John has watched the Courtyard evolve from a working stable yard and hay barn into what it is today.

[00:00:00]We're sitting in the courtyard of Bowden Hall House.

[00:00:03]This used to be the original [music] stud barn.

[00:00:07]And as we're sitting here, we look around and [music] uh we can see where the stables were and the accommodation and it was very derelict when I first come [music] here and it was rebuilt to a very high standard.

[00:00:25]Standard of workmanship is fabulous.

[00:00:26][music] As we go to the building behind me, we're looking at the hay barn, the saddlery, and the hay barn to your to my left.

[00:00:41]And then when you come round from the hay barn on the left, you come around to the stables that were into the lobby area.
