We're playing on dead rubber on dead rubber, rubber that was no longer going to be It was It gone to meet its makers. It shuffled off this mortal coil. That was dead rubber that we were playing that game on on Saturday. And how appropriate. How appropriate when Danny Wilson first got against Falkirk at Ibrox, it was nil-nil.

[00:00:49]Nil-nil at Ibrox as he tried to just find something, some way of making this team they'd inherited from Russell Martin less beatable, never mind winning. And the next time he played Falkirk, it was on that rubber. It was on that plastic pitch. And we're two nothing down to them. And then we scalped them 6-3 in the end up. And it was beautiful.

[00:01:11]And this was before we had we had a weekend off before we'd go into the split. We're a point off the top we were.

[00:01:18]Maybe not the favorites to win the title, but we fancied ourselves. The entire Rangers support was up for it. We thought this is great. Look at the way we were scoring the goals.

[00:01:27]And that's that was the last game we won. It was the last time we've been at Falkirk. The next game we win is the next time we're at Falkirk. And we've lost the four games in between. The title challenge is dead. Most Falkirk and Celtic fans will tell you my club died, but this dead. And it was indeed a zombie version of that previous game at Falkirk where every goal we scored was making us think, "Yeah, beauty. Oh, this is amazing. The attacking football, we can do this. We're going to win this title.

[00:01:52]We're holding in this title win into the split." A point off the top. We've ended the split. Just five games later, 10 points off the top. And to go out there and score a couple of goals in the first 7 minutes is almost an insult to the memory that we'd had the last time at Falkirk.

[00:02:09]It was this horrible impersonation. This empty facsimile taunting us of what we did the last time at Falkirk. We won this game 5-2. Won by three goals again again at Falkirk, but it was dead rubber. They see the challenge was dead and it was so um It was new It's Zulte Waregem. Michael Beale. It's Zulte Waregem. I've said that before. Zulte Waregem is one of the team names that makes you think you can speak Flemish. They make you think you can speak They're like on Borussia Mönchengladbach.
