Jack Bibbley served as a regimental sergeant major within the notorious Panther unit, a defunct commando group belonging to the Ghana Police Service. This man became widely feared throughout the city of Acra because he frequently subjected innocent members of the public to inhumane and cruel treatment. victims often suffered extreme trauma due to his dark prowess and the cruel methods he utilized while exercising his significant and oppressive institutional authority. At the height of his influence, Bibbi organized armed groups to block the roads stretching from Kimbu school to the fire service traffic light. During these illegal operations, his heavily armed team systematically fleeced commuters of their personal belongings while maintaining a very intimidating and dangerous presence. Few citizens ever dared to challenge his absolute authority or bypass his blockades because the officers were always equipped with lethal and automatic weaponry.
