Court approves ADOR’s request to freeze assets of Danielle’s mother and Min Hee-jin

[00:00:00]A soul court approved the door's request in February to provisionally seize real estate owned by former CEO Minigen and the mother of former Nines's member Danielle. According to legal sources, provisional seizure is a legal measure that prevents a DTOR from disposing of or hiding assets before a compulsory execution can be carried out. A door filed the request on January 23rd. The total claim amounts to 7 billion1 or about $4.73 million with 5 billion1 attributed to men and 2 billion1 to Danielle's mother. This latest move follows a 43 billion1 damages lawsuit filed by ADORE on December 29th of last year against Danielle, her mother, and men. Adore, a sublel under hive, has been engaged in an ongoing dispute over exclusive contracts with Eugene's members. The company asserts that former CEO Min and Danielle's side bear significant responsibility for the group's departure and delayed return and it intends to hold them legally accountable. Meanwhile, Adore's legal team submitted a notice of resignation to the court on Sunday, roughly 3 weeks before the first hearing scheduled for May 15th. Adore is reportedly seeking new legal representation.
