LEGO Thief's LEAKED Bodycam Footage Just Got Crazier

[00:00:00]I just woke up, made my breakfast, and every hour there are body cam footages from the bricks and mini figs getting leaked brick by brick. Every hour a video is dropping. And with the more videos that comes, Johnny from Teemo over here, Josh the corporate guy keeps oning more and more. So the last video we talked about was a body cam footage from 10th of March. Now we have access to the 9th and then 11th and then on the 10th as well. We have more information about how it led up to it. The more lies that Josh told the police department.

And we're on your side on this one. if this happened in some universe in some reality because Josh over here as we discussed in the last video and we witnessed in the last video Josh has shed on the old saying that goes having no hair is a sign of wisdom. Well, no longer because thanks to Josh that both guys had a very tough life, very stressful life. That's why they lost their hair. Not Josh though. Josh is a special case because the reason why he lost all of his hair is because all his life he's never been truthful. He's been holding off to the truth from coming out. That's why all the stress made his hair fall down. It looks like soon I'm going to be wise too. Maybe in 2, three years. Turkey, here I come.

[00:04:01]So, I went down to the store, brought a copy of the contract. We're like, "You need to let me in back and let me see the sets that you still have. All you have to do is let me in back. We can go that route or we can go to court." And the guy just looks at me, crosses his arms, and goes, "Let me tell you what's going to happen. If we go to court, we're going to drag this thing out so long and you're going to end up spending so much more money than your collection is ever worth or what you ever would have gotten out it ain't worth it, man.

[00:04:32]So, if that's the route you want to go, and I go, that's really the route you want to go rather than just letting me walk in there. And he goes, nope.

[00:04:40]>> They know they don't have a case. So, he's hired this YouTuber, his name is Ben Schneider. He's reckless Ben to harass us, to stalk us, vandalize the store. They sent people in saying they're going to murder our manager.

[00:04:52]They've forged signatures saying, "Hey, Amanda, you signed this contract. You got to start writing this check." So, they know they don't have a case. So, they have said that they are not going to go civily against us because they can't. They're just going to go and put it in the eyes of the public. And part of that is getting YouTube stuff for his YouTube channel. And so, they come and harass us. They went to corporate yesterday. Just tell them to go away.

[00:05:13]I'm not going to engage with them. Hey, these guys are taking pictures of my house. Hey, he's opening my door. Hey, I'm done with these guys.

[00:05:43]>> Um, there is no hearing date set and there hasn't been a hearing in the case yet. Um, all I see is the claim that was filed. I don't see proof of service or anything. Um, hearing wouldn't be set until a response is filed by defendant.

And then of course it got thrown out of court. So now he goes on YouTube. Oh, see look, we got this lawsuit on YouTube. You know what I mean? It's all for YouTube. Also, Josh would kill it in a dodgeball game. The way he is trying to dodge all the the process server serving him is crazy. Oh, every paper they served to the store and everyone else was fake. This one is fake, too. Trust me, bro. Tr I can pinky promise you if you don't really believe me. You don't want to pinky it. Anyways, fast forward to all the [ __ ] that he said that we discussed in the last video. This is what happened next. right before that chick shows up. It it it's so she likely just went across the street at the same time at 3007 and put that there.

Ben was just trying to serve on papers. How is that illegal? He didn't even come to the door, but he's being accused of stalking, of uh taking pictures inside the house, trying to, you know, trying to don to enter the house. Like, what? [laughter] With the way this guy is telling his story. Yes, Ben was here and then there was a unicorn on the other side. Then a genie just came out of nowhere. Like, it was crazy, guys.

And I'm I'm you know I appreciate you guys you know like coming out and obviously like so obviously Josh is one of my employees but he's also a friend and like his family is being put through the ringer with these guys. Uh it's not fair to them. Their their mental health and their physical health is being affected by these guys. Like letting them go cannot be an option here guys. Like there's got to be something for for cyberstalking bullying like like all all of the different things. It's like there's got to be something to to to arrest them and and send a message that this is not appropriate. This is not okay.

Although literally two days after he said that, they came up with the lawsuit for defamation for trying to bring their name down. Like these guys are all over the place. One thing we know for sure, they're done. Break some mini figs. Most probably the franchises are going to sue the corporate for ruining the whole thing. And then, you know, corporate has to pay off a lot of money to the franchises for starting this whole thing in the first place. Long story short, RIP shock. No more bricks and fix.

[00:12:46]Josh immediately called the police. They had a conversation. The guy said, "Oh, have you been drinking to a church member?" He said, "No." Long story short, he said that it's all Ben's fault. Ben is the guy behind all of this. He's trying to make content out of us as usual. Everything he says is a lie. Influencers, right, guys? These influencers are out of control nowadays.

[00:13:10]Uh yeah. Anyways, they said you need to check the Ben's guy. And now the police department decided to pull Ben over, which the chief said it was over a illegal stop sign, which there was nothing illegal about it as the car stopped at the stop sign. Simple as that. The police department decided to take them both out. This is the day before he got arrested. and do a full-on drug search.

[00:14:01]And shocker alert, they found nothing after they did the illegal stop and the illegal search inside the car. They just wasted both times. And the next day, they charged them with stalking where all he wanted to do was give them serve them their papers. Right. Um I had to search this one up. Again, I'm not a lawyer. I am speaking out on my ass in this one. I asked if corporate takes over franchise store or all the contracts between the franchise owner expires with the customers in the state of Utah. It said customer contracts generally do not automatically expire or become void when a corporate, you know, takes over the franchise in Utah. In merges, acquisitions, or corporate takeovers, the existing contracts are usually transferred or assigned to the new corporate parent, meaning the corporate remains obligated to honor them. Especially this one that says consumer protection laws in the state of Utah service contracts must continue to be honored by acquiring company under the uh Utah division of consumer protection guidelines unless specific cancellation provisions were outlined in the original agreement. Long story short, the last franchise owner pieced out corporate took over. The stuff were there. The contracts were still there with the store, right? and all the evidence was there as well. And now Josh is trying to now give the Lego sets back. Why do I think most probably he has to honor the again I'm not a lawyer but most probably he has to honor the contract because they are trying to take every resources they're trying to choke Ben out especially with the Patreon.

[00:15:39]They decided to take they serve court documents to Patreon that you need to take his Patreon down because this guy doesn't deserve to be supported because he's coming and putting signs out of my house. He is bringing process servers outside my house. My kids are scared of paper. So am I. Have you not heard of paper cuts? Uh yeah, long story short, very very shady stuff. Looking forward to see what happens next. I don't know if there's going to be any more footages released, but we'll have to wait and see what Ben has to say from his side as he wanted these footages to be released so we can all know the truth and we all know the truth.
