[00:00:00]It's been about 3 weeks since I had my Mohs surgery to remove my basal cell carcinoma from the tip of my nose. It went really well. They were able to get it all after two passes, and it is about a dime to nickel sized amount. If you are squeamish about blood, just go ahead and scroll cuz I'm going to show you what it looks like.

[00:00:23]That's what we're looking like. It has been pretty easy as far as care. I just put Aquaphor on it four times a day and keep this little gauze on top to keep it moist so it doesn't scab over. We were able to go with option one with the plastic surgeon where they've picked at it the last couple of weeks. And now we're almost ready to do the skin graft.

[00:00:44]She looked at it yesterday and said it was looking really good. We're going to take skin from here and place it on top.

[00:00:49]We're going to be able to schedule that next week. When I first got diagnosed, it really helped me seeing other people's videos and helped me not be scared, so I hope this helps you.
