4 arrested with 32 cattle in Phansidewa amid crackdown on cattle smuggling (Bangla)

It has been learned that cows were being smuggled from Bihar to Assam via the Ghoshpukur Phulbari Bypass on National Highway 27. Upon receiving information, the police seized a lorry and recovered 32 cows from inside the lorry. They were arrested for not being able to show the livestock permit. Four people, including the driver, were arrested.
