In a dinosaur sanctuary ecosystem, maintaining balance requires introducing diverse species with complementary roles, including apex predators to control herbivore populations, specialized habitats like wetlands for specific species, and ensuring proper nesting and breeding conditions for population sustainability.

Sheerin's Sanctuary Chapter 3: A Gigantic DawnAdded:
Ladies and gentlemen, Jason Shearan is ready to cleanse the world of sin.
What's up everyone and welcome to the channel. Enjoy the content.
As the sanctuary was expanding, the dinosaurs were also expanding in order to keep the ecosystem running smoothly.
The Proeratosaurs were continuing to run a muck. And while the Herrerasaurs were doing everything they could to keep them in order, it was clear that they needed help from another small carnivore to keep those menaces in check. This female Herrerasaur was nicknamed Python due to her color pattern.
While the next carnivore was being created, Dr. Shearan shifted his focus away from that part of the sanctuary and moved over to a new part to start the next section, which were the wetlands.
This was a swampy area that was like a whole new ecosystem, and many swamp creatures would eventually reside there.
The new carnivore eventually arrived called Utah Raptor, a Domeosaur that lived in early Cretaceous North America in what is now Utah. At about 6 ft tall, 23 ft long, and weighing in at just over a ton, it was the largest species of Domeosaur on record. Two males and two females were created.
To start with, five herbivores were brought into the wetlands where they would reside. Dr. Shearan also went into the market and bought a few more sitacosaurs to try and keep the population alive for they were being picked off by the Herrerasaurs and Proeratosaurs.
A protoceratops had claimed a nest and was about to become a mother. She had also recently won a fight with another proto for leadership of the herd.
Dr. Shearan then decided to start a program to get the two ankallosaurs to breed in order to welcome new arrivals.
The first wetland species arrived and it was called Hipsa, a small herbivore from early Cretaceous Europe. It was about 4t tall, 6 ft long, and weighed less than 50 lb. Sharan gave the small herbivores enough food and water to survive in their new home, as well as a small nest for free.
At last, the female Ankalloaurus claimed a nest and laid three eggs.
She also formed a lifelong bond with the male. The two were nicknamed Rocky and Adrien after a certain iconic couple from an iconic film. I'll give you a hint, the husband is a professional boxer.
The next herbivore that was released in the wetlands was Parasaurolophus. A hydrosaur from late Cretaceous North America and possibly Asia. Coming in at about 16 ft tall, 36 ft long, and weighing in at 4 tons, these herbivores would need a little more space than the much smaller hips. The parasaurolophus was best known for its backwardleaning crest on top of its head that was mainly used for communicating with others of its species.
>> We are pleased to welcome a Utah raptor to the >> wetland's creation was interrupted once again by the arrival of the four baby Utah raptors.
The next herbivore to be released was another hydrosaur calledosaurus.
This hydrasaur lived in Lake Cretaceous, North America, and measured at about 14 ft tall, 33 feet long, and weighed up to 5 1/2 tons. Corithosaurus was best known for the round crest on its head, which like the parasaurs was probably used for communication.
Meanwhile, three male Herreraur juveniles exited the nest. And as it turns out, Python was their mother.
Unfortunately, Python never got the chance to meet them for she was killed by a Utah raptor over a gallamus carcass.
Back at the wetlands, the hipsodons welcome two new additions to their herd.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are pleased to welcome a hipsophodon to the park.
>> Meanwhile, Rocky and Adrien's eggs hatched and out came three new additions, two females and one male, with the male being dubbed Rocky Jr.
The next herbivore to be released into the wetlands was Dloaticus, a sorapod from late Jurassic North America. It was about 30 ft tall, 90 ft long, and weighed up to 22 tons. While it wasn't nearly as large as the massive Patagot Titans, Diplodicus was still the largest dinosaur in the area. Its whip-like tail alone measured half of its entire body length.
Then larger nests were placed in the area so then the larger herbivores could multiply. The diplos didn't use them right away, but the hydrosaurs immediately got to work building the next generation.
Meanwhile, the male Allosaurus, which was named Steuart, was attacking Adrian and left her with injuries. Luckily, she survived, but it was only a matter of time before Steuart was stripped.
The final herbivore to be placed was actually an omnivore called dinoyrus, a larger cousin of the galaminimus that grew to be 14 ft tall, 36 ft long, and would weigh up to 9 tons. These giants were best known for their bizarre appearance and the hunchback that they have on their back, which to this day scientists have no idea what they were used for. However, they knew that the dinochy had sharp claws which were most likely used to forage underwater vegetation.
Four of them were created and two of them already fought for leadership of the herd. At around the same time, the female diploticus had claimed the large nest and laid two eggs.
Finally, Dr. Shearan decided that it was time to add an apex predator to the ecosystem, and he immediately got to work creating the genome for it.
Meanwhile, the corithosaurs and parasaurs both welcome new additions to their respective herds.
Welcome to the park.
>> Finally, the apex predator arrived and it was called Giggonatosaurus, a large theropod from Lake Cretaceous, South America. At about 17 ft tall, 43 ft long, and weighing in at 7 tons, this carnivore size is known to rival that of the much more popular T-Rex.
Gigonatosaurus is also Dr. Shearan's personal favorite, and two of them were created. He nicknamed the female Vera and the male Jay after some characters he drew when he was younger.
Back at the wetlands, the two Diplocus eggs hatched and out came two new arrivals.
So far, the wetlands were thriving and the species in it were getting on just fine.
Back in the main area, Stuart once again attacked Adrien getting a good bite in some dinosaurs have strayed away from their respective groups and Dr. Sharan provided them with enough food and water to survive.
Another observation area was built in the swamp area so the team could get a good look at the dinosaurs that live there.
Then Dr. Shearan sent a jeep to take pictures of the new residents. Due to the heavy foliage, it was difficult to find any dinosaurs, but it was still possible.
Meanwhile, Vera had claimed a nest and laid two eggs.
The Gigonatosaurus were very content in their new home. Jay even decided to try his luck at hunting a Patago Titan.
It was at this moment the sorapods knew they were no longer safe.
Of course, work was far from over at the wetlands for Dr. Shearan would add some carnivores to it, but that is a story for a different day.
