[00:00:09]Yeah, Stephanie and Keith, you mentioned the nation watching this race. President Donald Trump also watching this race closely after giving his endorsement to Attorney General Ken Paxton. Of course, he has branded himself as a fighter for Texas, most aligned with the MAGA movement. And tonight will really be the finale for what's been a bitter Republican primary season across Texas with a lot of personal attacks between Paxton and the incumbent John Cornyn, who Paxton says hasn't done anything good for Texas during his time in office while promising to defend Texas values in DC. As Attorney General here, he has really been become known across the country for going after Democratic administrations and challenging, pushing for conservative values on issues like abortion, immigration, and election integrity, just to name a few. But from indictments to impeachment to investigations, Paxton Paxton's critics, rather, will quickly point to years of political baggage. While he has survived those political scandals, some worry that it'll energize Democrats if he advances to November. So, going into tonight, we saw the latest poll from the UH Hobby School, which actually showed Paxton with about three points ahead of Cornyn. So, in addition to this being a test of who could turn out their voters today, it really will be a test of the power of the president's endorsement and help us paint a picture for where Republican voters in Texas stand right now in the Trump era.
