Now for our top story this morning, a man was charged with indecent exposure incidents at Cherokee Park this weekend.
After asking for tips from the public, Metro Police arrested this man, 59-year-old Gregory Mack. Multiple witnesses named on Mack's arrest citation say they saw him with his underwear around his ankles in the park.
Metro Police shared this picture days before Mack's arrest. Police saying Mack would try and draw people's attention even from some children while committing lewd acts. During his arraignment Saturday, Mack pleaded not guilty to the charges. His bond is set at $2,500 and when we checked this morning, he did not appear on the current inmate roster at Louisville Metro Corrections.
