So, this was the biggest name that the Comr committee has had testify before them when it comes to Epstein. And I know the big names are like Bill and Hillary Clinton, but they didn't provide any real information.

[00:00:41]Especially Hillary, she didn't know anything. That was political to invite them to speak. But this is the kind of name that you need because this is the person who was the gatekeeper for Jeffrey Epstein. This was the woman who scheduled the massages, who set up the tables, who put the lotion down next to the tables, who sometimes paid the girls the money, who encouraged the girls to find other girls to recruit more girls.

[00:01:11]Also, it was a very credible allegation that she took nude pictures of at least one of the underage girls. Now, in her defense, she says that she didn't know that anyone was underage. I don't know if I believe that. I I just don't know if I believe that. Talking about 14-year-old girls, and she had worked for Epstein for more than 10 years, and you didn't know.

[00:01:34]At the same time, she does credibly say that she also was a victim of Epstein.

[00:01:39]She was molested by Epstein, groomed, and she was at the end of her rope really. And this is a job she chose because of desperation and then she had nowhere to go when she was in the midst of it. So there is when you discuss victims of human trafficking there is a line that's not always clear between victim and facilitator. You sometimes see people cross that line.

[00:02:08]Sarah Kellen is an example. But it does not just give her an exoneration for the things that she did. And I wish she would own up to it a little more. But on the same at the same time, it looks like she did give up three names of alleged co-conspirators. That's something we haven't really seen from a lot of people. Certainly not from Gain Maxwell, who still denies that she ever did anything wrong. Hasn't given up any names. I mean, she did that nine-hour interview with Todd Blanch. What did she give? Nothing.

[00:02:40]except to exonerate President Trump.

[00:02:44]Now, she's in a minimum security facility in Texas. But as far as Sarah Kellen, she said that she did not know until it was publicized that she was the very first name in the controversial nonprosecution agreement that gave immunity to Epstein's co-conspirators, both known and unknown. She was the first name. She was named. She said she didn't know, but apparently Epstein and his lawyers knew that she'd be the first one indicted after Epstein, and she was given immunity.

[00:03:16]She has been alleged to have participated in the crimes, not necessarily in the sexual acts, but the crimes itself. If you facilitate this, you could be charged yourself. But she was never charged. And I think the reason why she was never charged was because I think prosecutors thought that she was part facilitator, part victim herself.

[00:03:37]And I think they felt that they wanted to have a clear line here for the people who should be charged. But yet the only people charged with Epstein crimes or Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. You had John Lu Bernell who was put in a jail cell in France and then died of suicide over there. But in this country, that's all you've seen. Now, when it comes to Sarah Kellen, it's important that she tells everything she knows. Now, because unlike Glain Maxwell, who continues to say nothing and say she's never seen anyone act inappropriately, especially Jeffrey Epstein. I mean, the woman's a professional liar.

[00:04:21]and Sarah Kellen though seems like she is producing names and that's when comr came out and said that this was the most substantive and productive interview they've had. I mean that that's meaningful. Then the question is okay when are the transcripts going to be released because this was done behind closed doors and when the transcripts are released are the names of the alleged co-conspirators going to be released with them? You would hope so because the Epstein files transparency act said that you release the names of everyone unless you're a victim and being uh a politician or uh because of embarrassment is not a excuse not to release the names. So there's no immunity here. There's no required redaction for people based on embarrassment.

[00:05:16]So comr if there's a credible allegation against someone if they should release the name. Now if you're wondering why the victims haven't released the names is because if they release the names they could get hit with a defamation lawsuit. Whether those lawsuits are legitimate or not and I think they're scared of it because it can cost them a lot of money and some of the people they're pointing at could be very rich and powerful.

[00:05:44]At the same time, if you're a member of Congress and you release names, well, then you are shielded by the speech or debate clause of the Constitution. So, you have extra protections.

[00:05:55]But, you got to make sure it's right because even though you may be protected from a defamation lawsuit, you still don't want to release names and harm someone's reputation if there's no credible evidence, there's no corroboration that that person did something wrong. You got to be really careful. Um, but you're hoping and the public is hoping that we get more names released, transparency, because after all, that's what the Epstein files transparency act was all about.
