I Created the UK’s Answer to Biscuits and Gravy
Added:Okay guys, time to do some prep.
Just finished the breakfast service.
I'm going to do I said it so many times, I'll say it again.
I'm going to do um biscuits and gravy except for it's going to be sausage gravy and Yorkshire pudding instead of the biscuit.
And I'm going to bake all these sausages separately, make a white sauce and then do it that way to speed up things.
And then I'm going to top it most likely with bacon and fried egg and most likely some potatoes.
The first few have new potatoes.
They're going to remove the skin from the sausages.
I'm using Cumberland sausages.
These are absolutely tasty.
I really like them.
It's going to be perfect for this purpose.
I think I'll just bake them off and then I'll uh I'm going to break them into smaller pieces.
But I'm not going to do it uh in the saucepan.
I'll cook them separately. It's going to be faster for me.
And then combine everything.
Okay, I'm going to bake these off.
Then I'm going to break them later.
Quickly do the base for the gravy.

So, that's going to be my sausage gravy.
And then I'll do some bacon, fried egg, a bit of um nice potatoes.
Amazing.
So, that is going to be absolutely amazing.
Maybe a bit of mustard would be nice in this one.
Yeah, touch of mustard Mhm.
Would be amazing.
Nice pepper.
Nice peppering.
I love the nutmeg in it.
And a bit more of the Worcestershire sauce.
Very tasty.

So, this is going to be the base for the biscuit. and gravy.
The gravy is beautiful.
Yeah, I could see how that would work for a breakfast as well.
I can see how that would be very popular.
Most people know it.
Most people know what it is.
And basically whenever I try to do something that's where the people are not very familiar with it, I always change at least one thing.
So, instead of the biscuits, I do the Yorkshire pudding. It's going to be much easier to sell because people like Yorkshire pudding.
If I call it uh biscuit and gravy, I doubt I would sell many of them.
