Anti-authoritarianism is essential for a healthy society because without individuals willing to push back against authority, society risks becoming merely obedient rather than morally good; approximately 10% of people must actively resist authority to prevent the remaining 80% from blindly following dominant forces.

Why Anti-Authoritarianism Matters More Than Ever
Added:The thing that's different about America that I don't think most people know is we are the only people on Earth that have an inherent anti-authoritarian nature to us.
>> I mean, I'll give you an example. Like I remember going to China. I've been to China a couple times. The last time I was there was like uh winter of 2017.
Our translator was like we're trying to cross the street and she's like, "No, you have to stop." I was like, "Man, there ain't no cars here." She's like, "You see that billboard up there?"
That's where all the people that get violations, social credit scores, all that stuff.
>> For jaywalking?
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Wow.
>> Yeah. This 2017. Just imagine how that could look here in America when they bring that. Cuz this is going to come.
>> Wow.
>> That's how I I I truly believe it's going to happen.
>> If they tried to do that in America, and I'm sure one of these socialist mayors will, there's going to be a whole subsection of people, probably like us, that are going to do it on purpose and then get their pictures like this so that our picture up on that wall is >> Yeah.
>> I really want to try to push, WWF terms, the new attitude era.
>> Oh, for sure.
>> You know they're going to try to shut us down again. The next time they ask you for a vax card, >> Suck it.
>> We have to get back to being okay with that kind of rebellious nature.
>> Mhm.
>> Because there's a social pushback on that as well. Those people are trying to be in their in-group. Most people are just going with the flow.
>> Mhm.
>> So, if 80% of the people are just going to go with whatever the dominant force says to go with, there has to be that 10% pushback against authority, otherwise everybody is just doing what they're told. And then we're we're not good people, as you said before. We're nice, we're obedient, but we're not good.
