In criminal law, consent to extreme activities does not absolve the service provider of criminal liability when they continue after the client shows signs of distress or danger; the provider has a duty to stop when the client becomes unresponsive or requests to cease, regardless of the money paid.

OnlyFans Mom Mummified Client for $11K…Now She’s Going to PrisonAdded:
Man, some people's freak level is just off the charts. All right, I don't know how people develop these weird fetishes and kinks, bro. But this story today really puts into perspective how freaky some people can be. So today, I want to talk about this Michaela Rollers steam situation, right? Michaela was an Only Fans creator out of California who got wrapped up in one of the strangest death cases that I have seen in a long time.
Right now, the situation happened all the way back in April of 2023. Michaela met up with this man named Michael Dell for what was supposed to be an extreme fetish session. And according to everything that came out in court, this guy Michael Dell paid her more than $11,000 to do some very intense stuff with him.
But by the end of the night, Michael Dell was not breathing. He was taken to the hospital, declared brain dead, and later died from the interaction that he had with this Only Fans creator. All right. Now, Michaela, she is a married mother of three who was running this like escort business online. And after this whole situation happened, Michaela was arrested and charged with seconddegree murder. Right? That was back in 2023. Now in 20126, she's just taken a plea deal to involuntary manslaughter. And the deal is expected to land her four years in custody.
Right? She hasn't technically been sentenced yet. She could be sentenced to more, but the plea deal she took basically says that she'll have to do four years in custody for what all went down. So today I want to talk about what happened because like I said it's absolutely wild and some parts of this make it look like Michael Dell knowingly asked for exactly what happened to him.
Right? This is one of them stories where you can truly see both sides of the story when you hear all of the evidence.
Right? Michaela basically says it was just an unfortunate accident. The prosecutors who were prosecuting her said that she was acting reckless. And when y'all hear the details of this, I promise you, you're going to be stunned.
So, the question I want y'all to answer by the end of the video is, do y'all think that this was a freak accident during a consensual session between these two? Or did Michaela take it so far that she should be held criminally responsible for this guy's death? So, I want to play a clip from the courtroom that kind of explains what happened in this situation, right? It has some messages from Michael Dell to Michaela where he was texting her about what he expected from the recession, right? And y'all listen to this freaky ass [ __ ] right here.
>> Asking her to buy boots and glue them on his feet with Gorilla Glue. He was asking her to buy do and glue them in his mouth. And he also asked her to uh pour pools of Gorilla glue into his eyes to glue them shut so that she was the last girl that he would ever see. All right. Now, I heard these details and I was like, "Bro, what?" Boots glued to his feet, his mouth glued shut, gorilla glue in his eyes, and then him literally saying that he wanted her to be the last girl he ever saw. When I heard these details, I was like, "Yeah, no. This is disturbing." And I'm not saying all of that to say, you know, he deserved what happened to him. I'm just saying the outcome that he received seemed to be the outcome that he wanted. Now, I actually want to play out a bit of a longer clip that describes more in depth what this guy, Michael Dell, was actually asking for, right? Cuz when they were in court, obviously they read the transcript of the text messages that were sent between these two individuals.
All right, so y'all listen to some of this. Were you able to tell uh whether Mr. Dale was offering money in exchange for these acts? Uh yes, I believe he was um going to offer some money. I don't remember how much it was done.
>> So this first text, is this an incoming text?
>> Yes. The body says, "So what color boots are you going to get? Black, red, pink for me. How about the bright pink?" And is this a text from Michael Dale to the defendant, Miss Rarstan? Yes.
>> So, there's a mention of boots in this very first text. Can you tell us based on your investigation of the case, what's the significance, if any, of the boots?
>> So, Mr. Dale was asking M. Riers Dam to buy a pair of boots and glue them onto his feet. And when um Mr. Dale was found. He did have a pair of boots glued onto his feet. They had to be removed in the emergency room.
>> So, the very next text message in the middle, what are we looking at here?
>> It's a photo of uh some dil.
>> And again, is this an outgoing text from Michael Dale to the defendant, Mr. Ryers?
>> This is an incoming text from Michael Dale. This is from M. Ryers Dam's phone.
So, it's an incoming text from Michael Dale to Mr. Dale. It says, "I was thinking of something like this, say six in long that you could put down my throat before you glue my mouth shut."
Let's flip to page two.
Talk to people three. Walk us through the first uh three texts that must be on the second page. Can you go ahead and read those and describe who's sending out who's receiving them? Sure. These all three are incoming from Michaelale to Michaela Riers's Dam. The first is on 3:2723.
It's at 9:32 a.m. The body of the text reads, "Yes, uh, I am, I have been seriously thinking about you gluing my eyes shut at the end."
>> Okay. How about the next text? The next text is the same day at 11:57 a.m.
which says, "Can we glue my eyes shut, please? So sexy, you being the last beautiful angel I ever see."
And how about the next text?
>> The next text is at 12:00 p.m. So 3 minutes later, and it states, "So can we please glue my eyes shut at the end?"
Seriously. Can you uh go ahead and reinforce the next or fourth text message?
>> The next text message is an outgoing message from Michaela to Michael Dale, which says yes.
>> All right. How about the zip and final text?
>> That's from Michael Dale to Michaela Riler's Dam at 12:03 p.m.
which says, "I seriously want a pool of glue over each eye." Okay.
I want to make sure that I can never in capitals I can never ever see another girl. Okay. The second one is from Michaela Riler's dam to Michael Dale outgoing at 12:09 p.m. and it says never.
>> And the third, the third is from Michael Dale to Michael Riers Dam. It's at 12:11 p.m. And the text reads, "So, does that mean you will truly and honestly put a pool of Gorilla Glue in each eye to make it truly permanent for me, my sexy angel?"
>> And the fourth text, was this the defendant's response to that?
>> Yes. So, it's an outgoing text message from Michaela Rers Stamp to Michael Dale at 12:13 p.m. and it says, "I will do whatever we put into writing to be signed doll base."
>> Okay, so you can clearly hear these messages that this guy is sending to her. He wants pools of Gorilla Glue poured over his eyes so he can never see anybody else ever again. He wants a [ __ ] toy glued or taped down his throat. Right. This is wild behavior.
This is absolutely despicable behavior, bro. The length that some people need to go to to get their rocks off is insane.
Okay, but when you hear the messages, I mean, it sounds like a man who wanted this fantasy to be pushed way past normal boundaries. All right, but these messages are part of the reason why the charges that she was facing was downgraded from murder to involuntary manslaughter. Right? Because at the end of the day, when you've got somebody asking for this type of stuff and it goes wrong, um they are partially to blame for it, but the other person, in this case, Michaela, should have probably set some boundaries on what she was willing to do for the $11,000 that he was paying her. All right, so those are messages that was sent weeks before the encounter occurred. And then we eventually get to April 17th, 2023, which is the night that she actually goes over to Michael's house, right? And this is what police say they saw when they showed up to the scene.
>> Didn't have a shirt on. His arms were above his head down like this. Um, it appeared to be like some sort of tape and rope around his his wrists. Uh he was wearing red pants and had both of his legs bound together by a clear plastic wrap and he was also wearing some black boots.
>> Could you walk us through sort of your your mindset as you're rendering CPR on the mail laying down?
>> Um obviously I'm trying to get effective CPR, but my thought process is wanting to get that person out of the ring.
She seemed kind of frantic.
You're talking about the defendant.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Yeah. Why Why is it important in your mind to get her out of the room?
>> For me, it's more of just an officer safety standpoint. I'm not sure what the true nature of of what I'm walking into is. So, I'd prefer for me to just be there. Hold on.
So, in towards the end of the video, we see other personnel arrived. Were those uh paramedics?
>> Yes, sir.
>> Did they take over uh with the rendering of of CPR?
>> They did.
>> After that, uh did you stick around on scene?
>> Yes, sir.
>> And were you tasked with uh doing anything else on scene?
>> Um yes. Uh ultimately what I did was remain in the room and um assist with evidence collection. Can you tell us about what sort of evidence you collected there from the bed or if you >> Sure. Um we had like some I believe there are like bundles of what appear to be used tape um yellow rope. There was about seven boxes of um clear plastic wrap rolls of clear plastic wrap. Uh collected three bottles of Gorilla Glue.
Um, I believe we also impounded the black boots and a clear like mediumsized bag with red lipstick on it.
>> You mentioned black boots.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Uh, what black boots?
>> Um, my partner who assisted at the the hospital collected the black boots that were on Mr. Dale's feet.
>> Can you describe the boots that were on Mr. Dale's feet?
>> Yeah, they were like these thick leather kind of shiny black boots.
And do you remember seeing those boots on him when you walked into the room that night?
>> Yes, sir.
>> All right. So, that's what police walked into. Michael was on the floor. His hands were tied above his head. His wrist have tape and rope around him. His legs are wrapped together and clear plastic. And he's wearing black boots that are glued to his feet just like he asked for. All right, it all sounds insane. But that is not all the evidence they had, the messages and the things that they found when they got there because after the police started looking through Michaela's phone. They actually found videos that were recorded during this encounter. All right. Police said that there were several selfie videos where Michaela was seemingly dancing to music while he was in this position. In the videos, he also appeared to have a plastic bag over his head wearing absolute insanity.
>> Well, there were several videos. Um, the videos appeared to have been taken by Michaela in selfie mode.
>> Uh, there were videos of her dancing to some music, topless in the background for the first couple.
Uh you could see Michael Dale.
He was um at that point his hands or his wrists had been bound and he had black duct tape over his hands completely covering his hands. He uh was wrapped in saran wrap. His thighs from his thighs down were wrapped in saran wrap. I remember uh looked like a piece of saran wrap or plastic that was hanging around his shoulders loosely almost like a sash and he had black duct tape around his mouth wrapped around his head.
>> Uh in these videos uh do we see anything actually covering his head or his face?
Well, the first two videos he's got just the duct tape around it. And the subsequent videos I saw, uh, he had several layers over his head.
So, and when you say layers, watching the videos, could you tell what layers or what objects those were? It appeared that he had still had the black duct tape around his mouth.
um a plastic bag over his head and then what I believe was that loose saran wrap was wrapped around his face as well as tied around his neck and then there was some pink duct tape that was wrapped around his mouth all the way around his head. Okay, now like I said this is a dark dark scene. All right, and this is really where things become negligent.
All right, people are entitled to have their fantasies about whatever. All right, I ain't judging nobody. But once somebody is bound in this way, they're literally not in control anymore. They can't just get around, move, stop things from happening or even protect themselves. So, if you're the person that's running the scene, you're the person controlling the fantasy. You have to pay attention to what's going on or something bad can happen. And sadly, that's exactly where this story heads because Michael Dell did not survive this encounter. Apparently, he had this bag on his head for over 8 minutes while she recorded these videos. And so, his official cause of death was asphyxiation. Right here is how they described it.
>> Essentially, there was a lack of oxygen to the brain because of the plastic wrap being around the head leading to the yellow. What a terrible ass way to go out. All right. Now, during her trial, investigators actually played the videos that she recorded for the jury. Now, we didn't get to see it, obviously, but the jury got to see it. And they describe what they seen in the videos. And they say that in some of the videos, he was laying on the floor. He was motionless.
And this is all while she was recording these videos to post on her Only Fans or her socials.
>> Yes. So she put her foot up on top of him while he was laying on the floor and then sat on him. You watching the video moving to clip D. Was this uh time stamp with 9:56 p.m.? Correct.
>> Now to clarify, up to this point, have we seen any sort of uh plastic bag or other covering over Mr. Dale's head? No.
Oh, look at you. I want you back over your head.
It's like you're blown.
So, it's not like it wasn't tight in my hand.
>> Can you describe for us what we see quickers?
>> So, on this video, Mr. Dale is laying on the floor. His hands are still uh bound and covered in black duct tape. Although this time he's got a plastic bag over his head. Um, what looks like that loose plastic wrapped around it as well as around his neck. He has peaked duct tape wrapped around his face wrapped around his head completely holding it all in place. This is a video that uh is being filmed by Michaela pointing downwards at Mr. Dale as he speaks to him. At one point she says, "Uh, maybe I should tighten your neck up." And it looks like she reaches down and kind of hooks her finger underneath the uh plastic around his neck kind of tugs on it. So in this clip, Michaela's filming herself uh sitting on the floor topless m with a vibrator and pans back and forth between herself and Mr. Dale who's laying on the floor at her feet still bound in the same way. Everything's all the same with the wrappings around his face, his hands, and his legs. He lays there motionless for most of the video and then uh makes one movement kind of his body just shifts and looks like it kind of tinks into breath out of breath.
Is he laying that on his back, on his side, on his front? Uh looked like on his side. Can you describe for us what we see here? Uh, same thing. Michaela sitting there topless with the vibrator lip syncing to the music. Uh, the pants down to Mr. Dale laying at the at her feet motionless still wrapped up the same exact way. Uh, looked like she might have been resting her foot on him. You mentioned in the previous clip how there was one moment where Mr. Dale's body kind kind of moves or shifts. Any movement with Mr. jail.
>> No.
>> So, when you hear all of this, it becomes clear she didn't show up to kill this guy. But what she did do was ignore all of the danger. All right? If somebody is laying on the floor emotionless, wrapped up, struggling to breathe. Everything should stop. The performance should stop. The money that you're being paid to continue to do it should stop mattering. For whatever reason, she ignored all of the danger and the signs and just continued with her performance. Now, one of the main witnesses in this trial was actually Michael's roommate who was in the house while all of this was going on. And he was basically the star witness for the prosecution. And he says that he heard Michael begging her to stop, even saying that he would pay her more money if she would stop. Why don't y'all listen to what Michael's roommate said?
>> I could just hear him uh say, "Can we we stop? I'll pay you certain amount more money to stop." And that's when I realized that it wasn't a friend. It was a prostitute or whatever you want to say.
>> So, you hear Mr. Dale say this comment.
Are you in the kitchen at that point?
>> Um, basically in the kitchen.
>> And so after that, is that when you go back to the garage?
>> That's when I went back to the garage and called my sister and was trying to decide what we should do. Called the police over um because like I said, Helen had texted me at that kind of same timeish and was hearing noises and was frightened. Is Helen Where is Helen in the house when this is going on?
>> Um I she was in her room, I do believe.
Um like I said, I I wasn't in the house, so um I'm not too sure, but I'm sure she was probably in her room cuz that would be her sentence place.
>> So you were telling us before about how you leave the garage and you walk toward Mr. Dale's Road. Did you actually uh go in and and see what was going on in the room?
>> Yes. I I went into Michael Dale's room and he was laying on the floor um not breathing and that's when I was like, you know, we need to call 911. Um and like I said, I can't remember which girl. Uh Helen or um what's her name?
>> Michaela. I'm sorry.
Michaela, I don't know which one called 911. Um, but um um once we got them on and they were, you know, given directions for CPR, Michaela started CPR.
>> You mentioned Mr. Dale was on the ground. Can you tell us is he laying on his back, on his side?
>> He was on his back. Now, his testimony and what he said was probably the most damaging evidence in the trial because up till now, everything pretty much seemed like Michael was the one who planned how everything went, right? But when the roommate says he heard Michael begging for it to stop, I mean, that kind of changes the dynamic a little bit. He may have asked for these wild things to happen. He may have paid for these wild things to happen. But if in the middle of it, he decided, you know what, I'm done. and I don't think I want to do this no more, then you should stop. Right? And I believe that that's probably the reason why she ended up being convicted because until this guy testified, it pretty much seemed like the whole plan for Michael was exactly what happened. But there is a little bit more to the story because the defense for Michaela actually brought up the state that Michael was in that night, his physical condition, and they say that he had a very high blood alcohol content. And they also found trazadone in his system. Both of which, especially when combined, can make it hard to breathe. It can cause respiratory issues that mixed with what they were doing.
Obviously, the defense argued is what actually led to Michael's demise.
>> Fair to say that if Mr. Dale had not consumed any alcohol from the time that he went in that he became unresponsive to the time that he went to the hospital that his alcohol level may have been higher at the time that the incident happened.
>> Sure.
>> It might have been higher than.3.
>> Absolutely. And typically for most people 040 is considered to be a near fatal or fatal level of alcohol.
Correct.
>> Yes, that's a correct guideline.
>> Now alcohol is a depressant. Correct.
>> Yes.
>> And that's what suppresses the fact that you're you're breathing. Correct. Is the depressant axim.
>> Yes.
>> He also had traid in his system.
Correct.
>> Yes.
>> He had uh was it.13 nanogs of traid? I think it was 0.17 milligrams per liter.
>> 17 million. Now it's a therapeutic level, correct?
>> I think it's actually sub therapeutic, but yeah, within that reach, >> but it's a depressant as well. Correct.
>> And that can have a reaction with alcohol enhancing alcohol's effects.
Correct.
>> Yes.
>> Um, so the two together could cause a person's respiratory to be uh respiratory to to be suppressed.
Correct.
synergistic by chance.
>> Okay, so this is actually a really good point that her defense lawyer brought up here. When he was found, he had a blood alcohol content of.33.
A fatal blood alcohol content is 0.40.
So just on alcohol alone, he was already at a fatal level of intoxication. He also had trazadone mixed in with that, which intensifies the effects of alcohol. And essentially what the lawyer is arguing is that his respiratory functions could have been affected to the point that he might have died with or without the interaction that he was having with Michaela. And it is a good point, but I mean obviously her wrapping him in Saran Wrap and mummifying him definitely played a part in that as well. So that fact doesn't erase what Michaela did, but it does make proving murder much harder for the prosecution because I mean, you have a man who requested extreme acts. He paid a lot of money for him. He had a very high blood alcohol level, had medication in his system, and then what they were doing on top of that, it does make the case for this being an accidental death that much stronger, which is eventually why the charges were downgraded from murder 2 to involuntary manslaughter. Well, that mixed with her reaction after everything because she did try to administer lifesaving CPR to him when she realized that everything was going wrong. When the police showed up, she didn't try to run from them. She didn't deny any of the facts and that also helped her case substantially in this trial.
>> She was wearing lingerie, correct?
>> Yes, sir.
>> So, you didn't see any weapon on her, correct?
>> It was more just kind of to control the situation. It's easier if she's not there. You don't have to deal with her.
You don't have to have your detention divided. Correct.
>> That's correct.
>> And so, you asked her to step outside. I did.
>> She stepped outside.
>> She platoonly. Yes, sir.
>> And she uh and she stayed outside until um other units arrived. Correct.
>> That's correct, sir.
>> She didn't flee.
>> No, sir.
>> She didn't try and leave. Correct.
>> Yes, sir.
>> And it's your understanding that she did speak with other officers about what happened. Correct.
>> Yes, sir.
>> So, all of that brings us to the conclusion of this trial. And Michaela Rollers now was originally, like I said, charged with seconddegree murder, but she took a plea for involuntary manslaughter. The plea includes a stipulated sentence of four years in custody, but sentencing has not occurred yet. That'll happen on June 8th of this year. Now, she wasn't arrested the night that all of this happened. She actually was not arrested until almost 2 years later in 2025. So, she's only been locked up for about a year right now. If she gets a four-year sentence, she'll, you know, do the 3 years remaining, maybe a little less. But me personally, I think that this conclusion is actually fair cuz I don't think she's innocent in all of it. Once he was tied up, wrapped up, motionless, unable to breathe, everything should have stopped. But I also don't think this was a cleancut murder case either. I think that the charge that they pled her down to is the correct charge. Manslaughter made sense.
But that's the story. That's what I got, man. Y'all got to let me know what y'all think about it in the comments down below.
