Corrupt Cops Try to Intimidate First Amendment Auditors

[00:00:00]Police officers often make humiliating mistakes that are captured on camera exposing them to the public just like these police officers who were exposed and ended up doing a walk of shame starting off with these tyrants who thought they could bully their way into anyone. However, they had no idea they were up against someone with a better understanding of the law than them.

[00:00:26]At this point you guys are in a suspense, babe. You're out of here. In January 2021, a First Amendment auditor decided to head to the Yolo County Sheriff's Office and exercise his First Amendment rights by taking some picture.

[00:00:37]Just moments into the audit, he was confronted [music] by a deputy who wasn't too happy with him being there.

[00:00:45]Cool. Can I help you with something?

The deputy clearly had no understanding of the law and was being schooled by the auditor. Moments later, the deputy had no option but to leave the auditor alone as he had no answers to offer.

Yeah, see you later. The deputy left [music] and the auditor started to go inside the facility. That's when he was interrupted by another officer who straight away started to intimidate him.

[00:03:04]I'm just taking pictures. Okay. So, I'm just I'm just asking you any reason why.

It seems like every officer in this facility had no respect for a citizen's constitutional rights. Despite the officer's attempts at intimidation, the auditor remained calm and countered their unlawful action. This is private property? This is private >> You are this is you are I didn't know that.

[00:04:10]Okay, so technically at this point, just to let you know. Okay. All right, once you go past that little area over there Okay. you are subject to search at no for no reason much over just for being here. Mhm. You probably don't want that to happen, do you? Not really.

[00:04:25]You are required to identify yourself because we this is this is an actual government area. Okay. Okay? So, what you should do if you don't want to be like talked to or searched or anything like that is go stand at the corner. Cuz then you're not on my property. Cuz actually as of right now I can search you and anything I find I can seize. Is that right?

[00:04:50]Uh Uh I don't think that that's I think that's a probably not going to hold up in court, but you can't just search somebody cuz they're on this property.

The officer wasn't even aware that a sheriff's office constitutes a public building and that the auditor had every right to film there. Publicly accessible property, like you said, I'm on public property. Not at the jail, not mind you.

[00:05:18]You said this is a whole No, it doesn't work cuz anybody can come in here and not be at the jail. This is a sheriff's office, right? Why do you have the right to ask me questions?

[00:05:30]>> So, you can't answer my questions? I can if I choose to. Okay, how about I choose not to then? Well, you're a public servant. You get paid to answer my questions. You get paid to serve me and and if if you're here and you're talking to me and harassing me harassing me like you are right now.

The corrupt cop had no answers for the auditor's claims and that's when he proposed a hilarious situation to him which further highlighted his lack of knowledge about the law.

[00:07:15]Slowly the auditor was surrounded by law enforcement officers and the initial deputy also arrived on the scene and attempted to do something cool not knowing that he was about to be schooled by the auditor once again.

[00:07:34]Personal phone or not? Company phone or personal phone?

[00:07:38]I don't have You have to answer. Yes, you do. Yes, you do because that's now a public record and if I want to request it I can. Is that your personal phone or company phone?

[00:07:45]>> Well, when you go to that you can do that. No, is that I need it for the record. Is that your personal phone or a company phone? Can you make that up? And what's your badge number?

[00:07:53]I don't need to provide that. You already have Yes, you do. What's your badge number? You have to give me your name and badge number. I believe in your policy it says your identification has to show. Is there nobody else in this department named Seha? No. There's nobody else in this department with the last name Seha. That's what you're saying. Correct.

[00:08:09]>> [laughter] >> Davis, and badge number? 15 What's your name and badge number? I'm not going to converse with you until I get everybody's identification here. So, that's the bottom line. Name and badge number. 10115 Okay. What's your badge number? I don't need to provide you that What's your badge number? You already have my name. Are you refu- You're so you're refusing to identify yourself?

[00:08:29]The deputy's ego was skyrocketing as he didn't even tell the auditor his name, which every public official is obliged to do so. It's concerning to see how these cops consider themselves above the law. Just then the supervisor arrived and started confronting the auditor. Why is it that you're taking pictures? Are you just out here to >> pictures.

[00:08:46]>> For what? Taking pictures. Are you conducting an investigation or something? Taking pictures. But for what purpose though? I'm taking pictures.

[00:08:55]So, you don't want You want us to help you but you don't want to help us, right? The And I've explained this to your officers. I haven't asked for your help at all. I I'm at You guys can go back to work.

[00:09:04]>> concerned because we have secured people here.

[00:09:06]>> Okay, so So, just make it clear. I'm not asking for your help. But if I ask a question, yeah, you're required to answer it because why? Do we know?

[00:09:14]Do you know that information? Why are you required to give your name and badge number and provide service to us? Do we know that?

[00:09:20]>> What can we help you with? But I'm just asking, do we know that information?

[00:09:23]It's cuz you're a public servant, right?

[00:09:25]And I can choose not to answer the questions. Why? Because I'm a private citizen, right? Shortly it became apparent that the supervisor also lacked a profound understanding of the law. It was not understandable as to why these cops would fear public photography so much.

[00:09:43]>> I'm I'm giving you a lawful order to go to leave this area. Okay? If you want to go stand over there in the parking lot, you can. But there has to be a law backing it up. And if this is publicly accessible, I am totally allowed to do this.

[00:09:57]Not arguing with you. I'm not getting nasty with you. What I'm saying is if this is like I've been told, like you've said, like the other officer said, this is publicly accessible. You might not want me here. You see that sign over there? There's a sign over there tells you you can't. Yeah, juvenile detention facility. Could I drive back there and do that?

[00:10:14]If that's where you want >> Could you drive back You could? Okay, publicly accessible. If I wanted to walk in here, am I able perfectly to walk in here? That's not the point. Publicly accessible. Here, Deputy, can you sign that information for me? Where'd you get that picture from? Right there. Where?

[00:10:37]I'm There's Do you understand there's borderlines? Seeing the sergeant's shortcomings, the auditor also took him to a law lesson, ensuring to humble him.

[00:10:44]Shortly after, the sergeant realized that the auditor made sense and asked his fellow cops to leave him alone.

[00:10:50]Coming onto it, I would be trespassing, but not coming onto it is not breaking a law. Do you see what I'm saying? So, you can't give me At that point, you can't give me a lawful order to not be here.

[00:11:01]Don't Do you understand that? I'm just trying to get you guys to open your mind a little bit and teach you a little different than what they taught you in your training. All right? If it's not a law, there's literally nothing you can do. Nothing. Nothing any of you can do if it's not a law. Okay.

[00:11:16]>> So, if it was a law, and I was breaking a law, I'm a law-abiding citizen, I would absolutely move. But because you're giving me directives that I don't have to follow, that aren't based on a law, a penal code, or some sort of violation, then I don't have to listen to you, and you need to just accept that, suck it up, and move on. That's That's it. Bottom line, right?

[00:11:45]>> The cops left the auditor alone, and he was allowed to film the building. He gathered content for his YouTube channel before he left. Well, if you think these cops got humbled, this next officer made such a blunder that he resigned immediately.

[00:12:06]ON NOVEMBER 12TH, 2023, a couple of deputies from the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a house after a woman claimed that her boyfriend had stolen her car and was threatening her. Soon, the officers reached her house and talked to the distressed woman. I want my car back.

[00:12:21]I've been asking all night. Can I get my car back? Like, I don't care about the argument. I don't care about I don't even know what the argument is about. I just want my car. I don't want to deal with anything. I know anytime we get into it, whether I'm right or wrong, like, he puts his hands on me, or he threatens to put his hands on me.

[00:12:40]It gets very violent. There he is.

[00:12:44]And your car are walking out. He's walking.

[00:13:00]As the officers were understanding the situation, the boyfriend of the woman arrived on the scene and was immediately apprehended by the cops.

[00:13:07]>> Why am I getting patted down with Because you're getting patted down.

[00:13:09]>> Why?

[00:13:11]Do you have any weapons on you?

[00:13:11]>> No, I don't have no weapons on me.

[00:13:15]What's that in your pocket?

[00:13:18]This is a toothpick.

[00:13:33]What do you want to do? I want my car. I think it's at your mom's house is what he's saying. How did he get here if it's at my mom's house?

[00:14:01]Yeah. 22-year-old Marquis Jackson claimed that the car was at the [music] woman's mother's home. However, this soon came out as a lie and the officers decided to arrest him for further investigation.

[00:14:23]Can I talk to her? No.

[00:14:25]Can I call her Can I talk to her mom?

[00:14:26]Mm-mm. Oh.

[00:14:43]Yeah, that's what I'm not going to do with us before.

[00:14:45]Okay, so the suspect, that's going to be his information. This where it says narrative, that's going to be what [clears throat] happened, the incident, okay? Marquis was searched before being placed in the back of the police cruiser. The officers started to gather information about the case. It's from here. My screen.

[00:14:59]>> Right. You know, so it's like why would you send me a picture of that? I'll show you again. Tell me what that is. I don't know.

[00:15:09]Wait, I don't know what that piece is cuz that's not ordinarily there. Right.

[00:15:14]Does he have any anything on the firearm like any aftermarket items?

[00:15:22]I couldn't even tell. We couldn't even tell, but more than likely it probably is a weapon. He's like, "I'm going to bust your whole [ __ ] up. Like I'm going to bust your windows. I'm going to bust your radio, whatever. He's like, "I'm going to bust your whole shit." I got it. By the time you get to your car it's going to be over with. And I'm like, "Okay." At this point I just I want to be done with it. I don't even want to entertain it cuz he is known for playing games.

[00:15:48]So it's like I need to show you like I'm not playing. I'm in my car. That's that.

[00:15:54]>> Yeah, or how much you think that it would value out right now? It's um so okay.

[00:16:03]They found it. Where is it? 1656 Hunt Club over here off of MLK. Deputy Jesse decided to head back inside the car to ask Marquis some more questions.

[00:16:12]However, suddenly something unexpected happened and the entire situation [music] escalated in seconds.

[00:16:51]I HEAR IT IN THE CAR! YEAH, HE SHOT THROUGH THE CAR!

[00:16:59]The whole situation was bizarre to say the least as the officer claimed to have been shot by Marquis. He immediately opened the car and was quickly joined by the female cop. Both of them combined 22 the car, but surprisingly Marquis was not hurt.

[00:17:23]>> I I'm I'm good. I feel weird, but I'm good.

[00:18:11]The officers never considered the fact [music] that Marquise was searched from top to bottom and did not have a weapon.

[00:18:17]However, the ignorant cops [music] kept on the poor guy.

[00:18:41]I don't know. I feel I feel like it.

[00:19:06]Shockingly, it was later revealed that Deputy Jesse [music] was never struck by a bullet. In fact, there was no gunfire as Marquis remained inside the car with his hands cuffed behind his back. It was an acorn that fell on the roof of the car which the cop mistook for gunfire. Have a look at the distressing incident from the female officer's body cam.

[00:19:44]GET IN THE HOUSE! JESSE! GET BACK! GET BACK! WHERE IS HE?

[00:19:48]WHERE IS HE? HE'S in the car.

[00:19:54]43, give me traffic. Shots fired. Shots fired. I got A DEPUTY DOWN.

[00:20:08]OFF THE MCLAREN. OFF THE MCLAREN. Shots fired. I GOT A DEPUTY DOWN. JESSE, HOW ARE YOU?

[00:20:14]>> [screaming] >> At one point, even his girlfriend became worried about his condition as the cops kept on firing non-stop at the car.

[00:20:31]>> It might have hit MY VEST. OKAY. OKAY.

[00:20:33]OKAY.

[00:20:35]GET BACK! GET BACK! I'M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU TO GO! GET BACK!

[00:20:41]GET HER! GET HER AND GET HER BACK NOW!

[00:20:52]>> [screaming] >> STAY INSIDE YOUR HOUSE. STAY. YEAH, STAY INSIDE your house.

[00:21:13]The situation eventually calmed down and Marquis was recovered from the car.

[00:21:17]Luckily, he had no serious injury. The police department immediately launched an internal investigation into the incident and during the investigation Deputy Jessie resigned from his position. However, this wasn't enough as Jessie went on to file a lawsuit against the officer and the city. This is what his lawyers had to say about the troubling incident. My name is Julia Quesada. [00:21:40]It is not acceptable that these officers, deputies, and their department is calling this a mistake.

[00:21:46]It is not okay to call it a mistake.

[00:21:48]There is no mistake. There was no mistake that Marquis was unarmed.

[00:21:53]There's no mistake that he had already been searched.

[00:21:55]There's no mistake that he was already handcuffed in the back of a patrol car when these deputies opened fire.

[00:22:02]And there's no mistake that the department hasn't released all of the footage or the information related to the shooting. This is not okay.

[00:22:10]The deputy that shot, that said that he heard an acorn or after the fact that that's a mistake, that's not acceptable. He resigned.

[00:22:19]That's not accountability.

[00:22:21]The other deputy that was exonerated, that is not accountability. There has been no accountability, there has been no transparency, and there has been no justice. And we demand that. We demand transparency. We demand accountability and we demand justice and we stand with Marquis with this. That is a question I wish that you would ask the law enforcement community. But I think the rush to judgment shown by the sergeant uh there were some allegations that were made at the time uh which turned out to be untrue.

[00:22:50]There was no real investigation by law enforcement except well, we'll handcuff him and put him in the back.

[00:22:56]And then somehow, I don't know, maybe they thought you were Jason Bourne or somebody, Marquis, said that he escaped from handcuffs, pulled out a silenced weapon, and started firing from inside the car. It sounds ridiculous.

[00:23:10]It sounds ridiculous, and I hope it sounds ridiculous to the public.

[00:23:14]Uh so, that's what we're here about. The lawsuit is still under proceeding, and we can only hope that Marquis gets the justice he deserves. Well, that brings us to the end of this video. Today, we got to see cases where cops made huge fools out of themselves. Particularly hilarious and disturbing was the second case where a police officer mistook an acorn for a bullet. It's shocking to realize the number of bullets fired by the officers at a handcuffed individual.

[00:25:35]Can I get Can I speak to a supervisor, please? The cops were surprised to see that he wasn't intimidated by their guns and badges. So, they got more focused on throwing him out rather than getting his side of the story. So, Well, I mean, just just because you guys seem real hostile, I'm going to explain myself ahead of time. Normally, I don't explain myself, but >> explained yourself yet. I told you I'm gathering content for a story and I'm engaging and I'm engaging in a constitutionally protected activity. For what? What is the purpose of this? For what reason? I'm not I'm not willing to disclose the until it's published. Until it's published, I'm not going to disclose it. Videotaping in a public place is allowed by the Constitution of America, which comes above any local policy or ordinance. Usually, in many of Shawn's interactions, the people in the public place never complain about his recording. It's just the corrupt security and cops. The library administration or designee, the gentleman right there, with the assistance or advice of the law enforcement authorities as necessary, may make decisions to remove or exclude individuals with or without warning who interrupt normal library operations by behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner towards customers or staff. This is This is what I do, sir. This is what I do. I've been to plenty of libraries. I've been to plenty of post offices, plenty of public You're You're Can I please speak to the sergeant, please? I'm talking to the sergeant.

[00:33:30]So, like I said, sir, I'm engaging in a constitutionally protected activity. So, that's not committing a crime. Exactly, that's the exact opposite because I'm exercising my rights that the Constitution gives me. I'm not disturbing anything, sir. Okay. So, you had your say. Okay.

[00:35:01]According to the American Economic Journal, local governments spend over 12 billion dollars annually funding the operation of 15,427 public libraries in the United States just so civilians like Shawn can be kicked out for exercising their rights.

[00:36:00]Shawn filed a notice of intent to sue the city clerk and filed formal complaints against [music] all tyrants involved. In Shawn's words, you don't always have to get arrested to bring change and he's a living example of that. Interactions like these give us all hope to stand against tyrants. If you thought that Shawn showed Tops who their real bosses are, this next hero took things up a notch. We can be right New York officers and be cruel and corrupt and ugly to the citizens, but we're not. I'm going to be arrested for for conduct for doing something that is legal. On June 26, 2013, a YouTuber by the name of Don't Comply was planning a safe rifle walk in his neighborhood in Little Elm, Texas to raise awareness of how the law permits open carry of rifles, but this activity soon backfired on him.

[00:36:46]>> Officer Sanford, Little Elm Police Department. Hey, good to meet you, Mr. Horton. Yes. All right. How you doing today? I'm doing well. How about you?

[00:36:51]Excellent. What you got going on today, buddy?

[00:36:53]Oh, we're just doing a normal Second Amendment exercise. We're going to walk around the neighborhood with a with my rifle slung over my back, pointed down with the chamber flag in in the chamber. Okay.

[00:37:04]So, what are we what are we attempting to achieve here?

[00:37:07]Uh we're helping to uh show the uh the general public that it's a perfectly legal activity in the state of Texas to open carry long gun.

[00:37:16]And you think that your display is going to achieve that?

[00:37:19]Uh it's it definitely will. People that that may uh not understand that it's a legal activity, call in to you know, say they moved here from New York and they come and uh call the 911 and they get a dispatcher and says, "Hey, there's a guy walking with a I got you. You know, wouldn't this the simple dialogue be um wouldn't the dialogue be, you know, "Well, is he wielding it around? Is he is he throwing throwing with it? No? No, he's not? Okay, well, that's perfectly legal in Texas. Uh if you want to call in about that, maybe call the non-emergency number or something of that matter."

[00:37:53]>> have you lived in the community? Uh we've been here a couple years. All right, puppy dogs. He explains his perspective on the issue and the lack of education and awareness of the public about the laws regarding open carry in the state of Texas, something that these cops weren't able to get through their heads.

[00:38:08]>> one of the safer communities in North Texas. Well, uh I've also been rated Yeah.

[00:38:15]as the safest in Texas with a population over 25,000. Yeah. Well, uh So, hold on.

[00:38:19]Hold on. Hold on. It it What I'm what I'm trying to say is we don't we didn't achieve that by everybody showing their walking around the streets in order to do that, okay? And I don't believe that you doing that is going to is it going to achieve that.

[00:38:33]>> In the first uh month that we lived here, our house was broken into and And I was the one that took the report.

[00:38:38]>> Yeah, the back door got kicked wide wide open and uh you know, so it's not the safest neighborhood in in my eyes because I've been a victim of of those crimes. If more people were walking around displaying their their Second Amendment rights to to open carry long then maybe there wouldn't be little hoodlums walking around.

[00:38:57]>> Officer Nordman has already explained the disorderly conduct law. The officers didn't agree with his narrative and considered their city as one of the safest. [music] The auditor, however, counters his point by giving his own example of how quickly his house was broken into after moving.

[00:39:12]>> I walk in with it slung to my back in a proper venue or giving you forewarning that it's going to or it's going to cause an alarm. Okay. And I guarantee you we're going to get about 100 calls.

[00:39:22]>> Uh-huh. And then yeah.

[00:39:23]>> And and listen to me. You're a law-abiding citizen, I respect that.

[00:39:26]>> Absolutely. Okay? I'm a law-abiding citizen or else I wouldn't be in the position that I am. Right. Okay? I love this. I've got my own collection. I don't see that it's fit for me to be walking around my own neighborhood showing I would understand if you were in Afghanistan. Well, that's a different story.

[00:39:40]Right, and it's my opinion. And that's what we're having here. It's just an an opinionated talk between us, okay?

[00:40:05]And I feel that we're exemplifying the safety and those rights by going out and properly um open carrying our our long and you know, walking through the neighborhoods. But I'm sure you've heard the same before.

[00:40:23]I mean, I don't see why not. I don't see why we why we shouldn't >> because you can use the N-word, should you be going around town blasting it left and right? Well, I guess I could.

[00:40:32]You could. It's a First Amendment. But, is it really in good taste to do it? I don't see how the law I don't see how the law enforcement in this town has anything to do with taste.

[00:40:42]I think it should rely on >> or not, a lot of it has to do with taste. On how we present ourselves to people. How we treat people. It's surprising to see a cop talking about how they should be presenting themselves and that actions define who they are.

[00:40:53]All the while being infamous for being corrupt tyrant. You know, we can be like New York officers and be cruel and corrupt and ugly to the citizens, but we're not. We choose not to be.

[00:41:02]Absolutely. All right. So, we're here to serve you guys. All right. You want to practice your Second Amendment right? By all means, go ahead. Great. Okay. So, But, as soon as you you come in within the confines of a law that you violate, you're going to go to jail. Right. Okay.

[00:41:15]And I don't want it to get to that point. That's why >> I am But, since I am not calculating to cause alarm in another person, I'm carrying it in the most un aggressive manner possible to be carrying a gun.

[00:41:26]I will have it slung to my back pointed down. Not No hands on it. Completely hands-free. I don't see how that can be calculated on my part as to cause an alarm.

The cop evidently loses the argument when he's cornered into the query about what is the most appropriate way to open carry a rifle considering that he has the right to do so. The cop proceeds to chicken out.

But just, you know, I mean some years back, you know, little kids would sling their over their shoulder and ride their bicycle down the road, right down Buckner in Dallas, you know, and go and shoot cans in a creek.

I contacted you so that you wouldn't have to rush out on a 911 call Oh, there's this crazy guy walking down the street fly through some red lights and endanger your officers' lives and the public's life by flying across town to find someone that is just doing what is perfectly legal and doing it in a responsible manner.

[00:44:22]Because you cuz you worry that someone is going to be alarmed and call and be like, "Hey, there's a guy walking down the street with a rifle." Unfortunately, that's how the law is actually, but And and that's how I explained earlier our community Well, it's not.

[00:44:46]I mean, we did that in Temple. There was an incident in Temple and I brought 500 people down there and we walked right through the entire town with all of our ARs and AKs. I'm sure you were abiding by every single law that there were. Oh, yeah, absolutely. And I'm abiding by the law by walking down the street here in the same exact way. Temple is a different city altogether than than Little Elm. Well, yes. Temple is a different city than Little Elm.

[00:45:07]Um but we went there and did that because of the the officers not respecting our Second Amendment. The officer's idea that since this is a different city, it would go wrongly is the exact reason why it needs to be done. The fact it was done in Temple City before was because the officers and public weren't properly aware of their Second Amendment rights. We have a duty to protect the community. Uh-huh. Okay.

The cops didn't want to take any meaningful action, and their only way to solve anything was to throw threats around. Just arrest anyone who is practicing the First Amendment right in a way they don't like.

[00:47:14]Right. You're saying you don't have an answer as to how I can carry it I don't know what the safest way to carry a weapon is the other person's safest way to carry a weapon. However, the YouTuber took no heed to the police's ridiculous warning and went on the walk anyway. He recounts his experience. I went on my walk and even bought an ice cream from the ice cream man. It was pleasant, and I didn't see one patrol car the entire [music] walk. If this isn't proof of ridiculous police narrative and incompetence, I don't know what is.

[00:47:39]Well, that brings us to the end of this video. Today, we saw a couple of law-abiding citizens schooling ignorant cops on basic law. It's concerning [music] to see the lack of education and awareness these cops have on the Constitution and the law. It pains me to think that our protectors have no clue about our rights. It's these tyrants who end up doing the unthinkable. I believe every police department must ensure officers receive basic constitutional training and make sure that such cops are taught a lesson in the law.
