[00:00:00]All right, good morning and uh thank you very much for joining me again today and today is the 29th of May 2026 and I would like to start with uh an update on what has been circulating which is the false rumors that the former vice president of Zimbabwe Tanuk Coupe uh has passed away. So that rumor is false and Dr. Coupe is well and there is no problem with her. So I apologize if any of our platforms have published any of that information among other platforms in Zimbabwe to COP is well she's not uh in any sort of problem. So if you have seen any information about toxic coupe, it's not true. She is well and she is at her home. So let's quickly go through some of the most trending news that have taken place yesterday and then we go to a headline. So in South Africa, we woke up to one of the most uh painful scenarios yesterday where two prominent people were killed uh in a hit uh in Midland. So two people killed Oscati and another person killed just in Midland, one of the most expensive golf courses. People are traumatized after that shooting took place in the full glare of the public. So there was a hit where two men on a bike came and shot dead uh four people who were in a baki.

[00:01:48]So two of them survived and two of them passed away including a popular DJ and a businessman. So that has happened yesterday. So shootings are starting to take place again in Johannesburg. We've seen quite a number of shootings this week and mass shootings also taking place around South Africa. So gun violence becoming a massive problem in South Africa. So let's quickly go to our headline.

[00:02:12]So in our headline uh Vice President Chuena is the most important person right now.

[00:02:19]Everyone is looking at him. Chuena is the man who has stopped Keb for the past 2 years. If Chuena was not there, Ke was going to have succeeded by now. Nangaba wanted to extend his term over two years ago and has failed. However, everything is now coming together from Nangaba. So what we expect and what has been announced is that on 30 June by 30 June Ke should have passed. So what they're planning to do is next week they will present the bill for the first time in parliament that is Yamis Yami and then you will see uh some sort of activity uh debate and then committee stage and the bill should be passed by 30 June according to Zami Zambi. So I'm going to play for you the video right now so that you can see Zambi speaking regarding the next processes that are going to take place starting next week.

[00:03:15]>> The portfolio committees have been looking at the submissions that were brought to parliament as well as what they gathered during public hearings. So they've been compiling their report which we hopefully will be done uh by this weekend and once it's done next week when we resume sitting I will then introduce the bill for the first time.

[00:03:33]It being a constitutional bill, it's not referred to the parliamentary legal committee which will then allow me if I'm comfortable to proceed to the second reading speech where I will formally now unpack the bill to parliamentarians explaining the provisions of the bill, the rationale and opening up debate after the second reading speech indicate if uh that consideration will be done before we then proceed to the committee stage. But it will depend on the debate how it goes in parliament and hopefully we should be able to conclude the processes by end of June.

[00:04:11]Okay. So if he wants to become the president of Zimbabwe he has got 30 days to stop everything that is happening right now. So everything is in Chuena's hands. People have shown all the love that they can for Chuena and in the next 30 days are going to be some of the most important days that you have ever seen. Things are going to happen in the next 30 days.

[00:04:36]Chuena is next in line to become the president of Zimbabwe and Ke the purpose of Ke is to stop Chuena from becoming president and put in place Tagur or the sons of Mangabu. So that is the whole plan that they have and at the moment it's all in Chuena's hands what he does.

[00:04:58]If he does not act he will not become president. If he acts then he's going to become president. So the question is what is Chuena going to do? That is the question that is in everyone's hands mind. Is Chuena going to be able to stop this process? Because this whole process is in his hands. So we now need to see what Chuena is going to do. We have passed the stage where anyone else can do anything.

[00:05:26]So Chena needs to act and we all await that action that he's going to take to claim his presidency because the presidency belongs to Chuena. He's the one that put Mangaba in office. He's the one who made sure that Mugabi was removed. He is the one that has stopped Ke for all these years. And now it is in his hands once again. One of the most important jobs in Chwena's hands is to stop from his plan. So Nangaba's plan is to put his family in office forever. So one after another, you're going to see the Mangaba family coming into office without being elected.

[00:06:13]Munangaba is refusing to leave office.

[00:06:16]That is why you are seeing everything that is happening right now. He does not want to leave office. He wants to leave.

[00:06:21]Members of his family running the country and the problems that we are seeing right now in Zimbabwe are going to be with us for years and years. 20 30 40 50 years. You're going to be having the Mangaba family. Sean Mangaba is very young. I think he's only like 30 years and you're going to see him in office for the next 50 years. Then his young brothers will take over. Then Auxilia will take over. Then any other Nangaba family member will take over and Zimbabwe will become a worse mess. So we are all looking at Chuena and do not underestimate the job at hand. The things that have to be done now is what we call finishing the job. So Chuena has to finish the job that he started. He has done very well. Chuena deserves to be the president of Zimbabwe. He has stopped everything. He has spoken up against corruption. And 30 June is the day when we are going to see if Chuena has what it takes to become the president through finalize the job. And that means to remove and stop him from what he's doing because Mangaba will not leave. He's not going to leave peacefully. It's clear that something has to be done about what is going on right now. So all the other groups have tried their best beha to finish the job and he will be having the support of all these mans. That is how it is right now. And unfortunately uh there's nothing else that we can do except to wait and see starting next week. All right, let's quickly look at other matters. Uh today we're going to have a press conference taking place in Johannesburg.

[00:08:06]So the border management authority of South Africa is going to be having a press conference today regarding the situation at bedbridge. So bedbridge is becoming very important because almost all the people that are coming into South Africa illegally are using that border and the commissioner general of the border management authority has traveled to bedbridge yesterday. I'll give you an update when he's live regarding what my thoughts are uh with the situation at Bedbridge and also the immigration situation of Zimbabweans. 30 June has been given as a deadline for Africans to leave South Africa. So we'll be watching that date very closely. As I said is not dead. Please don't circulate that message and don't send us false stories. I don't know why people send us stories about the death of Cooper. She's not dead. she's alive. Please don't circulate it. And then the person who actually died is blu prominent blu socialite Thailand Masuku has passed away. You can go and see all the details about what he was suffering from from the H metro newspaper. He was suffering from a terminal illness. However, he was arrested 2 days ago and he went to to prison. He died in prison. So he was killed or he died in prison. That's what I I just have to say. I don't know if he was killed or not, but the family has got questions about how he died after his arrest in Malawi for the second time in a short space of time. We have had massive accidents in Zimbabwe, number of accidents, head-on collisions. In the past 2 days, we've lost 20 people and that is because of the state of the roads. I'll be giving you an update on that as we go. And then as I said was uh yesterday's court case did not take place because the judge and the lawyer did not show up. So let's quickly go to the newspapers. We're going to go straight to the newspapers. Hmetro is leading with the story of health point. So if you look in the H metro newspaper, you'll see that there is a prominent business person who was complaining about H about uh Health Point and that story has been dismissed. You can go and check it out over there. Uh, apparently Health Point is claiming that they put this businessman in the ICU because there was no beds and the family of the businessman is saying they put him into the ICU because they wanted to charge more money.

[00:10:41]So that is the dispute over there. You can go and check it out inside of the H Metro newspaper. And then I want us to examine some actual newspapers that we can read from uh across the region.

[00:10:54]Let's go to business day and yesterday we're expecting a an announcement on the interest rates of South Africa. So let me see what has happened in the business day newspaper.

[00:11:04]As you aware today is a Friday and we've got so many newspapers in front of us and let me see what is in the business day newspaper of today. Uh I am going to be sharing with you the screen. Yesterday we had a massive drop in gold. So the gold price is crashing and Zimbabwe is going to suffer immensely from what is happening.

[00:11:25]Similarly, South Africa is going to suffer immensely from the collapse of the gold price. The gold price has gone almost to 43 uh 90 something yesterday and that is coming from around 5,000. So Zimbabwe is bracing for a big big problem regarding their revenue. So in South Africa households brace for pain as dominoes start falling. Reserve bank hikes rep rate on rising inflammation risk driven by oil prices.

[00:11:55]So here announcing an increase of 25 basis points in the key policy rate to 7% yesterday. Bank Governor Le Kanyaho said the six member monary policy committee agreed that the challenge of large and overlapping shocks is likely to trigger second round effects requiring a policy response. So South Africa has increased the interest rates and yesterday we saw the numbers coming out of the United States of America. The numbers are not looking bad in America.

[00:12:24]They're looking quite good. uh we saw also that the GDP of UK is much better and similarly Japan but for South Africa is extremely difficult and then let's see if there's anything else here the hawk boss uh in bit to get his phone back I explained to you last week that businessman Tariq DS major general Ferros Khan police crime intelligence operational support head and how ox head major general Ibraim Kadwa appear at the earlier hearing in the cam park magist was court. So most of the top generals of the South African police and army have been arrested for corruption and they appearing in court. So you can go and check it out inside of the business day newspaper. Let's look at the markets. Uh CEO warns of on lower prices over quality life healthcare flags new entrance in war services. So there are new entrance into the health sector. If you want to get health care in South Africa, shop carefully. There are cheaper options right now. It's very expensive here to deal with health.

[00:13:36]So for a small family of three, you're looking about 10,000 runs a month as installments for medical aid. And the new entrance is much cheaper. Uh you can pay less than 1,000 for a family of three if you look carefully. So don't just continue to pay huge amounts of money. There are cheaper options now that are available in South Africa.

[00:13:58]Uh but the existing uh providers are obviously complaining about it. However, as I said, look very carefully when you're looking for healthcare because there is a cheaper option uh on the or around the corner. Then let's look at SAPI. Uh so sappi seals 27 billion deal for graphic paper business shares pack up on news it will form uh a non-listed independent joint venture with UPM.

[00:14:27]So you can see SAPI share price has tanked.

[00:14:31]So SAP's share price used to be around 65 uh 6,500 is currently now at 1,500.

[00:14:40]These are the people that supply almost all the passports and the paper and also the pulp. So almost everything that you know comes from this company very big uh United States, Europe and South Africa and unfortunately the business has not been doing well.

[00:14:59]However, you can see that they have a new deal over here. They also supply passports I believe for Zimbabwe and sometimes in the past they've supplied banking or um uh voting materials. So go check it out uh sourced to see such a company. I used to work here for 7 years and it's crazy that the share price has gone down so low. And then let's go to uh the SE newspaper.

[00:15:28]So in the h you see that they are leading with the my stolen ID brought 6 million mansion. So that is identity theft in South Africa. Such a big problem identity theft. And then let's see who else is being covered here in this newspaper. As I said there was a shooting that took place yesterday where two prominent people were killed in front of one of the biggest golf courses in South Africa. Uh that is Blue Valley Estate in Midland. They were shot dead by two men on a bike on a bike. So the two men on the bike came near to the bike which was parts outside and they shot through the front and killed the two people in the front including a popular DJ and a businessman.

If you have not lost their family member you not understand many many people are passing away uh during these accidents that are taking place.

But if we don't have a new government, you are not going to have money. you're going to retire with nothing. So just be aware of this important facts in our country.

Chuena cannot be stopped. You're going to see it. I've got great faith in Chuena and he is a solid leader. Shena is a solid leader.

[00:32:04]You can see it. The only reason why these guys want to go into power is to steal.

[00:32:12]Is a criminal and a thief and so is Taguri. So is Scott. So is Wo and Tungara. They are thieves and there is only one thing to be done that is to remove them. You're going to have to remove them.

[00:32:30]You can see clearly that won't live peacefully. He's now gathering around himself people that he thinks can keep him in power, but he won't be able to stay in power. And as I said, Shuena has the necessary intelligence to maneuver this situation. We'll watch this next 30 days and we've got the full support, the full support of the nation behind Shuena.

[00:33:21]The person who's going to be president is Chuena. One word from Chuena is enough. Uh that's why Ke has stopped.

[00:33:33]Without Chua this would have passed. So Chua has done enough. But now he has to finish the job. The army, the police, intelligence, they are all behind Chua.
