[00:04:05]>> You wake up early, spend hours exhausting your body, doing all this stuff trying to find some sense of purpose and control all because you're too afraid to sit with yourself, to sit with your thoughts, to sit with your pain.

[00:04:26]Everything that you've been doing because you've convinced yourself that you'll get back on the court sooner if you do.

[00:04:31]In reality, you're just killing yourself and losing yourself in the process.

[00:04:42]>> Have you ever thought to yourself that maybe this life isn't about you or about the things you do, or how you strive, but who you are and allow yourself to be through the one who made you?

[00:05:09]Can't that be enough?

[00:05:15]>> What if it doesn't feel like enough?

[00:05:26]That's the pursuit actually worth chasing after.
