[00:01:01]So, as I mentioned, the finishes on this home are fantastic. Starting with these stone pavers and the exterior of this home. As you'll see behind me, the home does feature a threecar garage. There's luxurious light fixtures all throughout.

[00:01:16]You see that stone facade. It's a very grand entrance here to the home. The front patio area is majestic with these massive stone pillars. You got high crescent windows right there in the middle.

We're going to have beautiful plank flooring throughout the property as well along with some updated tile floors. And then on the left side of the home here, we're going to have this in-law suite.

[00:02:53]And it's going to have a full bathroom attached as well.

[00:02:58]You got the walk-in shower, so that may be well for maybe an older relative.

Here you got this lovely backlit backsplash and the built-in stove top. So really luxury finishes. This just isn't stuff you see from even the higherend builders. This is stuff that's pretty rare in any home. Stone countertops, these huge double side waterfall countertop here as well. Microwave built into the side. And then you're also going to have double ovens on top of that oversized stove top we have there.

[00:05:01]So before we get into that primary suite, let's take a look here at some of these secondary bedrooms.

[00:05:10]Your second and third bedrooms here very sizable and the high ceilings add I mean these are probably 16 ft ceilings. They definitely make the space feel even bigger, but just the square footage in these bedrooms. Plenty of room to add a king bed even though these are secondary bedrooms. Got plenty of closet space in here as well.

Fun to add some additional show pieces in there that you can add as well. And definitely don't want to forget about this beautiful white cabinetry up top here. I just love the mix of the kind of modern feel, but then also some of the cozier feeling of this brown tone, chestnut tone cabinetry on the right.
