A California social worker discovered that undocumented immigrants without Social Security numbers can receive full Medicaid, housing, free childcare, and cash aid through a system loophole, while US citizens cannot qualify for similar benefits. The worker observed recipients living luxury lifestyles (Gucci bags, Escalades) while working under the table, with no way to verify income. This pattern extends to government corruption, including the Governor's wife allegedly receiving $4 million through a nonprofit created by her husband, using fire victim donations. The system involves multiple layers of fraud: welfare fraud at the citizen level, billions disappearing into NGO black holes, and top-level political corruption. The speaker argues that the state government intentionally built and protects these loopholes, creating a machine that moves money from taxpayers to ineligible recipients while gaslighting the public about the process.

Social Worker noticed something VERY PECULIAR About California’s WELFARE MoneyAdded:
Hey, let me tell you something. So, when I used to work for the county in social services, I went in full Democrat, full liberal and I came out Republican. Let's talk about it. I used to work in the social services department. So, any public benefits, we're talking Medicaid, food stamps, cashache, disability, unemployment, veteran service, housing.
I did all the things, intake, applications, case maintenance, you name it. So when somebody who has a social security number like you and I apply for benefits through their social security numbers, I could tell or any of the workers could tell using the social security number whether somebody is working, whether somebody has money in their bank, whether they have property, cars, how much money they made that year through their taxes, whether they have additional income. However, here's the loophole. If somebody without a social security number, so somebody who's undocumented applies for benefits, and they do qualify for benefits, by the way, they c they qualify for full Medicaid, housing, migrant head start, that's fully paid child care. Not to mention that if these people have any kids that are US citizens, meaning that they're born here, then they apply for benefits for their kids, and their kids being US citizens qualify for all the benefits, all the services. So, if you have an undocumented parent, meaning a parent that does not have a social security number, apply for benefits for their children, there is absolutely no way as a worker. I could tell if they're making income, if they have any property, if they did taxes, how much money they made. There's just no way.
We're talking $1,200 per kid plus $275 per person cash food stamps. That doesn't include housing.
>> Ladies and gentlemen, this one's ugly. A California social worker noticed something very peculiar about welfare money and quit. She says illegals without a social security number are pulling full Medicaid, housing, free child care, and cash aid, then working under the table and flexing Gucci bags paid for by you. Her receipts at $200 per kid plus $275 per person in food stamps with no way to verify income. You get audited over Venmo. They cash blank checks. This lands right on Gavin Newsome's desk. and what's coming for him next is going to be brutal. Wait till you hear who's about to drop the hammer.
>> All the other benefits they get. And here in California, they don't even care. They don't even hide it. I used to have women and some men that would come in straight up with their nails did, their hair done, blonde, bleach blonde, Gucci bags, Gucci glasses, driving up on Escalades, chewing gum, super loud, saying, "Where's my welfare check?"
I used to live in a neighborhood where 70% of the people around me were undocumented. And man, did they live the life. New cars, parties every weekend.
Oh yeah, and they also qualify for Wick.
I forgot to say that. Meanwhile, as US citizens, we don't qualify for sigy chick. We don't qualify for nada, nothing. It was so common where the women or the moms in my community that were undocumented, they wouldn't work.
they would have their own community of on of stay-at-home moms while us US citizen moms would have to go out and work because we can't afford to live.
And listen, I don't have anything against undocumented immigrants like, "Hey, we're all human beings." I think that if I was an undocumented immigrant, I'd probably take advantage of this loophole, too. It's the government, especially the state of California, especially liberal states. It's the government that doesn't allow or put in regulations to limit this kind of fraud and waste. And we're all screwed. Not only us taxpayers who have to pay for this kind of waste and fraud, but when the federal government comes in to enforce immigration laws, people are upset. They're confused. They don't understand why is it that they're being deported. If they've been openly living and getting all these free benefits regardless of their immigration status, we need to do better. The state of California needs to do better. We all need to get on the same page here.
Ladies and gentlemen, California is a crime scene. I'm not being dramatic. I mean it literally. There is a social worker who walked off her job because she could not stomach what she was watching every single day at the front desk. People walking in, not poor, not desperate, not in rags, walking in with Gucci bags, fresh nails, bleach blonde hair, parking an escalade out front, asking where their welfare check is. And she's a US citizen mom who has to go to work every morning because she can't afford rent in her own state. That's the story. That's the whole opening punch.
And then on top of that, you've got Gavin Nuome's wife, the first partner, whatever that title means in California, allegedly pulling $4 million through a nonprofit nobody can even define. Money that was supposed to go to fire victims, people who lost everything, burned to the ground, and somehow it ends up in her pocket through some madeup volunteer org her husband invented for her. You guys, this isn't a conspiracy theory.
This is a social worker, a whistleblower, and a future mayoral candidate. all saying the same thing out loud. So, here's why this matters to you. To working families, to anyone who pays a single dollar in tax, your money, the money you earn at 6:00 in the morning before the sun is up, is being routed to people who didn't earn it, didn't qualify for it, and in some cases aren't even supposed to be in the country. Meanwhile, the people who actually need help, the fire victims, the homeless, the working poor, get nothing. Let me show you what I mean.
Insert one. You hear that? We don't qualify for not a nothing. That's a US citizen mom. That's the demographic the Democrats pretend they're fighting for.
And she's the one getting steamrololled.
The undocumented community has its own little stay-at-home mom economy because the state pays them to stay home. The citizens go to work. Think about that for two seconds. Think about who's subsidizing who in California. And let me say what the social worker was kind enough not to say. I'll say it for her.
She was very fair as she said, "Look, I don't blame the migrants. I take advantage of the loophole, too." Fine.
Generous of her. I'm less generous because here's the part that gets me.
These aren't people sneaking quietly through the cracks. These are people walking and chewing gum demanding the check in Gucci in front of an American citizen who can't pay her own light bill. That's not survival. That's a lifestyle. A taxpayer funded lifestyle.
And the state of California, Newsome's California, built it on purpose. They built the loophole. They protect the loophole. They campaign on the loophole.
So fine, that's the bottom of the food chain, the front desk, the welfare window. Now, let's go to the top.
Because if you think the rot stops at Wick Fraud, you have not been paying attention to the First Family of California. There's a reason this state can't fix anything. The people running it are too busy running schemes. And the latest one, ladies and gentlemen, is so cartoonishly greedy, I had to read it twice to make sure it was real. Well, well, well. All last summer, I warned you. Gavin Newsome and his wife were on the take. We blew the whistle on how the first partner, Jennifer Nuome, was getting fire aid money diverted into her dubious nonprofit, taking from donations that people were told was meant for fire victims when we broke that story. What did they do? Well, they just deleted her NPO from the list of donor recipients on the fire ed website and lied about it ever happening. Well, now we are finding out that Gavin's wife has personally netted over $4 million through this nebulous organization, Cal Volunteers, a weird NPO that Gavin simply made up for her within the office of the first partner, but nobody can fully explain what they actually do. Well, now it's a pretty California thing for rich dudes to make up fake businesses that burn money so their wives can stay busy and keep distracted from their affairs. But normally, it's like a boutique fashion store that the the husband doesn't mind losing 20K a month. It's a writeoff. But using taxpayer money on shady government initiatives and actually profiting to the tune of $4 million, man, Gavin is an innovator. I swear this state is being run by the mob. Everyone in government is milking taxpayers through these shady nos and nowhere is it more pervasive than Karen Basur's LA where the homeless organizations raking cash but the problem continues to fester. Ever wonder why we pour billions of our taxpayer dollars into homelessness and yet you only see more filth and drug addicts on the streets? It's because it's all a scam. They're stealing your money. When I'm mayor, this mafia racket stops. We need to excise this corruption like a cancer before it kills our city. They treat us like their personal piggy bank so they can get rich while our city just rots. We have the fifth wealthiest city in the galaxy. We should look like Dubai or Monaco. You should be able to eat off the damn streets. They should be so clean. We are being weighed down by corrupt politicians. Go to mayor.com and donate. Support my campaign for mayor.
If you're sick and tired of these lunatics robbing us blind.
>> $4 million from a nonprofit her husband personally created inside the office of the first partner, which is a title I'm pretty sure he also invented. And the money the money came from donations meant for fire victims, people whose entire lives were ash. And it ends up funding Jennifer Newsome's little vanity project. Then when somebody notices, they just quietly delete her org from the donor list and pretend it never happened. That's mob behavior. That's not governance. That's a racket. And you know what I've noticed about the modern Democrat? They lecture you for 14 hours a day about compassion, about the vulnerable, about marginalized communities, and then they take the donation jar from the fire victims and split it with their wife. They talk diversity. They practice contempt. The homeless guy on Skid Row, he's a prop.
The fire victim, she's a fundraising email. The actual money, the real money, goes to salaries, bonuses, friends, cousins, dinner, god knows what. And you're supposed to clap because they said the right words at a press conference. Spencer Pratt. Yeah, that Spencer Pratt from reality TV running for mayor of LA and somehow making more sense than the entire Sacramento political class broke down exactly how this scam works. And I want you to hear it because once you understand it, you can never unsee it. you know, so the list of why the red tape and you know what could be done on that level that's you know I actually don't know the power of what the governor could do because he already created such a bad situation that I think the ship sailed with the insurance. I think he should have stepped in a long time ago and made sure all the homeowners could actually have insurance in this community. So, um, you know, and then, you know, like he's right now demanding, uh, like the letter like I don't know, it was 44 billion and then it went down to 35 billion and it lists all these grants. It looks like the fire aid scam, just all these NOS's.
If you want to demand $40 billion for the federal government to rebuild for victims, that list needs to literally have all the names of the underinsured, the people dropped, what they need to get their houses back. If you want that money from the feds, you give it directly to the fire victims, not whoever on on that grant, NGO therapy, and god knows what the, you know, the list was like, a like a scary comedy movie, and it was the exact fire aid scam. And then when you look into fire aid, even the lawyers that were hired to defend fire aid, um, in their defense little paper, they say several of these NOS's gave direct to the fire victims. I asked Google, Chat, GPT, Pro, Groank, Premium, whatever. I asked everyone, what's the definition of several? There wasn't one AI Google search engine that gave me more than 10.
So on a list of I want to say 200 and maybe 250 NOS's that took the hundred million that people gave to help the fire victims, the own law firm to defend fire aid said several went directly to the fire victims. So that is the problem that then expands across California with the homelessness and and the issues the money that people actually want. You know, whether you're a taxpayer, you're just a nice charitable person that wants to help a homeless person, help a fire victim, it doesn't go to where it's supposed to. It goes to salaries. It goes to bonuses. It goes to friends. It goes to dinner. God knows what it goes to, but it does not go to the people who need it. And that's my concern when people are like, "This is Spencer." You know, people come to me, it's like, "You got to get the feds to get the money."
It's like, I already I've been fighting fire aid for a year. That's a hundred million. You think I want to fight the federal government to give Nuome $ 35 billion dollar to help fire victims? No, no, no, no, no. We need a special board of all parties involved, whether Democrats, Republicans, in I don't care who you are, but everyone needs to be involved and it needs to really look at the victims and how to get funds directly to them rebuild.
>> He asked AI, Google, ChatGpt, Grock, what does several mean? None of them said more than 10. Out of 250 NOS's that took a hundred million dollars donated to fire victims, several actually gave money to the victims. Several, maybe 10 out of 250. So where did the rest go?
Salaries, bonuses, friends, dinner. He said it cleaner than any senator could.
And now Newsome is asking the federal government, meaning you, the taxpayer, for 35 billion more dollars on the same kind of grant list, the same scam structure, same NOS's, same friends. And here's the educational tangent I want to walk you through because this is important and nobody explains it. When the government wants to help people, they almost never give the money to the people. They give it to a nonprofit. The nonprofit takes an administrative fee.
Could be 10%, could be 40%, depends on the org. Then the nonprofit hires consultants. The consultants hire subcontractors. The subcontractors run outreach programs. By the time the dollar reaches an actual fire victim or an actual homeless person, it's a nickel, maybe. And every step of that chain is a salary for somebody politically connected. That's how a city can spend what, a billion dollars a year on homelessness and have more homeless every year. The money was never meant to fix the problem. The problem is the business model. If they fix homelessness, the grift ends. So they don't fix it ever. They just need it to keep existing so the checks keep clearing. That's California. That's the entire blue state nonprofit industrial complex in one breath. So now you've got the whole picture. The bottom welfare fraud at the citizen level. The middle, billions disappearing into NGO black holes. And the top, the governor's own household allegedly netting millions off fire victim donations. And what does the man at the top do when the president of the United States calls him during literal riots in his own state? He lies about the call on Twitter to your face >> going on between Gavin Newsome and President Trump. Uh Gavin Newsome after President Trump said in the noon hour in the Oval Office that he called him yesterday or the other day. Gavin Newsome tweeted the following. He said, quote, "There was no call, not even a voicemail. Americans should be alarmed that a president deploying Marines on our streets doesn't even know who he's talking to." Well, President Trump contacted me from Air Force One on his way to Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where he'll be in just a little while. He said, "The first call to Gavin Newsome was not picked up. The second call Gavin picked up, we spoke for 16 minutes. I told him to essentially quote, this is quoting the president, get his ass in gear and stop the riots, which were out of control more than anything else. This shows what a liar he is." Said, "I never called." So, here is the evidence. And here is the call log that the president sent me from his phone. This was June the 7th. Now, granted, this was on Saturday, but look there at 1:22:00 in the morning, uh, which would have been 10:00 at night, 10:22 at night, California time. Uh, there was an outgoing call for 4 seconds, and then there was an outgoing call for 16 minutes. So that from the president which says is proof that he spoke to Gavin Newsome uh early in the morning our time late at night Friday night uh would have been June 6th I guess in Los Angeles. So uh Governor over to you say that's next right we're waiting to see what if uh Governor Nuome has a response to the president's essentially what he has there is the receipt for what he says is the call that was made in the long conversation. Exactly. And a 16-minute conversation, as you mentioned, as things were heating up is the timing of that call as things were really just beginning to get started.
So, it's it'll be interesting to see where this goes.
>> Dan, as the president, >> well, I think it's a shame that it shut down because we have the greatest economy. As you were saying before, we have the greatest economy in the world right now by far. The United States, we have almost 18, now it was 17. Now, it's $18 trillion being poured into our country. And it's no time for shutdowns.
I don't think it's affecting what we're doing, but it's uh it's too bad for a lot of people. We have a lot of good people that aren't working right now that should be. And it's because the Democrats want to try and renegotiate a deal that they had negotiated. They want $1.5 trillion given to illegal immigrants who came into the country and it's going to hurt the health care of uh citizens of our country that have been paying into it, that have been working hard for it, that really deserve it. So, we're never going to do that. It's not going to happen. And and I will tell you there are a lot of good Democrats that really want to make a deal. And I think all we need is five Democrats because we have great support on the Republican side. So I think we need five Democrats and there are a lot of them that want to make a deal. So I think at some point at some point uh common sense will prevail.
>> 16 minutes receipts call log from Air Force One. and Nuome, our friendly neighborhood hair gel governor, went on social media and said it never happened.
There was no call, not even a voicemail.
Then Trump pulls out the phone and the phone says, "Outgoing call, 16 minutes, June 7th. He's cooked." I'm sorry.
That's genuinely funny to me. Who lies about a phone call when phone calls have receipts? You have to be either the dumbest man in California or the most arrogant. I genuinely cannot decide.
Maybe both. Probably both. And while Newsome is lying about phone calls and his wife is allegedly cashing fire victim checks, what is Trump doing? He's standing in front of cameras saying, "No, I'm not signing a 1.5 trillion dollar bill that funds health care for illegal immigrants while American citizens get nothing." That's the contrast. That's the whole election in one frame. One side is robbing the citizens to pay the non-citizens and skimming on the way through. The other side is saying, "Stop. Citizens first.
The people who paid in get served first." Is that radical? It used to be called common sense. Now it's controversial. That tells you everything. So where does this leave us?
Will California actually fix any of this? Probably not. Will Newsome face real consequences for any of it? I'm not going to lie. I doubt it. The man has lied his way through earthquakes, fires, lockdowns, French laundry, recall elections, and he's still standing there with the hair. Will the federal government finally cut off the spigot of grant money flowing into these phantom NOS's? We'll see. I'd love to believe it. Honestly, I'd love to believe one good thing about this state. Hell, maybe I shouldn't say that. Uh there are good people in California, millions of them, trapped under this regime. They didn't ask for this. They just can't afford to leave. But here's what I do know. The lie is unraveling. The social workers are talking. The whistleblowers are filing. The phone records are public and the man in the jail is on TV saying things that get disproven 6 minutes later. The country is watching California the way you watch a car wreck. slow, horrified, and a little bit unable to look away. And maybe and maybe that that's how it ends, not with a vote, with everybody finally seeing it at once. Okay, so I've been sitting with all of this for a minute, and I want to talk to you guys like a friend, not like a host. Because when you put these four stories on top of each other, the welfare window, the wife's nonprofit, the NGO laundromat, the lie about the phone call, you're not looking at four scandals. You're looking at one machine.
One machine with four moving parts. And every part of it is designed to do the same thing. Move your money from your pocket to theirs and gaslight you about it on the way through. Ladies and gentlemen, that's the punchline. The entire story of modern California in one sentence. And once you see the machine, you can't unsee it. Let me walk you through how I think about it because I'm not a policy guy. I'm not in Sacramento.
I'm just a guy reading the news with you. But here's the pattern I keep seeing. At the bottom, you've got the entry level grift, the welfare office.
People who shouldn't qualify qualifying.
people who shouldn't even be in the country getting checks. Citizens, real citizens born here working two jobs and they get told no. That's not an accident. That's not a glitch. That is the system. California built it that way on purpose because every undocumented person on the ROS is a future voter, a future census number, a future reason for more federal money. They are an asset to the machine. You, the citizen who pays in, you're a liability. You ask too many questions. Then you go up one floor, you go to the NGO level. This is where the real money lives. 100 million here, 4 billion there, 35 billion impending federal asks. And every dollar passes through a nonprofit nobody can define, run by somebody nobody elected, audited by nobody who matters. The fire victims burned out of their homes, kids sleeping in motel, dogs missing. They get the leftovers. Several out of 250 NOS's. Several. I keep coming back to that word. Several. It's the most damning word in the English language right now because it tells you exactly how much these people care about the actual victims. Not zero, several, just enough to keep the lawsuit at bay. And then you go to the top floor, the penthouse. That's where the Newsomes live. And the wife, Jennifer, has her own little office, her own little madeup nonprofit, her own little $4 million take. Nobody on her staff can fully explain what she actually does. You know what I've noticed about people in government who can't explain what they do? They're usually the ones doing the most. You guys know what I mean. The busier the title, the emptier the job, the bigger the check. That's a rule of thumb in every corrupt system in human history. Rome had it. The Bourbons had it. Tam Hall had it. And now Sacramento has it. Same scam, new wallpaper. Here's where I want to get a little black pill with you because I owe you the truth. Do I think any of this gets fixed?
Honestly, I don't know. I want to say yes. I want to say the receipts are out, the whistleblowers are talking, the country is watching, and Newsome is cooked. I want to say that, but I've been watching this state long enough to know the man has nine lives, and the press has zero curiosity. He'll lie about a phone call on Tuesday and host a CNN town hall on Thursday, and nobody will ask him about it. That's the world we live in. The corporate media is not journalism anymore. It's a public relations firm with a logo and a teleprompter. But, and this is the contradiction I can't shake, the cracks are showing. A social worker quit her job and went on camera. A reality TV guy is running for mayor of LA and making more sense than the entire city council.
The president of the United States is publishing call logs from Air Force One like he's running a podcast at 30,000 ft. Something is shifting. The information is escaping. And once people see the machine, you cannot put it back in the box. Hell, maybe I shouldn't even say that. Maybe nothing changes. Maybe in two years we're back here doing the same video about a different scandal with the same governor and the same hair. I genuinely don't know. But I do know this. The only reason any of this is on your screen right now is because of a president willing to fight, a few brave people willing to talk, and a media ecosystem outside the legacy networks willing to actually ask the questions. That's the whole firewall.
That's the only thing left between you and total information lockdown. And I want to say one more thing before I let you go about the citizens, the real ones. The mom in the social workers video who said we don't qualify for nata, nothing. She's the heart of this entire story. Forget the politicians.
Forget the wife. Forget the NOS's.
Forget the phone call. Forget all of it for a second. That woman is who this country was supposed to work for. She's the whole point. She gets up, goes to work, pays her taxes, follows the rules, and watches somebody who broke every rule pull up in an escalade and ask where her check is. And the state government tells her to shut up about it or she's a bigot. Ladies and gentlemen, she's not a bigot. She's a citizen. And she's been forgotten on purpose by people who needed her to be forgotten so the machine could keep eating. That's why this matters. Not because Newsome lied. Not because his wife allegedly took 4 million. Not because the NOS's are a scam. Those are symptoms. The diseases that the people running California stopped working for Californians a long time ago. And the only question left is whether the rest of us notice in time to do something about it. Do I expect them to? We'll see. But God, what a thing it would be for this country. Thank you all very much for watching.
