[00:00:10]Hey guys, it's Heather from Cal Planner and in today's video we are going to be setting up an example of the project planner pages that come in our work planner. So in our sticker book there are actually some pages that are set up for the project planner.

[00:00:27]So you just need to find it says project planner boxes.

[00:00:31]Um and I'm just trying to make sure that this is the first page.

[00:00:35]Yes, okay.

[00:00:36]So let's talk about how you might set this up. So here you have the start date for the project and the end date, project title, project objectives and then if you're working with other people.

[00:00:46]Some of these stickers are just here to really make it more colorful. So like putting these this here literally is just adding a pop of color.

[00:00:55]Um this sticker here covers up this box. So if you don't need to track resources and ideas um then you could take one of these and lay this down and it's going to cover that box.

[00:01:17]Like this. Sorry you guys can hear Z crying. He's upset about something up there.

[00:01:22]Um and then this sticker here is sized to fit in this action plan box. So if you wanted to or the key milestones. So if you wanted to rename either one of those, that's what this is for. I actually want to leave them named that way, but if you were using this and kind of trying to edit it to fit yourself then that is something you could do there.

[00:01:47]Um and then this checklist sticker if you had not covered this up, so I'm going to show you on the next page. This you could lay down. Oh, you could lay it well.

[00:02:08]I think this is actually meant for the meeting page.

[00:02:17]Well, it's on the page for project planner.

[00:02:21]Oh, oh, oh, I know what it's for. It's for if you if you put it down like this and you're using it for something else.

[00:02:26]Sorry, I had to remember. It's been a while since I designed these. It's actually for you to put in in this box um as a checklist if you cover it up.

[00:02:36]That's what it's for. Sorry, it took me a minute to remember.

[00:02:39]Um and then these are here if you want to re-title any of these boxes up here. So, maybe you don't have a project partner, so you're going to use this for something else. So, you could use this to cover that up and then use it for something else. And then these little checklist boxes, they fit perfectly right here in the action steps. So, as you complete I'm sorry, in a key milestone. So, as you complete your milestones, you could just use a highlighter and check it off, but if you wanted to use a sticker, that's what those are for.

[00:03:10]Um and then you could also put them over here in the completed section once you've completed your action plan.

[00:03:18]And then [snorts] of course, you could also use some of the florals to decorate if you wanted to. So, maybe like this one, I could take it and cut off the bottom and then take this one and I could like run it along the side just to make it a little decorative. Um and then if I wanted to add like a bouquet over here, then I could do that as well.

[00:03:52]And now, it is a cute little project planner page. And that is how I would use the stickers to set up and decorate, if you wanted to decorate.
