Never Thought Lego Would Make These

[00:00:05]What is going on Lego investors? So today we're going to go over a set that I am shocked came out. I I did not ever expect them to make these types of sets.

[00:00:13]If you were to ask me if this set was going to be made, I would have said no way. So the big question is, do you think there's money to be made with this? Or do you think it's going to be a bust? In similar type sets, you know we we kind of always know what the banger is going to be. But honestly, I have no idea with this one. So that's why I'm making this video to hear your thoughts and opinions. That's the whole point of this channel. So comment down below.

[00:00:51]They come out September 1st, 2026. And I, you know, in every series we always know which one's going to be the banger.

[00:00:59]We we have a general idea. Usually it's like knights, something like that. But this one, I don't know. I mean, is it It could be Pinocchio. I Puss in Boots, I love the movie. It's phenomenal. I love Puss in Boots. I love Gingy and Pinocchio. Pinocchio is hilarious. But I will say out of all these, I think Shrek and Fiona look absolutely terrible. I will say that flat out. I love that they have the blind rats or whatever animals those are. I don't I don't I don't know who could be the banger. Kind of thinking Pinocchio, maybe Gingy, at the dragon there's a good chance with the dragon.

[00:01:36]Maybe the wizard. I don't know. Who Who's that official wizard? Let's see.

[00:01:39]Oh, is that Merlin? Yeah. So I I don't know. This one is extremely tough.

[00:01:44]There's a chance that there might not be a banger. You know, which mini figure is going to pull at least 15 to $20 and then hopefully in retirement go up. So let's see what we got here. Oh, dang it.

[00:01:54]Brick Economy doesn't have these broken apart. Okay, that's suck thing. All right, let's let's see what who we got here. We can figure it out. We got Shrek, Fiona, Donkey, Pinocchio, Gingy, Dragon, Puss in Boots, Thelonious, Big Bad Wolf, Merlin, Lord Lord Farquaad Lord Farquaad might be the winner. Fairy Godmother or Prince Charming? Okay, I don't know I don't know. Far- Farquaad doesn't look unique enough with the head, so I don't think that's going to be it. I think the Dragon I think that might might be the winner here. Yeah, they just did a terrible job with Shrek Fiona. I'm I'm sorry that was that is brutal. Kind of disappointed in Donkey, too. Yeah, I I absolutely need to hear your thoughts and opinions. Which one do you think's going to be the banger? So, we've got a few Shrek sets out already.

[00:02:42]We've got the Shrek, Donkey, and Gingy BrickHeadz, which I don't think are the best BrickHeadz. I think these they're generally not that good. But, then we also got Shrek, Donkey, and Puss in Boots at number 72423.

[00:02:55]Which this one kind of looks like Shrek.

[00:02:56]They did a pretty decent job with it.

[00:02:58]Donkey looks a little weird, but that's okay. So, let's take a look at some previous series sets to kind of gauge what we're working with. You can kind of see the what which the winner is in each set. So, we got the animal series 28. We got the parrot costume girl for $9.99.

[00:03:15]These are all retail for five bucks. The lion costume 1244, bunny 596, dolphin costume girl 589, crocodile costume girl $11.82.

[00:03:26]These were actually doing pretty well. I I dodged these because I just don't like the costume series. They always kind of do pretty decent when they're the one-offs. I kind of just had bad vi- vibes with it when they were all together, but I mean frog guy, he's pulling $11.99. That's awesome. Monkey guy 712, goldfish costume girl 595, fluffy cat 978, peacock costume girl 562. So, overall, they're not that bad.

[00:03:52]Not my favorite, but if all these hit $10 one day, that's that's going to be a phenomenal investment. All right, next up. This is probably close to one of my favorites. It's probably Across the Spider-Verse and then or it's tied with the Dungeons & Dragons. Let's see how the Spider-Verse doing. This This is probably going to get some popularity with the new Spider-Man movie coming out. We got Werewolf Spider-Man pulling in 891, Web Slinger Oh'Hara Patrick O'Hara 905. Let's see, Spider-Man and Mayday Parker 557, Spider-Byte 1085, Sun Spider 768, Cyborg Spider $6. Ooh, these are doing pretty bad. Spider-Man India 89 $8.90, Spider-Man 2099 541. Wow. Gwen Spider-Gwen 693, Prowler 811, Spider-Punk 899, Spider-Man 802. Okay, that's really disappointing. You're telling me the costumes minifigures are doing way better than the Spider-Man?

[00:04:49]This is just outrageous. All right, next up, the F1 series. So, I definitely avoided these. These seem to be a huge bust. I mean, they're all the same.

[00:04:58]Like, they're just different colors. I think I think really really bad set.

[00:05:02]But, hopefully they're doing well if you if you invest in this. So, let's see. We got F1 car five bucks, F1 Academy 411, Haas 973. That's actually pretty decent.

[00:05:11]Sauber 426, V Carb 667, Williams 1032.

[00:05:16]Wow, okay. Alpine 543, Aston Martin $11.88, McLaren 13 bucks, Ferrari $6, Mercedes AMG 956, Red Bull pulling in 1308. Okay, that that is the winner. Yeah, I mean, it's just not my jam. These These sat in my Walmart forever and nobody bought them. And nobody's really buying the F1 Speed Champions right now, so should just take that into effect, too. Or factor that in. All right, lastly, let's take a look at series 27. So, we got the steampunk inventor 805, the crazy cat lover 940, pirate quartermaster 902, pretty decent, Cupid 947, boogie man 773, long boarder 1106, pterodactyl 666, plush toy collector 911, astronomer kid 817, jetpack racer 798, wolf pack beast master $14.15. This was the winner, I'm telling you. There's always and I think this is why these why LEGO does this.

[00:06:15]They always throw in this type of minifigure where it's a knight, like kind of like the new Ninjago guy.

[00:06:20]They're hoping that everyone buys all the rest to get this one. But, this one's doing amazing, $14.15. I think eventually this will hit $25 one day. I think it's a solid set with the wolf, absolutely awesome. We got has hamster costume fan, six bucks. So, yeah, there's always a clear gauge, generally idea we can get a vibe of which one's going to do well. This one I I really have no idea. I mean, everyone loves Puss in Boots. He's got his own movie, so there's a good chance that that could happen. The dragon is a dragon, so that one has a potential to do that. Everyone loves Genji, Genji is phenomenal.

[00:06:54]Pinocchio's pretty funny. Merlin, I don't know. I don't think Merlin's going to pull it. Lord Farquaad doesn't He's He doesn't have the brick head like he should have. All right, next up, the F1 series, we've got F1 Academy, $3.99, the AMG, seven bucks, the Ferrari, yeah, the Ferrari is the winner. Everyone knew that. Any Ferrari set's going to do well, $14.99. The Red Bull, five bucks, the Mercedes AMG, $7.19, AMG, $6.99, Alpine, $3.99, Aston Martin, $3.59, Mercedes AMG, 10 bucks, Williams, $8.99, Haas, $4.99, Sauber, $3.29, Haas, $5.99, Sauber, two bucks.

I think they they knocked it out of the park with this one. All right, lastly, let's take a look at the Spider-Verse. Spider-Gwen, $7.10, werewolf, 10 bucks, Spider-Punk, $15.00, werewolf, $8.50, four bucks there, pre-owned. Oh, this is not It's got a nice case, 100 bucks there.

[00:09:31]Spider-India, $7.39, prowler, $7.10, Miguel O'Hara, $11.99. See, when I initially made my videos, O'Hara was was the winner. Seems like he's not doing that well now. Let's see, Prowler, 1199, India, 279, Spider-Byte, 10 bucks, Werewolf, 624. Getting a lot of Werewolves here. Cyborg Spider-Man, 895, Gwen Stacy, 599. Yeah, give it time. I think I think with time these will do well. I think the movie the new movie coming out is going to be a huge success. It's just going to continue continue to grow. So, back to this, our set, the Shrek series. I'm I'm probably going to say the Dragon, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, or Ginji. Yeah, that's my guess right now. I'd love to hear your guesses.
