As a gener as a generational seed of sharecroers who my family was worked, work work to the bone and promised this this and that. They never got it. [00:01:09]Like, as a black woman, like I've heard the statistics that there's like 600k black women that are like out of work right now. And it's like, man, I'm about to join, okay? Cuz I'm about to just quit my job. Like, my work that I do is such a dead end type of work. there's no real like upward mobility unless I want to go back to school or I get old enough to where they'll actually give a big managerial position because it's like it seems like they don't want to give anybody under the age of 30 any sort of managerial position the way that they have just devalued like millennial workers and young people as workers. I hate my job. I hated my job when I applied for it because I had already worked it previous. But like man at a certain point like I you can only go I'm almost 30. I'm 26. cuz I'm going to be 27 next week. Like, y'all are offering jobs to adults that pay less than $20 an hour. That's why I work the job that I work because I'm just trying to stay afloat. I think everybody would be more satisfied with the work that they're doing if they were being compensated appropriately. And you know, I don't know why y'all be thinking y going to get some for nothing. Look at her. She talking about some I don't know why y'all don't pay us more.

[00:02:19]But but these women don't think that they have to. They honestly don't. All them corporate jobs, all them corporate baddies. Like what do I say? They going to be in front of the steering wheel on TikTok talking. [music] I do believe that there are some girls that are just too pretty to work.

[00:02:34]Sometimes I go in places and I see the [music] prettiest girls and they're working and I'm like, why the are you working? You are so pretty. You need to have a business. You need to do content.

[00:02:46]Like somebody needs to marry you and sit you up. Quit telling these women that they need to do content. The truth is most content creators don't make it.

[00:04:03]And then the manager is like, oh, he's like, we're going to talk about your rate or whatever. Like, this is how fast I'm going. And I'm just like, I'm literally gonna leave the building. I don't want to think about this [ __ ] when I go [laughter] home.

[00:04:24]This [ __ ] job. [laughter] And you know what? These are the daughters of tomorrow. These are the daughters that don't want to listen to their mama or the daddy. These are the daughters that don't listen to nobody.

[00:04:38]Then they they go to work and this is what they going to be doing. Reality going to hit them in their face. It's going to smack them in their face. I don't think this woman had kids. I went down her page. I didn't see the kids.

[00:04:50]This is a It's a grown woman probably did start working and she is mad. You heard you heard what she say? She said they said I'm going too slow. So then So then he told her we going to talk about what you doing. We're going to talk about you know your process. She said I don't want to think about that. Yeah.

[00:05:08]Grown babies quit babying. I guess is this the gentle parenting that people are talking about right here? Like this is absolutely crazy. Like they just told you.

[00:05:20]He's like we're going to talk about your rate or whatever. Like this is how fast I'm going. And I'm just like I'm literally going to leave the building. I don't want to think about this [ __ ] when I go home.

[00:05:50]Every time I come in here, I just want to die. I just started this job and I [ __ ] hate it. I [ __ ] hate it and I don't want to be here and I'm so tired and I'm not making no money. I came in yesterday, right? Walk with me. Came in yesterday. [music] Two. I got cut at 6:00 and only made $50.

[00:06:11]Mind you, I had more than 10 tables and only made $50 because the checks don't even go up more than $40.

[00:06:19]So, if you do your math, 20% it's only like seven [ __ ] dollars.

[00:06:24]And then it's all old people, so they under tip and it's all cash. This man left me $3 yesterday. $2 actual cash.

Then they sent me another fourtop and then immediately after they sat the four top and I'm still I'm trying to cash out my other table. They sent me that fourtop and then immediately send me sent me a btop at the exact same time. And then as soon as I get their drinks, they sent me another two top and another four top.

They don't think they got to be nice to nobody. They don't think they're they only going to be nice to you if they're getting something from it, right?
