[00:01:55]We have the deployment of intelligence and surveillance teams, monitoring and crackdown of organized criminal networks, enforcement of public order act regarding public gathering, strengthening of early warning and early response systems.

[00:02:11]Uh is that are we running a system or a process that is transparent, a process that is accountable, a process that is efficient, but also most importantly inclusive, so that no Kenyan who is supposed to be a voter is disenfranchised from participating in the exercise.
