A federal judge has scheduled a May 21st hearing for the lawsuit challenging the Trump administration's decision to apply a tacky blue paint color to the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool.

[00:00:24]The Cultural Landscape Foundation, a national nonprofit education and advocacy group, on Monday sued the administration for painting the basin of the reflecting pool blue without first going through the required review process. In addition to violating laws, the administration's decision to change the traditional gray at the historic site to a bright blue color is more appropriate to a resort or theme park, said Charles Bernbal, the group's president and CEO.
