[00:00:10]>> I have been told again and again and asked again and again in different interviews, you know, "Wow, that ability to run 100 miles, man, you must be able to like just dial that in and work and relationship and other things [music] and just just expand that in other parts of your life." Absolutely not. Running running is the only [music] thing uh so far I've come across in my life that that is so empty of other responsibilities and other distractions and other things. I sit at my desk, I try to work or something like that. I'm really really distracted. I have a hard time with that.

[00:00:43]Myself, I'm I'm diagnosed ADHD um and borderline personality disorder my things I work with [music] and um ultra running for me at least is one of those sort of cornerstone pieces that that that I am able to really focus [music] dial in on and just take one step after the other.
