, they that's why they got guns here, right?
>> Is that what would have happened?
>> Say that all of us stayed in there. We would have been arrested.
>> He can't sign a law. He ain't got anything. He's going to cite the Constitution. Go read it and tell me where it says I can't collect signatures in a courthouse. I invite you to give me a case that says that. Give me one case in the 10th Circuit that says you can't do that. One case. Go on. You You got Lexus or Wes Law out there. Go do some research. Hell, go use Claude and ask it to find something because I'm sure you don't know how to do legal research properly. Go let AI do it. But I'm sure it's far more intelligent than you are.
So go give us one case that says that cuz you're not going to find it.
>> I know the subject better than you.
You're stepping all in it.
>> All right.
>> It's pretty sad.
>> So now you can vacate and leave us the [ __ ] alone.
>> Take crackheads >> uh right here and follow his command just because >> somebody got a hair up their butt. But there's no law. And these guys are ready to to follow the whatever somebody says, the hurt feelings law, the hurt feelings enforcers.
Why don't you support people redressing their government?
>> Some of them on camera.
>> I already did get them all, but yeah.
>> Do you understand what's going on with the data centers? What what's your opinion on that? As officers, do you want to make sure that those go through and that they start building these facilities we can't with our electric and water. They're talking, you know, I don't know. You think people ought to have an ability and a legal ability to redress their government or you want to make sure they can't do it in the courthouse?
>> I just I just hope none of y'all have any negative history cuz I'm going to find out about every I'm going to research every one of y'all that's here.
And if you've got any negative history, I'm going to be all over it. So, you made a mistake coming up here supporting this jackass. Okay? So, >> y'all are dismissed. All of y'all are dismissed >> and we're we're gonna leave. If all the are done, >> okay, take that aside. I'm not committing to doing a damn thing with your ass.
>> [ __ ] off.
>> Cuz you're willing to crack heads for something that's crack.
>> That's what you're doing.
>> That's why they're here.
>> [ __ ] off.
>> That's why you're here.
>> [ __ ] off.
>> Do not intimidate.
>> Deny the obvious.
>> I don't normally have this kind of support. It's kind of great.
>> Normally, I just stand here and do it myself and you still wouldn't bother me.
Well, I'm kind of, but you know, >> appreciate your cooperation. Thank you.
>> I'm not cooperating with you. So, >> okay.
>> All right.
>> The only names, not signatures, but I've got your names on here.
>> Thanks. Thanks, David. For posting that you think you >> But you've kicked the hornets, sir.
>> We also have Rogers County. How many How many asking you to conduct business and your advocacy? How many cops does it take to change a light bulb? The whole department resolution.
>> That's all we're asking.
You're with the district attorney's office when a county commissioner sent you up here.
>> We're coming back up here with our forms and we're going to signatures.
>> You're not going to do that.
>> Yes, we are.
>> We're going to do it. And there's no law that says we can't. And you're going to send up your cops to start cracking heads against the law. That's what's going to happen.
>> I just I respect the request. You guys just keep >> great. We respectfully decline. We're not doing anything but you bring officers with guns >> and you're ready to start cracking heads.
>> That's exactly what IT IS.
>> THEN WHY DID YOU BRING THE GUNS?
>> AND YOU'RE READY TO PUT people in handcuffs.
>> And we weren't even in the hallway doing it, >> which we have the perfect right to evidently because I've not seen a resolution or a law.
>> But it is the location cuz you said we can't do it in the courthouse.
>> You cannot do it in the courthouse. That is correct.
>> Again, you can't site a damn thing that says that.
>> Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. You need to support freedom and you need to support our constitution or you're a traitor.
>> You need to support washing your clothes better stains out of your ass with >> and stop [ __ ] your pants.
>> The traitors get tired and feathered.
>> Come on, hurry up and walk away so we can get the ass stains again.
>> Walk away so we can get the ass stains.
I want the ass stains. I don't want >> Come on. Go ahead. We want the ass stains. Let's walk away.
>> Make sure you get the ass stains.
>> Oh, I got it.
>> Get the ass stain.
>> Okay. [ __ ] stain. That's what we're going to call you.
It's not It's not wet anymore. That means it dried. That means it had to have been recent.
>> Oh my god.
>> From earlier.
>> [ __ ] >> These guys are too.
>> They're supporting treachery.
>> Anyway, >> that's sad.
>> Yeah.
>> Ain't the first time I've been surrounded by guns, >> man. We were nice to you guys, too.
>> Like, if you guys sent two people up, three people up, that's one thing. That many people's an intimidation tactic.
>> You just [ __ ] up our entire relationship for no [ __ ] reason.
>> Send the whole team.
>> We were always nice to you. You're always nice to us and then you send how many cops for for one for one person.
Like >> you just screwed yourselves for no reason. Like I don't >> They're not the brightest crowns in the box.
Now y'all are seeing what I see all the time. This is what I see. People wonder like they only see the [ __ ] side of me, but they don't see the They come up and do this ridiculous stuff and I'm like, "What? We weren't bothering anybody."
>> Yeah, I can see two at the most if they just wanted to make sure nothing escalated. One would have been >> No, they that won't that won't scare you.
>> Oh, I know. I know.
>> Two won't scare you. Seven Seven they hope will scare you. And as you saw, I just plant my fat ass down on the chair and go, "If we g you can beat the rat, but you can't beat the ride. If you want to take me to jail, we're going to jail.
Damn it."
>> How are you?
>> Good. How are you?
>> Is Commissioner Hendricks here?
>> Yes.
>> Is he in his office?
>> Yes.
>> Yeah. Land Brown.
>> This is the commissioner who apparently directed the assistant DA.
>> Commissioner, Mr. Brown, I don't think we've met.
>> We have not.
>> How do you do, sir?
>> Nice to meet you. Okay, so I'm curious.
You were the one that directed the sheriff's department that we couldn't collect signatures on the second floor.
Basically petitioning our government. Is there a resolution that states that we can't do that?
>> Cuz they said that there's not one. They couldn't state one.
>> There's a policy.
This This is a government building there. We do not allow soliciting or campaigning in a government building.
It's not you. It's not your >> No, we understand. We understand. No, we just wanted in writing. That's all we wanted. We were we we just had the assistant district attorney and seven officers come up there and berade us because we were up there collecting signatures and all we wanted was it in writing.
>> It's a standard policy because we have people coming up all the time wanting to come in and hand out pamphlets, campaign for their cause. And if we let one do it, we have to let everybody do it. And we can't have that.
>> So there's nothing in writing that states that we can't do it >> in writing. It's a courthouse policy.
Okay. And no, I can't furnish it to you in writing. It's discretion. The Rogers County Commissioners are in charge administrating, right? Of course.
>> So, we can administrate it any way we want.
>> Okay. Okay. That's that's that's all we're asking is if it was in writing and if it's not, you know, >> one one quick question. Uh you said no campaigning. Does that just mean political campaigning or does that require >> political campaigning or agendas promoting your agenda? If we let >> How are you, sir?
We can't let the Nazis, the KKK, the skin heads, and everybody come in and promote their agenda in the walls of this courthouse. We're just protecting.
>> So, we're Nazis working courthouse.
>> Okay. So, so just to clear it up, there's nothing in writing that states that we can't collect signatures or petition our government in the courthouse.
>> In the courthouse.
>> Okay. So, there's no nothing in writing.
It >> doesn't have to be.
>> Okay. That That's what you're saying.
That's all right. But there's nothing in writing. That's all we wanted to know.
>> Okay.
>> All right. Thank you, sir.
>> Thank you. Have a great day.
>> You have a great day. All right, you guys are going to have a wonderful day.
I'm just going to just going to hold this here for a minute.
>> Okay. Excellent. Um, excellent.
>> You know, he was dumb enough to come out there.
>> Hendricks.
>> Yes. Himself.
>> Excellent. Excellent.
>> Yep.
>> She's got some cool tattoos.
>> They do not They do not like me in that commissioner's office, though.
>> No, I don't think they like you anywhere around here. Look, you're hanging out with me. They don't like you. If they're an elected official and you're hanging out with me, they do not care for you.
>> Well, most of them.
>> Some of them like you.
>> Very few.
>> Very few.
>> And some silently.
>> What did he say about the What did he say about the KK?
>> Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
>> Oh, he said we can't let the KKK come in here and collect signatures. We can't let Nazis come in here. I'm like, okay, great. So, we're KKK and Nazis. Got it.
>> Where's your policy? Just Just give me your policy hook.
>> Yeah. Who are they excluding next? The Roundup Club. I mean, I'm just saying.
>> No, see, here's here's here's the problem. No, this is the beautiful part about it. Do you know what he just said?
He just said that their restrictions are not contentneutral.
>> He's doing it because they're trying to keep the KKK and those it's not content neutral restrictions. That's not content neutral. You can't adopt an ordinance or resolution to deny rights on the basis of content of the content of the speech.
>> You could ban everybody, but you can't ban the Nazis and the and the other people.
>> Everybody wants you to go talk to them.
Everyone wants me to go talk to them.
>> Uh, by the way, there's no restricted access sign, so you can go straight in his office.
>> Okay.
>> They don't want us in there petitioning our government. You know, it's our first amendment, right? And they don't want us in there petitioning our government. And so now we're going to be outside and do it. But he's got to go, too. He's not up. He's not up this year, but he's up in two years. So, he's got to go next.
>> Hello. I wanted to see if I can speak to Commissioner Hendricks, and I also need to do an open records request.
>> Okay. And who are you? Ron, >> he is on a call.
>> Of course he is. We We figured that's that's usually the response.
>> Leave your request. He'll be glad to.
>> Can I get an open record act request form?
>> They are online, I believe.
>> Okay. I'd like to fill it out here, please.
And if I could borrow a pen, too. I didn't come prepared. I wasn't expecting to do an open records request.
Actually, we're going to need two of those. Please, ma'am. Oh, no. I know I could walk back there if I wanted to cuz there's no signs, but I'm going to choose to not do that. I mean, it's legal. I could certainly do it. If they arrested me, they'd be screwed. But, you know, they really should put up restricted access and and block that.
Otherwise, I could walk back there.
>> Kal over there thinks it's funny.
>> That's Kelly.
>> Kelly.
>> What? Khal.
K E L E A is Kelly.
>> It is.
>> Okay. I just Sorry. I missed.
>> Why are you recording everything on my desk?
>> Because it's publicly visible.
>> I don't know. In case you got anything interesting, the post. I mean, if not, it's just boring.
>> All you guys have to do.
>> Yeah, that's all we have to do. You should have just kept your mouth shut, Kelly.
>> I I don't need to keep my mouth shut.
>> I have every right to do it just like you.
>> You're right. You can say whatever you want except you work for the public and I don't. So >> she's too easy.
>> Is there anything good?
>> No. But you can see her facial expression. I'm like she's going to get pissed off if I if I do that.
>> Here are your ones for me, ma'am. Thank you. Here's yours.
Do you have a pen?
>> Need two of those, please.
>> Thank you, man.
>> Here's yours.
>> Okay, awesome.
>> All right, I think I got >> I'm going on an adventure.
>> I bet she's going to tell the cops. Go follow her. Yeah.
>> Yeah. It's a threat.
>> What? A threat?
>> It's a threat.
>> Really? Did we threaten you? Did you just accuse us of committing a crime?
Man, lady, that was stupid.
>> Really? You You didn't just tell me you better keep your mouth shut.
>> I think it'd be wise that you keep your mouth shut.
>> That's That's >> not a threat. That's just some friendly advice, lady. It's best if you shut up and don't say anything.
>> Just give me my forms that I want and shut up otherwise.
>> Sorry, I was on a call.
>> Yeah. So, uh did you sign a uh NDA with Beal Infrastructure?
>> Um >> for Project Mustang.
>> Project Mustang.
>> Yeah. The the data center that's coming into town. You guys talked about it in October. Yeah. Did you sign an NDA? I don't remember that. I don't have any knowledge of that.
>> You don't have any knowledge. You You wouldn't remember something as important as signing a non-disclosure agreement with a billion dollar company.
>> Is there anything I can help you with?
Yeah.
>> Who are you, sir?
>> If I was requesting something, >> you came in for a quest for open records is what I >> Well, I'm I'm doing that, >> but I'm also asking about be whether you signed an NDA for be infrastructure.
>> Discussion with you, Mr. Dur.
>> No, you're right. You don't have to discuss anything with me. You can you can stay silent and be as culpable and guilty as the rest of them or you could just tell me whether you signed an NDA or not.
>> You're you came in here to harass an assistant who has nothing to do >> harass an assistant. What was I doing that harassed the assistant?
>> Giving her advice.
>> So giving advice is harassing >> telling me to keep my mouth shut.
>> You should keep your mouth shut. You should keep your mouth shut. You should shut up. You should shut up. You should shut up.
>> This has reached an unhealthy level.
>> So are you Mr. Burroughs or >> So which one are you? Which county commissioner are you?
>> I'm Commissioner Hendricks.
>> Okay. Commissioner Hendrick and if you need to leave request perfectly to do so.
>> My question is this. You sent the cops upstairs. You sent the cops and the DA.
>> I have no discussion with you, sir.
>> You sent the cops and the DA upstairs discussion with you, sir.
>> So, you don't want to talk about sending the cops and the DA upstairs, sir.
>> Why you came out here then? Why? You could have stayed in the back and hid.
>> I I was on a phone call and I came out.
>> So, go back in the back and hide again.
>> Resident.
So, go in the back and hide some more.
They harassed her and told her to shut up and >> harassed her.
>> Do you understand what the criminal elements of harassment are?
>> I have no further discussion with them.
>> Then walk away.
>> Asked them to leave it. Then walk away.
Records. Then walk away.
>> Since you don't want to answer any questions or serve the public, walk away.
>> I do have a question, please. So, can I come to your office?
>> No, ma'am.
>> Whoa.
Taxation without representation.
>> Hey, Clark.
>> That's not a restricted area, bud. So, I might walk back there since he didn't want to talk to me.
>> I wouldn't do that.
>> Are you gonna arrest me if I do?
>> Well, >> maybe >> I need to know. Is that is that under threat of arrest or what are we doing?
Because there's no restricted access sign. So, that's a public area. This is a public lobby, right?
You You seem nervous, Clark. Stop moving your hand like that. You're making me a little nervous. You got a gun. I don't >> You seem really nervous, Clark.
>> So, refusing to meet.
You don't need to be that you're swaying. You're moving your hands.
That's the adrenaline. That's the adrenaline flowing. I'm a little concerned that you are a little too >> a little too keyed up on this. Do you need to get a break? Yeah.
>> All right. Campbell's going to stay here for you. He He's a lot calmer than you are.
>> I think it would be too. Make sure your body cam stays on.
>> Yeah. You're always like just >> chill.
>> What are you doing?
>> I was going to do the NDAs. Is that what you're doing?
>> Oh, just let's both do them. Yeah, you do. You do whatever you want. I'll do whatever I want and then we'll just, you know, where they where the two paths cross, you know, they cross.
>> NDAs. Hey, he he look I I could sense it. I told him about it and and he vomos.
>> I can respect that.
>> He got himself out of the situation.
>> 99% of other people.
>> That's what should happen. He He was He was clearly g geared up and I would have just kept poking him, you know.
>> Yeah.
>> Don't come Don't come geared up to me.
I'll just keep I'll just keep pushing. I don't care about jail.
>> She's hiding.
>> She's hiding.
>> You're trying to get served. Kelly got process server is here to serve you with something.
>> It's um a mortgage situation.
>> Did she get Is it her mortgage?
>> No.
>> Is she behind on the mortgage?
>> No.
>> Damn it.
Damn it.
I could hope, one can hope. I'm going to do a lot of research about Kelly White.
Kea White. Whiti T. We're going to know everything we can possibly know about Kelly. According to her, that would be a threat.
>> Yeah, I I know Campbell. I like quiet, silent. I like that. I like that.
>> Why hold I see this all the time. Why hold up there?
>> Well, because it looks because it's a place to rest my hands. It looks better than >> having them down by the gun. I got you.
Okay. So, that's why that's why cops do that.
>> And that and I can pull it out and my I can breathe a little bit.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Cuz we're fat we're fat guys when we get hot, right?
>> Is there a rule against them signing at at the church?
>> No, they can sign wherever. There's no rule about them signing in the courthouse. But let's not raise that again. I got enough to sue that idiot.
>> It's been a fiasco with the wind.
>> Yeah. Go move it to the court. Move it to your church. Move it to wherever.
Okay. and just send me a text where I can post up and let me know what how long you're going to be there. I told people 11. So, it's 11.
>> I know. And it's starting to sprinkle.
>> So, you know, the rest I would what I would say is, you know, people could be there an hour before the meeting >> over 30 >> and say come sign it before the meeting >> tonight. There's going to be >> No, but they said I could take them for her.
>> She can't. You can't.
>> You can't. It wouldn't be a legal service.
>> It wouldn't be legal service.
>> It's for the board of commissioners.
you.
>> Yeah, >> she can just um holler and tell me to leave them on.
>> Can you walk her back there?
>> I mean, I can't.
>> No.
>> Well, it's not it's as we pointed out, it is not a restricted access area. She could technically walk back there if she wanted to.
>> Can I walk back there and give her my records so they >> Yeah. And I need somebody to accept my records request.
>> It would be legal. Now, whether they'll do something about it >> to the court clerk's office, >> it's the county commissioners that we're requesting the records from. So, it would go to these folks right here.
>> Still wouldn't just go through that.
>> I don't know how that works. Yeah. The clerk only accepts and stuff.
>> Yeah, the clerk is the keeper of records.
>> I wish I wish it worked that way cuz they're very nice up there and have no problems.
>> I'm sorry, Kelly. It's okay. I just wanted >> Yep.
>> Kelly, you can accept my public records request and provide me a copy and an acknowledgement sign that you've received it and then we'll be out of your hair.
>> So, you can go back to denying people's rights without us here.
>> And I also need mine signed.
>> Oh, that's funny.
Kelly thinks everything's funny.
>> I do.
>> You're not going to think this is funny.
I promise you.
>> Look, you got to have some humor in your life when you're that ugly.
>> I wasn't going to go there. Last time I went there was with the I got trespassed from uh from the uh city of Claremore from my first amendment. running my mouth talking about the woman with the tattoos and the nose ring and the disheveled clothes and the messed up hair and the no makeup that was there, you know, getting paid to do a job as the public representative of the city. I I'm not supposed to talk about that when they're denying us records, though, right? That's against the rules. Don't comment on somebody's professional attire when they're being imp unprofessional and denying records. Hey, Kelly, mine's front and back, so if I could get a copy of front and back, please.
>> Somebody said she's still wiping the commissioner's tears back there.
Man, he was he got he got upset.
>> He He's an idiot for walking out here in the first place.
>> I know. You already given us >> and then staying out here instead of leaving and then calling you guy like when you could have just walked away and then that would have been the end of it.
Like >> Yeah. I even declined to go back there, >> which is big for me. If some of my friends from other states were here, y'all would have had them swarming all over this area. They they'd be having a blast.
>> They'd be having a field day back there.
They'd be opening the fridges.
>> Appreciate you just hanging out here.
They would be having a blast with that.
>> Yeah, those guys will go open the fridges in there. They'll go >> They literally will sit in the break.
Now, you if you've ever seen like a first amendment audit, everybody's like, "Right, you're a first." No, I'm not.
I'm here doing something with a purpose.
I'm not here just to film the things.
Now, will I film everything on your desk if I have an opportunity? Hey, >> if you've done something wrong, do if I can see it, I can record it. Um, just like y'all can if you see it, you can arrest somebody for it. But uh I chose not to go back there today cuz you know just >> I've had one friend from that uh New York or something.
>> Well, you got auditing Yuri County.
That's Dan.
>> Yes, Dan.
>> Yeah. Supposed to meet him later this week in West Virginia.
>> He would have went back there.
>> Oh god.
>> Oh yeah. He would have been back there in a heartbeat.
>> Josh Abrams from Boston would have been worse. He's accountability for all. That guy will freaking He's the funniest human being I've ever met. But he's also like the biggest [ __ ] Like when he wants to be like if they think I'm bad, they have no idea.
>> He's got the whole Boston accent, too.
>> And the Boston attitude.
>> Yeah.
>> The Boston attitude.
>> We were up on the second floor.
>> I went up there on St. Patrick's Day two years ago and man, we we had a good time up there.
