Independent Autopsy Proved Nolan Wells Was Hanged!!

This is a picture from Nolan Wells's second autopsy and uh unfortunately Ben Crimp was reading the autopsy and was not really able to pronounce occipital. But what you're looking at right there on the right hand side at the back of Nolan's wells is deep tissue scarring and red discoloration in the soft tissue area of the back of his head. In the soft tissue area in the back of his head, there was pooling of blood. And why do you ask is this information significant? Because remember the autopsy said the cause of death was undetermined and it was because of really a lot of factors but it was two factors that kept our brother Dr. Mitchell from really determining what happened. It was because Nolan's throat was missing and also his lungs was missing. Shout out to my girl Nancy Grace because she harped on the fact that how did this deep red discoloration get in the back of Nolan's head. And here's what the analyst that she had on tried to say >> among so many things. Dr. Kindle Crowns.

[00:01:38]What does he mean about the red discoloration in the deep soft tissues overlaying the occipital bones? What is that? Translate.

[00:01:56]>> So what that is is the occipital bone is the bone in the this is your skull. It's the bone in the back of your head. The directly back side of your head. So when he's describing these hemorrhages in the deep soft tissues, it means deep in the musculature that holds your head in place, there is a red discoloration.

[00:02:17]What could this be? It could be settling of the blood from decomposition or from levidity, cooling of the blood. The body has been kind of put on its back and transported to Washington DC.

He said that part was right there at the base of your head at the place where your your neck holds everything in place, the back of the head. And he says, "Well, it could be settling of the blood. It could be from validity or it could be for for his trauma." Now, shout out to my girl K from Texas and my brother from Denver, Colorado, which calls me and started thinking and they said, "No, it also could be from hanging."

[00:03:11]Because where is the rope when they hang our brothers and sisters? It's tied around the base of their head, the occipital bone, and their front throat.

[00:03:24]Now, why is this significant? Why does this prove that he was more than likely hung? Why? Because they're trying to they well, they can't really explain away that because she pressed them and pressed him and he couldn't really explain away that.

[00:03:40]>> I find it very difficult to believe Dr. Kindle crowns that not one but two medical examiners cannot figure out why he had deep red subcutaneous markings.

[00:04:17]Why? Because it was deep. You know, those rope those ropes cut deep into the skull. Secondly, the reason why I believe that he was hung was because his throat was missing.

[00:05:06]>> Now, you heard what he said. very significant for Dr. Mitchell is that the inner neck structure was not received with the body. Why wouldn't they put the inner neck structure with the body? What's so what what is so what is so investigatively necessary that they could not figure that out within the time that they had Nolan's body for about a week or so. And evidently my girl Nancy Grace was thinking the same way. Listen at how she approached once again that same doctor about why the neck structure was not with the body.

[00:05:56]Dr. Kendall Crowns. Wouldn't it be important for the second medical examiner, second doctor to be able to look at the anterior neck structure?

[00:06:12]They're absent and not received from the body, not received with the body.

[00:06:19]That's correct. So it would be important and that's often the problem with second autopsy is structures are kept by the initial medical examiner for further testing or further evaluation. So the second autopsy is often limited by this.

[00:06:34]So the problem is is the neck structures we're talking about hyoid bone thyroid cartilage laryngal structures are the structures that are often involved with strangulation. They can be taken by a medical examiner, dissected, evaluated for fractures or injuries or something of that nature, but then they're kept and they are also then further evaluated by a forensic anthropologist who will look for micro fractures and things like that to see if there's any trauma whatsoever. And that's probably what's occurring in this case is they're doing their due diligence and looking at all those neck structures to rule out the possibility of a strangulation. and they haven't done it yet. And that's why they're still pending and that's why the second examination can't give you more facts because they don't have those structures to look at. Hopefully, there will be sharing between the two medical examiners so they can both come to the same conclusion at some point. But right now, those structures are being evaluated by someone else and not available for the second autopsy.

[00:07:41]If I see deep redening of the tissue in the back of the neck, I'm going to quit calling it the oipital. The back of the neck at the lower part of the head.

[00:08:18]It's kind of floating there. And often in liature manual any type of strangulation or stopping your airflow.

[00:08:28]You'll see that very delicate bone fractured.

[00:08:31]It's gone. Where is it? Everybody's got one. So where is it? Also, Crump stated that the portion of the neck, the interior portion [clears throat] of the neck that would correspond with the hemorrhaging in the back is missing.

[00:08:53]There are two ways to look at this.

[00:08:56]One is that it's missing because it's been hidden. It's being withheld from the second doctor. Why? The other way to look at it is what you suggested Kendall Crows and that is that I've seen this done the way that medical examiners and uh medical related anthrop forensic anthropologists do it. They get a tiny cut tiny cut of that tissue. They put that under a microscope and they look to see if cells have bruising. It's very painstaking.

[00:09:34]>> See, it's like she knows. She's like, "Okay, well, if I see something back here and it's pooling and then you don't have this, I [clears throat] definitely will suspect, okay, what's going on with this, right? The whole noose, which again, goes through the back of the head right up in this area. And they even admitted, you know, this this one they check for strangulation." So if it wasn't strangulation or whatever, then why you have to check so much? Did you see fractures? Did you see like see that they're they're playing with your face when they say, "Well, yeah, we just got to keep it for further investigation.

[00:10:17]What's further to investigate? Either it is fractured or it's not. Either it has scarring or it's not." And they basically, you know, pretty much said the same thing. Well, it's assoc associated with cutting the air off. And what happens when you cut the air off?

[00:10:34]When you cut the blood circulation from going down into your body, where does it pull at? It pulls right here. So, the second autopsy, in my opinion, minus the hidden lungs and the hidden stomach and all of those things, is direct evidence by subtraction. You ever heard of addition by subtraction? So, the fact that they subtracted the neck portion and then there's blood pooling on the back of his head, it's obvious like like Nancy Gray things, two things. Either it's being hidden and then why or they're still doing the investigation, but like she said, she's seen people take a little piece of the neck, examine it, and all of those things. So shout out to my brother once once again and shout out to my brother once again who brought up something I didn't think of and you know he put two and two together. Sometimes we got to realize what they are saying by what they are not saying or what is provided by what is not provided. The fact that they did not provide this part right here and there's pooling right here at the base of the skull. One and one equals two.
